What impressed me most is that they don't work on commission, so I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't need. Their focus was clearly on what was best for me and making sure I was completely satisfied. I wanted cameras installed on my car to help with blind spots and improve visibility and safety. Will and Jim listened carefully to what I needed, recommended the right cameras for my car, and explained the options without trying to oversell me. The installation was handled professionally, and I'm very happy with the results. It's refreshing to find a business where the people genuinely seem to care about the customer's needs rather than simply making a sale. I highly recommend Hi-Tech and especially Will and Jim. Excellent service, honest advice, and true professionals!

Not only did they get me in and out within a day, but they did so while missing two or three techs at once! They reached out to update me about their circumstances and to kindly ask for a reschedule, but of course I missed their voicemail. Yet they STILL got it done within my desired timeframe! I'm seriously considering going back for a sound system installation soon. Completion times may vary, and of course check your voicemails folks be better than me. NOT ONLY THIS, but Jim hooked me up with a hardware kit and an SD card for cheap when I didn't have them to provide, and he told me he never lets the cams get installed without the "parking mode" hardware kit installed with them. What a guy! I'd buy a beer for both Jim and the owner, they're legends!

I called City Car Radio and spoke with Juan, who was incredibly generous with his time. Over several calls, he patiently walked me through the options, explained what would work best for my Highlander, and never pressured me into spending more than I needed to. At the time, I didn't realize Juan was the owner and had more than 35 years of experience in the business--but it quickly became obvious that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Juan ultimately installed a new Sony head unit for me, and the entire process could not have gone better. The installation was incredibly fast, the pricing was very fair, and everything was done professionally and cleanly. Apple CarPlay has been a complete game changer, and honestly, my Highlander is better now than when I dropped it off. Juan is knowledgeable, straightforward, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely go back to City Car Radio for future upgrades and highly recommend them to anyone considering improving their car audio or technology.
