I reached out to a few companies but I was most impressed with WLV response, which was immediate and the prices were very competitive. Pablo, the owner came over within a week and was very thorough with my Ring install. I was so happy that I hired him to install new Ring Floodlights and doorbells at two of my rentals. Amazing job! He used Cat 6 cables and for the new installs he ran the cables in the attic and the final result was very clean. I had all of my tvs at my house hardwired to my cox modem to free up the WiFi. Excellent and clean job. I kept adding to my initial small order because I was so happy with the results. I bought a new 55" tv for the guest bedroom which he installed and mounted. He hid all the wires without blemishing my wall. I then bought 6 hardwired continuous recording cameras which turned out great and the monitor which he mounted on the wall, per my request, looked great. Again, clean job and cable maintenance. We had a couple of minor issues with connections because I have so much going on at my house, but Pablo and his guys were right there to resolve the issue. Amazing customer service, prompt response, friendly and professional as always. I am very happy with Wired Low Voltage knowledge and expertise. Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

He took off his outdoor shoes and changed into clean indoor ones, vacuumed up any dust, and was very precise with all his measurements. We actually ended up not using the bracket that came with my new TV and went with a low-profile bracket he had instead. Saul did a really great job installing a Eufy S4 Max NVR system, replacing a 10-year old PoE…read moresecurity camera system. Saul was able to use the existing PoE cables and he ran new Ethernet Cat6 cables behind the drywall and between the ceiling joists for new camera locations. Note that you may need to get a drywalling company (e.g www.omegadrywallsd.com) to fix all the drywall holes if you want a professional finish or you can get a drywall repair kit and do it yourself. Saul had installed multiple Eufy systems before and he knew how to set up and configure the NVR via the mobile app which was helpful and saved a lot of time. We also installed a remote RF HDMI link and an active 15ft USB cable RF mouse extender to the NVR to allow us to see and control all the cameras feeds at once on a big screen TV, as well as on the mobile app. Saul contacted Eufy to make sure we installed the correct active USB extender, as the Eufy NVR USB port is low power and doesn't support long USB cables or Windows drivers. Lastly, we installed a WiFi interface module to the NVR to connect some portable indoor WiFi cameras for locations where PoE wiring wasn't an option. You should budget a couple hours to install and set up the Eufy NVR system plus at least an hour for each new camera install and the associated PoE cable going behind the drywall, so potentially $750-$1500 for system installation, depending on how much work is required. Saul was quick at installing all the hardware, but it's a lot of work and worth every penny to get it done right !

He took the time to talk through the different placement options for the cameras. He showed me what I would see through the Ring app before he attached each camera to the wall. He tested everything before he left. Saul is also just a nice guy. Not required but always preferred. He'll be back to setup my Smart Lock. But they only handled Elan and I wanted to go to Control 4. I interviewed 4 companies and Javier was the only one to point out that we had Cat 3 cable and to get the highest speeds we needed to go to Cat6, which would require some rewiring. Also, other companies me told that I needed an equipment rack to straighten out the cable mess in my cabinet. Javier said he could take care of that without a rack. This would be a cost saving of about $2000! I found the following to be very positive about Javier and the team he works with: 1) Always available (I've contacted him early in the AM and late at 9pm and he always answered promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably. 2) He bid what was needed and got me the best prices possible 3) He was on time and on budget 4) He left the job site clean 5) Everything worked! 6) His bid was half of what my prior vendor bid for a system that provides everything we need and more. 7) Before Javier, we never got more than 200Mbps even though we paid for gigabit service. With Javier's upgrade we now get over 900MBPS everywhere in the house. I include a before and after picture so you can see his handiwork. There was an Amp and AVR in an adjacent cabinet that he was able to consolidate into the one neat setup where everything can be accessed easily. We then had a surveillance system installed which, again, we can access from any device from anywhere.
