Liars. Liars. Liars…read more They don't even deserve this 1 star. Ever since I bought my Sienna here, I've had brake squeaks. I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

I went to so many other locations throughout SoCal before coming here. But one day, they had a car with the exact specs (interior, exterior trims, wood design, wheels, and price) so we decided to check it out. It was after work and near closing time. We were greeted by Gary and he has been absolutely amazing and professional. After he wrapped up with the other customer he was helping, he was willing to stay after closing time to let us check out the car as long as we needed and was patient with all of our questions. Great customer service that you don't really see often anymore. We would highly recommend you asking for Gary when you are there. It was such a great experience, we bought the car the next day! The price that you see online for Newport Lexus is the out the door price. Unlike other dealerships the price you see online is not the price when you get to the dealership. But this place is haggle free and makes the car buying experience so much better. And it turns out, many of the staff we met are awesome too! When our wheel alignment was off, Gary got us in touch with Joe, and he was very professional and got the issue addressed right away. Amber is so sweet and helpful everytime I call to make a service appointment. Brownie and I finally met her in person today and she still continues to be sweet and helpful before I even realized who she was. I think he's going to always love walking up to her desk each time we are there now . Peter, is our main Service Manager and he is always great! Along with Jonathan and Joey who is very helpful. When I was waiting for my car, I got to meet them and they're always proactive and helpful with every customer that walks in. Overall great and friendly staffs from the cleaning lady in the restroom ( I wish I caught her name) to the detailing person and the person who washed our car. And Mitchel too! Brownie says hi! And everyone I didn't get to catch their names. Overall, I'm glad we decided to go to Newport Lexus because it has been a great car buying experience and the service has been great every time I went in for a maintenance service.
