Then walk south to a large parking structure. The sports book is about at the E in the ' Easy Park ' parking sign. The sports book is about 25 yards north of the new Easy Park parking structure , but on a small street that you need to walk down to from the Main Street.

Each room is super clean and is ready when promised. Make a reservation. It gets crowded on some weekends and during the summer. We love everything about the hotel. The service is great and they will get you into a wonderful clean room. They are not huge, but they are great. The bathrooms are well stocked and they have bottled water in the room, which you need. They also have great food and again, the service is so good. You can stay there and never leave, but don't do that. Grab a cab and get a wonderful dinner near by. It is safe and you will be welcomed.

My room was on the third floor, facing El Centenario, offering views of the border and the hotel's casino sign--totally a vibe at night! WiFi access and a smart TV for streaming were available, making my stay comfortable. Although I was offered a top-floor room, I preferred a renovated room, which was perfect. Extra blankets in the closet, clean and organized restrooms, and great water pressure made my stay even better. No mini fridge, but it wasn't needed. I'm surprised the ratings are low. If anyone is unhappy with the dinner I highly suggest, ask the staff "What would you order?" My server for dinner was Manuel and all his recommendations are a solid 5/5. It's in the same area near the lobby, not a buffet, sit down with a menu. Breakfast is free with the stay. I also noticed this restaurant makes it a point to serve beverages that are good for your health. Prior to breakfast they served us a warm glass of lemon water before we started our meal. There's also a selection of fresh juices, I selected the green juice; with cactus, pineapple, spinach, lemon water, and yes it had all of that in it. There's other juices available but that seems to be the most health conscious one out of the three. I ordered the Veracruz breakfast and it was absolutely delectable. In the evening I hung out on the 4th floor where they have a nice roof top pool, jacuzzi, bar, garden, etc. They also offer Yoga early morning and provide the mats and blocks needed. I wanted to try it out but it seemed my coworker wasn't interested in any of the activities offered. I wanted to make sure my coworker had a nice impression of our medical visit. I did however order two beds and was charged for a two bed unit online and I have a feeling they thought I was married to my coworker. I did not complain and used the couch instead. I was tired and just wanted to relax. My only reasoning for a 4 out of 5. I highly suggest if you come with someone you're sharing space with to definitely add that in your notes when booking. I was only there for one night and did not want to make a big deal out of it. Additional information: they do offer secure parking and a pass to easily navigate in and out of the premises.

Hotel check in was easy and the many lovely amenities were very well explained. The staff member checking us in even asked what my pronouns were! I don't get that level of kindness most of the time from anyone in Los Angeles. The room is clean and comfortable. They were even so kind as to accommodate clean mini fridge for our food items. I called two weeks ago requesting a mini fridge and it was in the notes for our reservation. They realized this after we checked in and had a bellhop, a very kind gentleman named Fernando who had helped us with our bags earlier, personally carry the whole mini fridge up to our room and install it. The hotel has complimentary WiFi that's not password protected so I made sure to keep my VPN on because I'm neurotic like that. One thing I will report is that I couldn't find a wall port to plug in an ethernet cable in the room to set up my TP-Link Travel Router. Not a big deal at all because I'm probably the only person who would try to do something like that while on vacay anyway. Long story short, this place is probably the nicest hotel my wife and I have stayed at in our 13 years together. I slept like a baby on night one, and I look forward to the rest of our stay here. Not only was it a way to drastically cut our expenses (domestic flights from within Mexico are obviously way cheaper than international flights from LA), but it was such a calm, streamlined, easy operation. We got to the parking lot early for our 7am flight out of Tijuana, walked to the check in terminal & that's where we encountered our one and only 'hiccup.' Because we had 3 children with us, the Viva desk check-in said we needed to speak to a representative but we were told the only one on duty at that time was in the restroom. Luckily the stand alone kiosk on the other side of the area worked out fine. All of this was more of a Viva issue than a CBX one. We breezed through the bridge over the boarder & customs took no time at all. It was one of the quickest customs experiences I've ever had. We got dumped out right at the bag check area & were on for our trip. Coming home was just as easy. We got our bags and followed the well marked signs to CBX to walk over the boarder & do customs. Customs took a tad bit longer than going to Mexico, but that's more of a US thing than CBX. We still got through in was less time than expected, even when arriving on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when I would normally expect huge crowds of people trying to get in to the country. In all, we saved hundreds of dollars even after paying for CBX & parking on location. We will always be using them from here on out for any family trips to Mexico.

We arrived at 4 pm and the room wasn't even ready and waited an additional 45 mins for the room. The bed sheets were stained, one bed didn't have a blanket and the other only 1 pillow. I asked the maid to change the sheets and all she said is that all their sheets are stained. Only 2 small bath towels, 2 hand towels and no wash cloths. No smoke detector, gnats flying all inside the room. The tv remote was not connecting to it but at least that was resolved. The walls in the bathroom and door were all bashed in with holes. A cigarette butt was found on the ledge of the shower and room reaked of cigarettes. There was no phone in the room and when they brought one in no one would answer my calls to get issues addressed so I had to make over 10 trips back and forth each time to check on an issue. The next morning we left the door tag to request maid service. We were gone from 10 am to 3 pm and room was not serviced and no one ever showed. They don't enforce the covid restrictions at all, guests were in the office with no mask! Dogs were left to roam all over the property and management just ignored that. Avoid this hotel by any means.
