Called to have my boat detailed as it had sat in storage for well over 2 years (keep in mind this boat has been indoors it's entire life with no oxidation and less than 100 hours). Owner replies with "We specialize in boats we do 250 a year" and due to some hard water spots on the chrome tower he quoted me $500.00 and there website validates a quality guarantee. The tech arrived a few days later, nice enough gentlemen. Looking it over he said "this is a $600 dollar job", I replied that's fine. I will state he did work on the boat for six hours however half of the full body of the boat was unwashed and the flooring inside was incomplete and no water spots were unable to be removed from the chrome tower. It came time to pay and based on the guarantee I felt it better to discuss with the owner and that's where the fun begins. This POS right away identifies himself as the "call center agent" but I am texting and sending him messages on his iPhone which is the advertised number. I explained the situation, he immediately back pedals stating his surprise as they specialize in boats and he would need to send someone else out. I send him evidence at his request of what had gone wrong and stated "your tech worked his ass off but if this was a 250 dollar job we wouldn't be having this conversation". The owner needed to talk to the tech and would get back to me.....as other people have expressed in reviews...the owner dodges the calls and this just doesn't happen. I wasn't pressing and just hoped someone would come out for an hour and finish the job but I called for status the next day and this pathetic moron hangs up on me. Based on the reviews this seems to be his behavior and he very much is the telephone tough guy which is sad because this could have been easily resolved. I would suggest reading reviews before hiring this firm, maybe they do honda civics a-lot better than anything else...I am also pretty sure he stiffed the tech based on the initial complaint, he seems like that kinda guy. Called for best possible detailing package, paid $350 for "Titanium wash". Pictures speak for themselves. Lots of dirt between the seats, vents full of dust .. the mirrors? They don't even try to clean them! After the "detailing" the seats were so wet with all cleaning stuff mixed with old dirt that I got all my clothes messed up. That's way to bad! File a charge dispute on my credit card now, regardless if it will be approved or not I wold stay away from this guys even if they will clean my car for free. Terrible quality on finished paint work. DO NOT use this company for paint repairs on your vehicle.

I wanted my front bumper repainted on my 2011 BMW Z4 because of rock chips. I worked with Jason the whole time getting a price and scheduling his men to work on my car. He has to be the worst business person I have ever worked with in my whole lifetime of 73 years. He quoted me a price and I gave him the go ahead to schedule the work. About an hour or two later he text me and tells me he needs to charge me a tiny bit more for the paint. A tiny bit more was $100. I was not happy about that but he said he had already bought the paint...so I said go ahead and do the job. A guy came out the next day and painted my bumper including getting overspray all over my windshield and both side windows. The only thing he had covered that day was the hood. After that day it went completely down hill. I called and also sent him pictures that same day showing him that the paint looked to dark in comparison to the rest of the car. He told me that it matched and that it would match even better after someone comes out about a week later to cut and polish the bumper. He never once mentioned anything in the first place about it being a two step process and how orange peel it would look until it was cut and polished. A week later his man came out to do that work @ 6:00 that night after originally being scheduled to be here at 10:00 am. I sent him away because he didn't have any lights with him it was completely dark outside and he had already been working on a big job thar day. He came here the next day and worked on my car in the driveway. Once again he didn't cover anything and he left me with polishing paste all over my driveway and all over my engine compartment including the underneath side of the hood. Before he left he showed me two places he had burnt through the paint and how it would need repainting in those areas. There is so much more to this story but I'm not going to write anymore about it except just to say this has been a total nightmare especially after it turned into be 6 trips over a two month period... and it's still far from being a professional job!! read more

These guys were easy to contact and fast to deal with. I had a tough job for them-29 year old fading paint on a BMW convertible that had spent to many hot days in the California sun. They were honest and fair and gave it a hellaofa try! The paint came out better for sure and some parts polished out good but the paint is just a bit too far gone to get a good shine back on hood and trunk lid. But not for lack of trying! The tech who came out worked his ass off! If your car has decent paint to start with, I have no doubt these guys will make it look factory new again. read more

These guys were strait trash.I needed my car detailed from what I thought was a professional detailer but I was $140 down the drain wrong I literally still had loose crumbs on my seats and carpets that they supposedly shampooed. Then they sprayed my car down and left water spots and dirty wipe marks all over my car. Save yourself a great deal of headache and DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. I strongly recommend reading the Better Business Bureau reviews for this dealer, which detail several cases similar to my own. In short: - The dealer "sold" me a vehicle in mid-August 2018 - The vehicle starts having issues with a check engine light within one week - The dealership contacts me in mid-September to say they "lost" the smog paperwork . . . without which they cannot transfer the title or registration - The vehicle completely breaks down in late September and would require more money to fix than the purchase price - Surprise, surprise! After weeks of reassuring me the vehicle had been legally smogged and inspected within 30 days of the sale (as required by California state law), it turns out the vehicle was last smogged in 2017. UPDATE 1/3/19: After wasting my time and theirs for months, the dealer has finally admitted to the DMV Investigations Office that he did not legally smog the vehicle as required. This has now been referred to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office. PRO TIP: If you ignore my advice and try to buy from him, check the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs database online for your vehicles's VIN. Despite weeks of lies that the car was smogged and titled I was able to prove it was neither. After claiming to the Better Business Bureau that he had refunded my money (I actually won in a credit card inquiry), he then reattempted the charges on my card. I have a criminal investigation open in this matter. I honestly didn't file a Yelp review sooner because the dealer's MO is to try to slime anyone who complains, and I didn't want the headache. However, I'm incensed that he has once again tried to charge me for a vehicle he had no legal means to sell, and it looks like I'm not the only one. If you have also been scammed, I encourage you to contact both the Better Business Bureau and the California DMV Department of Investigations (Stockton Office). I called to make an appointment for a Gold Package auto detail. I was quoted $200 like it says on the web site. An hour later the owner calls me to clarify what type of vehicle I have. I told him once again that it was a Chevy Tahoe. He proceeded to tell me that was a "super size" vehicle and he would not be able to do it for any less than $300. I said no thanks, that is not what we discussed and he said I'll go ahead and cancel you and hung up immediately. He explained that he would need a $500 deposit to put a hold , for the cost to have a vehicle transferred upon us coming to an agreement on a vehicle I needed to have CarFax and Pictures. I had my 35 foot RV washed and waxed from these guys, they charged me $745 dollars to do this, took them two days to this, and missed a bunch of spots on my RV, not only that,the top of the trailer is still full of dried up soap that they did not wash off! Purchased a used Honda Fit from calicarco in March 2018. Noman was nice and seemed relatively trustworthy. However, he told me when I bought it that the clutch had been replaced recently. Sadly, the clutch went out about a month after purchase and cost me $2500. I confronted Noman about it and he wasn't very nice. He denied ever saying anything about the clutch and was pretty insulting about people who buy used cars but don't realize they are sold "as is". In the end, I think these guys are selling good cars, but I just got really unlucky. My recommendation: If you do purchase from them, get everything in writing! Don't take their word for anything. The tech was trying to hurry due to the multiple calls, the owner actually called my pho e as well for the tech. I did not notice at the time but the tech left swirls down the left side of my black truck. We've been working at home so I haven't been driving my truck so it took me a while to notice the swirls. I called the owner to let him know about the situation, he acted like I wanted a free car wash. He did try to make it right at all. I would have paid for another wash if they would fix the swirls. My husband and I purchased a used Subaru from Noman a couple of weeks ago. There was a defect in the moonroof we hadn't noticed initially. Back in Santa Cruz, we were quoted $2000 to fix the issue with a whole replacement unit. A second shop gave a similar diagnosis. Terrible Experience. Worst Customer Service From Owner "Jason". Price: After calling to book the most extensive (Super) interior detailing, I was made aware that the website price is only for small cars. For my minivan, the rep "Jason" stated the price would be $295. That was a surprise, but the price seemed fair. However, when the tech arrived, he stated it was a price range of $295-$350 based on pictures he sent to the owner. The owner/rep, Jason responded to the tech that the price would be $350 claiming that he originally told me the range; he did not. I told them I no longer wanted the service done. Then he said he would do the job for $300; I accepted. Quality of Work: Compartments and cup holders were still dirty and the car smelled. The floor carpet was also sticky Customer Service: I waited 2 days to see if at least the smell would go away. The smell for worse. When I called owner "Jason" he basically blamed me and then blamed the technician. He said I should call the tech and work something out with him ("see what he can do for you"). In so many words he called me a liar and that I should have used common since. Jason is probably the rudest business person I have ever come across. When he told me to call his technician, I said "the technician represents the company" he said " no he doesn't; he's an independent contractor. Very rude and not taking responsibility for anything. Plus he hung up on me. *I ended up having to hire someone else on an emergency basis to just re shampoo the floor carpet which cost me an additional $160. read more

The owner is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. The way he treats his customers is completely terrible and disrespectful. I had gotten a quote for a car detail at $200 and decided to let them work on my car. During the process, the owner kept calling the person working on my car to hurry up and question why the job was taking so long. He even drove by to check up on him. As a software engineer, I get the ability to work from home and was at my computer desk while my car was being worked on. While the detailer was letting my car dry, my landlord was in the garage watching him do his job and was asking him how much work it would take to get a minor scratch off her minivan. While he was quickly inspecting her vehicle, the business owner drove by, and noticed that his employee was looking at another car while my car was drying. He then proceeded to send hostile texts and threaten me that what I was doing is illegal having his guy work on another car for the same price and that he should charge me double and report me. I was completely confused by the text as I was upstairs the whole time coding. When I went back down to talk to the detailer, he had told me that his boss has issues and he has no idea why he even still works for him. He was furious that the boss persistently bugged him to rush job and sent me legal threats. Called the next day to set an appointment and they told me that the cheapest package is now $155 and that they are not offering the silver package anymore because they are "dry busy" but yet post everyday on Craigslist like they have no business so I tried giving them some. Dishonest small business. This place is MONEY HUNGRY, because I don't think business is too good for them. I ended up paying Lion Solutions around $200 to help me out and the experience was 10x better. The cost didn't matter anymore at that point, I just wanted to do business with someone who keeps their word so I could return. The guy finally showed up 4 hours late. He did a creditable job detailing my car, but after he packed up and started to leave, I realized that he hadn't even opened the trunk. He pulled his vacuum back out and vacuumed the carpet, but didn't shampoo it as he did all the other carpets in the car. Because the guy was so late, the owner promised me a discount, but when it was time to pay, the guy said he didn't know anything about that and charged the full fee. Well, I scheduled a mobile service for my tired 35 foot rv and was looking forward to the job. The two Really nice guys showed up two and a half hours late with no ladders. I wasn't able to see the finished job that night as I was working late into the eve. I paid Jason half the bill that night. He then continued to Hound me for balance thru texts over the next 24 hours. I explained to him I was working an emergency response and not seeing daylight to review the work. The job was just OK. The rv did look a lot better and I am sure the guys put in some elbow grease but I have lots of missed areas. What I am really disappointed with is how the owner Jason harassed me while. I was working an emergency response and couldn't understand why I couldn't review the work. I never received an invoice or bill despite the fancy web site. Again the work was ok.
