Having never gone through this before, it was important to me to have someone who I felt like I could trust and would give the information to me straight, and I found that in Hansel. Even when it became a larger project with more days than anticipated, they added on a 12 hour Saturday work day and put in all of the time it took to resolve the issue in my home. His prices were competitive, and he sent us a certificate of completion at the end.

Once we agreed to the estimate, he had his team ready to start the mold remediation within 48 hours. Mario and his employees were incredibly polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. They treated our home and us with care, and communication was always easy. They took the time to explain everything, completed the remediation within the timeframe they gave us, and immediately followed up with the reconstruction of the room. They also went above and beyond by doing a complete wipe-down of our bathroom and taking care of several touch-ups. Our bathroom and back room look amazing compared to how they looked before! We would definitely recommend ARG Restoration and Construction to anyone in need of restoration or construction services. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use ARG Restoration again.

Initially, we worked with another restoration company, but we were very disappointed with the lack of communication. They referred us to a construction company for the restoration of both bathrooms. After receiving a quote from our insurance carrier, the construction company repeatedly advised us that the actual cost would be significantly higher and that we would be responsible for paying the difference out of pocket. That's when I started researching other restoration companies and found All Water Restoration based on their reviews. From the very beginning, one of the things that impressed us most was Miren's willingness to advocate for us. He stepped in and worked directly with our insurance company, making sure that additional issues requiring attention were properly documented and brought to their attention. Miren was straightforward, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain our different options and walk us through various scenarios without ever making us feel pressured into choosing a particular solution. After our previous experience, that was a refreshing difference. I am VERY particular when it comes to quality and communication, and All Water Restoration did not disappoint. Miren personally came to our home many times throughout the project to make sure everything was being handled properly and that his team was staying on top of every detail. That level of personal involvement gave us tremendous peace of mind and made us feel like our project truly mattered to him. From communication and professionalism to quality of work and customer service, our experience with All Water Restoration was excellent. We are extremely grateful to Miren and his team for making what started as a very stressful situation into an experience we ultimately felt very confident about. If you are dealing with water damage and need a restoration company that will communicate, advocate for you, and genuinely care about doing the job right, I highly recommend All Water Restoration. I especially appreciated Miren's honest and straightforward approach. It's rare to find someone who genuinely stands behind their work and makes you feel like they are looking out for your best interests. We would not hesitate to work with Miren and All Water Restoration again, and we are actually looking forward to working with them on future projects in 2027. Thank you, Miren, and the entire All Water Restoration team, for your professionalism, dedication, and commitment to getting the job done right!

The technician from the plumbing company they hired used a device that created a hole in a two-inch cast-iron pipe by accident. Miren happened to be in the area working on another project, not related to this one, for our upstairs neighbor. He was there immediately to assess our situation. We signed an agreement for Miren and his team at All-Water based on recommendations and his reviews the next day. On Friday July 31st his team was at our home removing flooring, tearing out soiled drywall, installing dehumidifiers and fans to start the solution to the accident/our problem.
