I immediately filed an insurance claim, which was approved, and left my car here for three weeks while I was out of town because I was told that was how long the repair would take. The mechanic who diagnosed my car was later fired, and another employee gave my insurance company a completely different story. The shop then tried to complicate my claim by turning it into multiple claims, which resulted in my insurance company telling me I could owe THREE DEDUCTIBLES. Even more concerning, an employee told me on the phone today, directly, that she reviewed my car and wanted to GET AS MUCH MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY AS POSSIBLE. They even tried to start a completely separate claim for a DENTED LICENSE PLATE THAT HAPPENED IN A CAR WASH, despite there being NO DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF MY VEHICLE from that incident. My car was then left OUTSIDE FOR THREE WEEKS, and when I got it back, the original repair had never been done and my paint had significant new damage that was not there when I dropped it off. I was then told that even if my insurance approved the claim, THEY WOULD NOT REPAIR MY VEHICLE. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH MY VEHICLE, AND I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING THEM TO TAKE THEIR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.
