I received an acceptable quote and scheduled to bring it in. It was inspected by the owner and said there was more work than anticipated and will cost more than what was quoted. Understand that I didn't disagree with the owner, he explained very well what needed to be done, how much work was involved and was very fair in the cost. But this was just a work truck and the damage didn't interfere with the operation and didn't look too bad. I just didn't see investing much in an older truck. Bottom line is, don't rely on an online quote but I would still consider Kaled. They appear to be a very reputable company.

I've had the unfortunate opertunity due to 2 different times of idiots trying to steal my truck and…read moreone time kinda my fault fender bender .but this guy i assume owner and the young man in office very very great guys only problem was actually my adjuster dropped ball on returning to ACP to look at further damages which ate up on my rental vehicle after argument with adjuster it was rectified. But the shop did my vehicle awesome job each time highly recommend. Plus they ate most of my deductible. Which of your vehicle is fixable not a loss your deductible goes to shop. I'm not sure they care a lot about deductible which in today's world means a lot to a customer
