Man, that hood is really thin metal. I had a basketball sized dent in it but managed to pop some out, since the metal was nice and hot. I was left with a tennis ball sized dent and no way to reach if from under the hood, since it was near the edge where there is reinforcement plates. While driving, that little dent is VERY visible and VERY annoying. So I made a call to Patrick and he came out to my place the next day. In about an 40 minutes Patrick has it so that I couldn't even see where the dent was. Great work, came to my house, and very, very affordable for the quality of work done. I rented a car in Portland and, of course, someone door-dinged it and left a dent right on the…read morecorner of the door. The rental company wanted over $1,000 to sand and repair the entire door panel and fully repaint it, and they claimed several paintless dent repair companies had already said the damage couldn't be fixed with PDR. I called Todd at TAPS Paintless Dent Repair, sent him a few photos, and he got back to me incredibly quickly with an honest, accurate quote. The dent was in a really difficult spot--directly on a hard body line of a Mazda door with double-wall metal--but Todd still made it look absolutely perfect. He completed the entire door-ding repair in about an hour and a half, charged exactly what he quoted, and afterward you genuinely couldn't tell anything had ever happened. If you need paintless dent repair, door-ding removal, or dent repair in Portland, Oregon, call TAPS PDR before letting a body shop repaint or replace a panel. Todd saved me a ton of money and did phenomenal work.
