Patrick is a life saver. I was trying to tie off a bow line on my kayak and was standing on my front tire when I slipped off it and landed with my elbow on the hood of my 2019 Subaru Forester. Man, that hood is really thin metal. I had a basketball sized dent in it but managed to pop some out, since the metal was nice and hot. I was left with a tennis ball sized dent and no way to reach if from under the hood, since it was near the edge where there is reinforcement plates. While driving, that little dent is VERY visible and VERY annoying. So I made a call to Patrick and he came out to my place the next day. In about an 40 minutes Patrick has it so that I couldn't even see where the dent was. Great work, came to my house, and very, very affordable for the quality of work done. I gave him a description of what my issue was and he provided an approximate range of what it would cost. I followed up with a photo and he gave me a very reasonable price. Fortunately for me, he had a cancelation two days out and we made an appointment. He came out, wearing a mask, we looked at the hood of my car and he went at it. He did an amazing job!! I have to start this review with a "Big Thank You!" On short notice Patrick was able to come to our hotel and repair basketball sized dent in our rental. We all know how much $$$ the rental agencies charge for minor damages and he was able to make the dent disappear for a very reasonable cost. Did I mention he came to our hotel, we didn't need to drive and drop off the car anywhere. He is meticulous when it comes to his work and is a perfectionist when it comes to removing dents. Patrick provides mobile service throughout the Portland Metro area but I was in the area and went to his home. I had a deep dent with a crease near a ridge on a fender, had is the operative word! Two others passed on job from pictures sent in and could not promise anything more than better ! I had found one other that talked a great story but was 2 weeks out and took a day for response to my calls and email. Patrick answered my call and did the job the next morning when I was in his area anyway. He removed the dent and even though I know where it was there is no evidence it ever existed! He was company trained at a special facility and 15 years of experience taught him to work patiently and he worked at it for more than an hour and beat that nasty dent into submission. i had a difficult spot to repair, i had been putting it off due to fear of cost. emailed and sent photos to Patrick, and was thrilled with the quote. he was at my place within 2 days, (he JUST left actually) was done in less than 2 hours. He had said he could get about 90% of it fixed due to location (it was a fold in the door). When done, I cant tell what 10% he didnt get, its flawless! Thrilled with his work, and very nice guy. I have a 2015 Mazda 3 which I bought used with no dents. I was visiting in the Bay area and someone hit the side of the car over the wheel base leaving a dent and no note or contact. So I had two door dings in my newer Ram 1500. One was on the passenger side and it looked like someone took a wrist-rocket and fired a ball bearing into it and the other dent was on the driver's side door and it was in the shape of a sideways "L" from when I opened my door into someones mirror when I was parked on a hill (this dent was pretty gnarly). What I was hoping for was a 90% improvement on the dents so they just wouldn't be so noticeable, especially the one on the drivers side door. Well, much to my amazement Patrick was able to completely remove both dents. And I don't mean like 95% or even 98%, those dents are gone. You'd never know anything had ever happened.
