They also price things very reasonable. Today I got a phone call from him saying I believe we buffed the spots out pretty well and the touch up paint isn't needed. He said why don't you come up here and see what I'm talking about, and you can decide if you want it painted or not, but I don't see the need. Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work. Had to wait for my insurance company to authorize everything plus pay my deductible and rent a car. JT and his wife were super friendly when I entered the store and took care of me in an orderly fashion. JT took my information and communicated with my insurance company - ordered the parts and called me within a week telling me to bring in our truck the parts' are in. He had the truck about 3 to 4 days and called us when it was ready to be picked up. JT was nice enough to take us to our rental car and once the truck was done he even picked us up to take us back to our truck at his shop. We damaged our driver passenger door by having the door open and rolling into a concrete cement block (forgot to put it in park while getting out) ugh! which crinkled and curled the edge of the bottom left panel door. JT and his crew made it look perfectly new again since the truck was just purchased in June 2021. JT's crew "Even washed" it and cleaned it up and it looked brand new again. We took a trip to Houston a few days later and we had to come back to elite collision because someone had door dinged and made a huge black mark on the same side door but he polished it up and made it pretty again right in the spot no questions asked!
