I was in an accident, my car was hit while parked in a Safeway parking lot. Took my car to Caliber collision and they did fantastic work on my bumper. They installed a completely new bumper, the process was simple, the staff was friendly and met all my expectations as a customer, and i will be recommending Caliber collision to my friend and family. read more

I hope Caliber Collision is not surprised by how many customers are LIVID by the time they get on the phone with a rep. During COVID, almost every company has had overflow with customer service requests and many are unequipped to handle them. Nothing is worse as a frustrated customer than being met with a phone hold for more than 5 minutes. I have now been on hold for about 15 to 20 minutes with Caliber and their call hold audio is actually driving me INSANE. I cannot imagine a single person that wants to hear some automated voice boast about their service, WHILE I AM BEING NEGLECTED IT, on loop over and over again, with music in the background. I do not know if this is a tactic to deter customers from seeking help, which is illegal, or the person who constructed this has absolutely no grasp human comfort, but it is unbelievably annoying. Incredible and expedited service from this location. After hitting a concrete barrier and having serious rear panel damage my entire interaction with the Sunnyvale staff was flawless. Savanna was able to handle my paperwork quickly and even arrived early the day after I dropped off my car to help me retrieve something from it. Roger smoothly manage the office and gave me confidence that the repair would be handled professionally, and Walter the service manager completed my repair and personally walked me through what they had done and why they had done it. I would absolutely recommend for any insurance-based plan, and maybe going back in on a personal level for some non-insurance covered vehicle damage. Thanks guys! read more

Let me start by saying I never post Yelp reviews, so the fact that I am doing so for Caliber Collision means they really went above and beyond. I got in a car accident 2 weeks before I had my baby (I thankfully was fine but my car was in really bad shape). We went to Caliber because it was the in-network choice for my insurance, but I'm so glad we did. From the front desk personnel to the technicians to the managers, the staff is amazing. While they did fix my car on time, even amidst supply chain issues, I was even more impressed with the personal touches that you don't always see anymore with businesses. When I got in the accident, I had 5 (!) coffees for colleagues on my front seat, which spilled everywhere. Caliber did their best to get it out, but when I got it back I could still smell it a bit. When I called, they happily said they'd send it out to a 3rd party to be detailed (whole package, steam cleaned etc). Not only that, they drove to my house to pick it up and returned it the same day. Finally, weeks later I had to replace the license plates and needed the front one mounted. Again, knowing I have a newborn at home, Ruben (super nice guy) suggested they come pick it up and return it AND they gave my car a complimentary cleaning. Seriously, if you're in need of repair, Caliber Collision is hands down the best place to go. My car is better than ever! read more

Norberto from Caliber Collision is hands down the best! I wanted to say a massive thank you to Norberto! He showed great customer service in taking care of his customers to the fullest. Answered all the questions that was asked and helped me find new headlights. Not only help me install the headlights, but he also helped me with the research to find the best headlight. Besides that, he made sure the pricing wasn't too high! It was a privilege to work with him as a customer. I am so thankful for your dedication, hard work, and great customer service for the last two weeks! If you ever need a great employer from Caliber Collision, please ask Norberto. read more

Great customer service! I recently had to get my car repaired after an accident and I'm beyond pleased with the results.

First time taking my vehicle to a body shop, and I couldn't be more thankful for the service I got on my truck by the entire staff here. Everyone is very polite, they explain all the details from the second you go in, till the second they return your vehicle. I am very pleased by what they did for me! I would definitely recommend taking your vehincle here for any type of body work. read more

This place was excellent! My car was ready in less than 2days. The young woman working the front desk was very courteous and professional. Issac Rojo was super friendly and efficient! I would use this place again for my vehicle. read more

Very friendly and easy to work with. My car was fixed in an efficient and timely manner. Would definitely come back here but hopefully I don't need to. Highly recommend! read more

Just noticed the trim by the passenger side rear seat on the body of the car was not re-installed correctly, after 2 minutes investigation, I found a screw in the ash tray of the 3rd row, just next to the loose trim component. Obviously the technican tried to install the screw back but failed, then he just LEFT THE SCREW ASIDE!! I'm wonder if they could also leave the screw of the wheel aside if they failed to reinstall it, what a shame!! Now I have to send the car back to the dealer for a fix, AGAIN. read more

I got referred to Caliber Collision threw my insurance and I must say I am more than impressed with their customer service and how they fixed my car! The whole process was painless thanks to Chelsea, Jason, and Sheldon! Amazing people and gave me my car like I just got It from the dealership all over again! Definitely recommend anyone that needs any body work done on their car to come here. Before I actually chose to go with Caliber Collision I had called another Auto shop in Sunnyvale, and the receptionist was so rude I couldn't even trust them to fix my car. I then called Caliber Collision and they put my mind at ease about the whole situation and even provided me with a 3 day rental car which was super nice! Will definitely come back here if I get another accident. Thank you Chelsea, Sheldon, & Jason! read more

Caliber Collision - only 2 weeks to fix this. looks better than I expected!! :) - Body Shops Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Called in the early morning to get a quote for an estimate and they were able to fit me in. Made an appointment and showed up to such great customer service! Greeted immediately and was helped by my Service Advisor, Norberto. He equipped me with the information I needed to move forward with a decision and I'm happy with my experience. Would recommend this location. I also love that they confirm that you are going to the right location after making your appointment since there are two locations in Sunnyvale! :) read more

Who is the most professional, amazing guy in body shops out there? Jason! I went in due to a car injury resulting from operator error (on my part) and he was really great. The price was lower than I expected for paying out of pocket and the speed of the repair was much faster than expected. My car looks exactly as it did before "the incident". Hopefully I never need to go back but if the need arises, this will be the place I go. read more

Amazing service- Our car was scratched along almost the entirety of the left side and now you would never know anything ever happened. Everybody was helpful, from the counter to especially the main guy helping us, Oscar. They pushed the service and we were able to get our car before the holidays, much quicker than originally expected. Grade A service and professionalism, highly recommended. read more

I've had my Chrysler 300 for less than a week. Today I pulled too far into a parking spot and snagged the front bumper on the concrete stopper thing. When I backed out I ripped the clips off part of the bumper. I went straight to the shop on Maude next to Mathilda. After I filled out 1 page of paperwork Richard came out to check the damage. He pulled it around back and had a tech put the bumper back on. I was out of there in 30 minutes. No charge. But as Richard explained it isn't a complete fix. It'll be fine for a short time until I can schedule a good time to bring it in. Because Richard isn't a dick (see what I did there?) but a good guy that treated me so well I am definitely taking my car back there. UPDATE: So I scheduled an appointment to take the 300 in. It was about two weeks out because winter is the busy season but I didn't mind because the 300 was drive-able and looked fine. I didn't want to deal with insurance on this one. They gave my car to a technician that does great work fixing plastic such as my front bumper. That's still a pretty rare skill today but he saved me buying a new bumper which is awesome cost wise. I also bought an aftermarket Bentley style grill which I had them install since the bumper was off anyway. The quote they wrote up was good but I was afraid they'd find more damage and have to mark it up. To my amazement the total cost was LESS THAN the initial quote!! My car looks fantastic and I have no doubt that the repair is A+. Huge shout out to these guys. Thank you so much! read more

Okay, look, I'm not going to suggest you go out and get your car all scratched up just to see these guys. Preferably, your car will be in absolute perfect condition forever (though probably sitting in a garage, untouched, unloved). If you DO need to take it somewhere, take it to Caliber. I had the misfortune of having the slowest, least exciting collision ever, which still took a good chunk out of my wheel and dented up the side of the car. The insurance company referred me to Caliber, and I said sure, why not, it's only two towns away. Pulled up to Caliber, walked inside, and I was immediately greeted by their super friendly staff. Chelsea, Matt, Sheldon, and everyone else I talked to were fantastic, taking the time to get to know me, giving me a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, and answering all questions I had. Their comfy sitting room was stocked with drinks and snacks, and Chelsea was great fun to talk to while waiting around for the rental car she ordered for me. I didn't really have to actually DO anything. They took all the stress and frustration out of the experience (which is hard to do, because ya know, someone hit my car). Oh, and the car looked great when they were done with it. So here's the thing. I never want to /have/ to go back to Caliber... but they're so friendly, so professional, that I guess I wouldn't mind too much. read more

These guys are absolutely amazing. Matt was great with accommodating all my requests.. This place was recommended to me by my insurance, and I went there after I was involved in an accident. First off, dropping off/ pick up was easy! My car needed some body work done along with some parts replaced in the front of the car after the accident. I was amazed how good the car looked after a weeks time when I came back to pick up the car! The replacement parts were all genuine, the body work was flawless. The front of the car looked as good as new. I had custom wheels and Matt reached out to me few times to see if we could fine the exact one too.. Over all great customer service, great work! Totally recommend this place.. read more

I brought my car in for a rear door replacement due to a collision. Jason was very honest and professional and took the time to explain the whole process of how he was going to replace the door. They did an outstanding job, offered a great service, and returned my car cleaned and fixed before the scheduled time. Highlights: - Same day appointment - Daily update about the status of the car via email - Lifetime warranty on repairs - Had a treaty with Enterprise rental cars, so I was picked up at the shop, and was able to drop off the rental car at the shop without having to travel to Enterprise - Honest about their quote (gave me the most fair price, out of 4 others) - Complimentary car wash service - Complimentary refreshments read more

This is my third service at Caliber. They are the best collision repair vendor I have ever used (I have been driving for 56 years). * They completed this most recent work in less time than anticipated * The quality of their work is superior * Value add included full wash and detail of my car (even though they did work on only part of the hood) * All staff are extremely courteous and obviously concerned about providing outstanding service. I will not use any other collision repair vendor. read more

I wish I had before & after photos to let the work speak for itself. The end result was very impressive; everything looks as good as the day I drove my car off the Lexus lot. The service was pleasant & accommodating. They were proactively communicative during the process to set expectations on when the repairs would be complete (which was ahead of schedule). I was able to correspond via email while traveling outside of the country, which was helpful. I would absolutely trust my vehicle in Caliber's hands in the future. They also work with a lot of insurance companies directly, which speaks to the integrity of their work and service. read more

Caliber Collision repaired my two cars and I am so pleased with the work done on each car. I had to fix my car bumper and door damage via insurance claim. the insurance company recommended I choose Caliber Collision. This is probably our first and only claim in over 20 years so I was definitely not sure about the process so decided to make it simple by going with insurance linked shop. I have to say that overall experience was really good. They kept me informed with text messages (with OptOut option for each msg). The car was ready ahead of time for both repairs - as I had to file two repairs claims for insurance reasons. The manager was super nice and other people I talked to were also responsive within few mins. They also arranged the rental car and returned the rental car for me. Generally quite happy with the work. The work under claim was really good. The additional touch up they did voluntarily was not that great but its ok. Happy with the company. read more

I am very impressed with the service at Caliber Collision. My mom's car needed body work. Her car was repaired and months later, she notice s that the auto door locks weren't working. We came back and and Bryan Flores helped us. We are very happy with the work! I brought my car for service. Bryan ordered the new parts for the door. Bryan called me and asked me to bring my car in. He suggested that we try using a tool first. My door is now aligned! I wanted to pay for the service and Bryan said there was no charge! I will be recommending this business to my friends. read more

I'm really glad I brought my car to get fixed in Caliber Collision. Get constant communication through text to get status and I hate other body shops that you have to keep calling to see what's happening. But Caliber Collision gives you comfort on the status and you don't have to worry about the repair at all. I also want to express appreciation for taking my car to the dealership for additional fix and oil change while the dealership working on the fix. Really awesome service and I'd recommend everyone to go there because having a car accident is stressful but having such welcomed body shop service will help relieve the extra burden. read more
