First time to leave a review on Yelp...I want to thank Bryan Flores for taking extra efforts working with insurance companies back and forth to get my car repaired. One colleague bumped into my car in the garage and left heavy scratches in the rear door while he was trying to squeeze into a compact spot. I brought my car to Caliber Collision. During the repair, they uncovered that the intrusion bar is damaged so they have to replace the whole door. Bryan Flores worked back and forth with the insurance company to get them approve the cost of replacement of the door. After the repair, the insurance company rejected car rental bills and the rental car company called me to resolve. I was pretty frustrated when the insurance adjuster told me that they have paid the days but in fact the car hasn't finished repairing until 10 days later. The rental car company was trying to push me to pay those days. When I reached out to Bryan for help, he didn't hesitate to own the issue, followed up with the insurance company and resolved in half a day. I am extremely happy with Bryan's service. I had the most positive experience at caliber collision this past week. Roger and Maya were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in the door, Maya was super patient with helping me understand how the insurance process works at Caliber. Roger jumped in to help me with the vehicle issues and when I came to pick up the car it was clean and ready to go. Roger went above and beyond to help me with a tail light light bulb that need to be replaced which was super helpful and saved me time. This all was at the end of the day right at closing, and they both could not have been more accommodating. Definitely would recommend and will be back for any other services. As suggested by Bristol West, insurance company of liable party, I brought my car for estimates after a collision. The job of Caliber was to do a visual car inspection and prepare estimates. Caliber completely excluded estimate of a damaged part even though I explicitly pointed out the damaged part and requested the inclusion of a photograph. Upon follow up, Caliber was never responsive to rectify the errors in the estimate. I received very low quality and unprofessional service on a simple task. read more

I can't say enough GREAT things about this Sunnyvale location! They are very profession and took proud ownership of all the repairs for our car. Not only did we get updates at least twice a week, but Bryan Flores spent a lot of time explaining things to me as well as took me on test drives to make sure I was 100% happy. Caliber Collision was one of the approved body shops from my USAA car insurance, but knowing what I know now, I'd pick these guys for any out of pocket costs myself! From beginning to end, they did a great job. They were easy to schedule an inspection and Alexis was very clear and thorough in explain what was and wasn't covered. The team emailed me a quote within a day or two, so I didn't have to sit around while they calculated it. When I dropped it off, there was a small scheduling misunderstanding on their side, but they were super accomodating and took my car anyway without any hassle. They estimated 9-11 days for repairs, but had it done in 6. I received regular updates via email from Oscar who was friendly, prompt and very clear. They dropped the car off to my home on Saturday -- when they usually aren't even open -- because they couldn't get it done in time on Friday night. (They called in advance that morning to let me know what was going on and I agreed to get bumped, so it was all good). They were also great about working around my vacation schedule -- eg, if the car hadn't been ready by day 9, they were going to hang on to it for a few days while I was out of town. But the fact that they beat their estimate by nearly half meant that it wasn't even an issue. Finally, the work itself was great! I just had a long scratch on the passenger side of the car, and they were able to buff it out and repaint and it looks perfect. All in all, recommend! read more

Jason was super helpful! I walked in for an estimate and they paired me up with Jason. He was very straight-forward on the $$ and also polished the part that was scratched. Most of the aesthetic scratches came off and also he took a look at my 2 yr old dent and he also forced the dent to straighten. I am happy to report that since taking over this site from Fenders Collision, where I took my Mini Clubman before with excellent results, Caliber Collission has not decreased in quality or efficiency. The Caliber staff was very nice and helpful, and returned my car clean (interior and exterior) and waxed. The color matched and all of my friends commented on the fact, after making fun of how often I have been hit. It's not pleasant to be rear-ended four times in two year (it's frustrating to be hit by so many careless drivers), but it makes it easier when Fenders, and now Caliber, will take care of my little car. read more

Took my vehicle in to repair a parking lot incident. The original estimate was 5 business days; it took 7 more business days than originally estimated. That in itself isn't so bad -- I know work doesn't always go as planned. The problem is that the estimate kept getting pushed back one or two days at a time. I wasn't always called with the updates I was told I would receive. This was particularly annoying because the repair only finished the evening before a vacation. When I received my vehicle again, there was some trash in back (I think some rubber lining of a window?), and a bandanna I had left lying around was wet, dirty, and smelled bad. The service was polite and the vehicle's actual repair seems fine. read more

My car's trunk lock was broken and the Lexus service center gave me an appointment 2 weeks out. On my way to work I just stopped by to see if these guys can help. Matt was the person who helped me. In 10 min, he told me what was the problem with car lock and the estimated cost. While I was waiting, Chelsea was frequently checking to see if I am comfortable and offered tea/coffee. After couple of days, Matt called me to inform that my part has arrived. On the same day during the lunch time he and the team installed the lock. They also washed the car at no extra cost all while I was waiting. Small things like these, do matter and makes your experience pleasant I would definitely recommend them. read more

I was attended by Jose Lioez, he was very good at explaining the details. The repair was quick, took 2-3 hours on a busy office day. They gave me an additional car wash for free.
