I had an accident a few weeks ago, and Caliber collision was suggested by my insurance company. I am very happy to have them repair my car. + Great customer service. In the first appointment, Jason inspected the damage and gave the estimation. Then I dropped off the car, and picked it up a few days later. Onsite rental service is convenient to me. + Great quality. My car looks brand new after their work. They also fully washed the car, and promised to fully polish the car again one month later, even only the hood and pumper were painted. read more

I was extremely happy with Caliber Collusion. The service was excellent and the work around was fast. Everyone was very professional and they did a great job cleaning the car after the service without ant chargers. I highly recommend them. read more

I worked with them after an unfortunate accident where my car was ultimately deemed as a total loss. Fortunately for me I got to work with Jose and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He helped to clarify any and all questions that I had and he made things a lot easier to work with insurance. Overall a great experience with the credit going to Jose at Caliber. read more

Just as a previous reviewer, I had to bring my car back three times for rework. The first thing they focused on was not to fix the problem, but to find excuses or blame on you. One funny thing is that originally I had near $20 quarters and coins in my car, the quarters became less every time I picked up the car at the repair. There were finally not a single quarter left in the drawer the third time I picked up the car. Not recommended. read more

Horrible service. I went in to get the car fixed. My insurance company recomended them. I left the place with positive enthusiasm and hope after thr initial check up. They never got back to us for over a month. I call in, only to find they had been "ready" all this time to have us bring in our car to get it fixed with thr new parts. We could have gotten our car nack by now, good as new. Waste of our time, would not recomend. read more

The service I received at Caliber Collision was outstanding. When I arrived they had the paperwork for the insurance coverage; the estimate was done in a short time; all the people with whom I dealt were friendly and helpful. The repairs were impeccable and completed on time. I returned a few weeks later to have the rubber section under the rear bumper checked because it didn't seem to be correctly in place. It turned out that somehow one end of it had gotten twisted and it would have to be replaced. When I returned two days later to have the replacement made, the wrong item had been sent to Caliber. Sheldon said he'd see whether the damaged piece could be heated and reshaped, while in place. That was done beautifully within a half hour and then he wouldn't charge me for it. Kudos to Caliber, Sheldon and also Chelsea, the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist. read more

I recently took my car to Caliber Collision to get a repair done (long story short, my car was hit in a parking garage and I needed the rear bumper and tail light fixed). The guy who hit me had Farmer's Insurance and they referred me to several repair shops, Caliber being one. I am so glad I chose them! The staff was so nice and made the process super easy. It did take a few days for the repair process to actually start: I had to schedule an appointment for the assessment, then wait for the parts to come in, and then schedule another appointment to bring it back in. It wasn't a big deal to me at all, but just be advised. Once I did bring my car back, it was fixed in just two days. They even washed my car too! They're really professional and really great at keeping you in the loop. Although my repairs came at no cost to me, I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone. It was the best car repair experience I've ever had. read more

Overall I am very satisfied with Caliber collision's service. They did a very good job in replacing my Mazda3 rear bumper. Friendly staff and they are pretty quick! read more

The quality is not there anymore. I had to bring my car for re-work 3 times.

This shop is honest and trustworthy. An electronically controlled gate hit the side of my car, causing a troublesome dent and long scrape. Jose, the claims adjuster, and Jayson, the manager, provided a less expensive option that was practical. I felt like they were treating my case as if it were their own. They are responsive and friendly, and when the job was completed, they had washed the car and cleaned the interior. I recommend this shop without hesitation. read more

Had a bumper damage a few days back at office parking slot(also an old dip). Went to this garage since it was the closest from my office building. I was attended by Jose Lioez, he was very good at explaining the details. The repair was quick, took 2-3 hours on a busy office day. They gave me an additional car wash for free. The whole thing cost within $200. Was really happy with the service. Highly recommend this place. read more

Customer Service and Quality of work are what these seem to stand for. They did a great job making my Scion Xb look like new again after it was rear ended by a truck. They also dealt with the truck owner's pathetic insurance company. I'm really glad I chose Caliber for this job and recommend them with no reservations. Thanks Matt! read more

I love Caliber Collision Center!! My exterior plastic trim for my Land Rover side door fell off. In the past, I went to my dealer and they charged me $150 to put it back for me. But this time around, I was recommended by my local auto mechanics to see Caliber instead. The service advisor, Terry, was super friendly. Not only he gave me the honest suggestion/recommendation on how to pop the trim back, and he even went extra step to put the trim back for me with free charge, which I was not expected. I really highly recommend Caliber, great service, honest people, excellent job. We need good business like this in our community. Thanks again Terry. read more

On the Fourth of July, I got into an accident ( way to spend the holiday). I made a claim with my insurance and the partner with Caliber so naturally I wanted to do what would be easiest for my insurance company to get all the information and have it approved immediately, I went to Caliber and right from the start everything went perfectly. The lovely lady at the front was excellent and helping me and answering my questions ( sorry I didn't get her name but she's the pregnant one). Then I met Issac who is new to the location but very knowledgeable and personable. He kept me updated the entire time and even finished all the work before the quoted date to return my truck. They did an excellent job and I love the wax job they did. They even bugged out a few scratches I had on my door, so I say all this to say I would definitely recommend them for body repairs. Thanks again Isaac for all your help. read more

I made the best decision when I chose to take my car to Caliber for repair. Working with Alexis, the service advisor, was key. She kept me updated and informed about the repair process, both by phone and email. She addressed all my questions and concerns with skill and confidence. So after having a series of mishaps with another site closer to home, I decided to stop-in to the Sunnyvale (W. Maude Ave.) shop closer to my work to ask for a 2nd opinion for options of my situation. There I meet Jason Lauritzen. Bam! An instant connection. He was sensitive & professional about my situation then offered an immediate remedy. Have to say, the other site I had issues with was just lacking the quality due to a lack of quality resources. My issues ended-up being resolved after several visits. There are 2 sites, that I know of, in Sunnyvale the other has Justin Bliss my go to for any service small or large. He & his staff really know how to match paint! You have an older car where paint fades from the sun? Justin knows his stuff! read more

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision, thanks to Jose and the help of his staff members. I truly felt as though they had my best interest in mind, and were always transparent with expected costs and expenses. They even washed my vehicle inside and out before I picked it up, making it more spotless than when I brought the vehicle in. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Caliber Collision, and will definitely be back for any repairs in the future. There is no one else i'd trust more with my vehicle, time, and money. read more

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision - having used them for car repair twice now, both times the team members were great to work with, did their best to accommodate schedules, provided excellent service, and their workmanship was great too. read more

I went in for a scheduled quote around noon. A guy looked at my car for about 20-30 minutes. He came back inside to the lobby and told me he'd have the quote ready for me at the end of the day or next day first thing in the morning at the latest. Next day mid afternoon comes around and no quote. I call up the shop to follow up, get put on hold for 15 mins then the receptionist lets me know that the guy would call me back. Never received a call back or a quote two weeks later. read more

Caliber did a great job on my repair -- the service, costs and finished results met my expectations and then some. Bryan was me service rep, outstanding in every respect. Hopefully I will not need to have bodywork done in the future, but I would not hesitate to take my car back to this Caliber shop. read more

They are the best. They are super efficient. They made my car look beautiful and they were easy to work with and very nice people!

The service provided by the staff is great. Specially, the rental car service with Enterprise. It is very convenient for customers getting the ride to Enterprise. And, have Enterprise picked-up the car directly once the repair on my car is completed. read more

I took my car to Caliber Collision in North Scottsdale and was pleasantly greeted by Jessica who has been nothing but welcoming each time that I have been there. I have been there a total of three times now. Kendall has been incredibly kind, cordial, communicative and professional. Above all, he has been very open and honest. As you know finding a reliable, honest and dependable mechanic can be a challenge in and of itself. I have relocated here from California and since I have been here, it has been a feat to find a trustworthy mechanic. I believe that I have finally found that trust in Kendall and Caliber. Moving forward I will be bringing all of my automotive needs to him and his caring staff. I highly recommend that if you are looking for excellent customer service, top quality work done on your car and an on going relationship with a caring staff that you choose Caliber Collision in N. Scottsdale. read more

Had a great experience with Caliber after my car was rear-ended. They were efficient, friendly and did a great job repairing my vehicle. My Customer Service Consultant, Alexis was excellent. She was stellar at communicating information about the estimate, the repair and my options. She was also very flexible in working with me to arrange for pick up of my car during the Holidays when the service was completed. Alexis wasn't there when I picked up my car, but Oscar Romero was able to seamlessly step in and explain the details of the repair and close the loop with issues that Alexis and I had discussed. I appreciated that Caliber makes sure that all the reps seamlessly step in to help one another. The front desk service was also excellent - in fact - everyone I dealt with at Caliber was excellent I also like that Caliber sent me text messages to keep me informed about the status of the repair along the way. My vehicle repair was also excellent. Highly recommend bringing your car in to Caliber. read more
