This is my first Yelp review! Hope it helps!! USAA recommended my wife to take her vehicle to Caliber Collision, we did. First was the inspection phase, as soon as we walked into the doors of Caliber Collision on Maude Ave we were friendly greeted by a young gentlemen named Oscar. He introduced himself and asked what can he help us with today? We explained it was our first car accident and USAA had recommended his shop. He stated that USAA was the insurance he did himself and helped us with getting a fast estimate while we waited in the lobby! We scheduled an appointment for a week later so that Oscar can look up parts and make sure our vehicle did not stay parked while waiting for parts - which was great! When we came in for our scheduled appointment, we unfortunately were not greeted by Oscar but by Melanie... I never had such horrible customer service! Melanie was to busy texting away on her own personal phone to help us out right away. There was no professional introduction, she simply asked "dropping off or estimate?" We let her know we had an appointment with Oscar. She paged Oscar over the intercom and went back on to texting! He, came in and took over, got our paper work done and called Enterprise for us. He saved the day! Oscar did an amazing job keeping us informed on the repairs and when the vehicle should be done! He was easy to communicate with and made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I felt like I was talking with a good ol' buddy! After going over the status off the vehicle on his weekly calls we would spend a couple minutes talking about baseball (Giants will rock your Angels!) Caliber finished the work a couple days earlier then expected and the outcome was great!! I will happily recommend anyone to Oscar at Caliber! Best part of all was Oscar calling a couple days later asking for feedback! You hardly ever see that in the Silicon Valley - someone taking time out of their day to ensure that his/hers customers are happy! I am definitely one happy customer!! 5 stars to Oscar for customer service! 5 starts to Caliber for the outcome of repairs! I love caliber. I don't have any negative comments towards this location, I notice some bad comments and I jut don't get how people can express themselves a certain way. sometimes there's damages or little details on our vehicles that we didn't know about and since our vehicle got repaired at a body shop we tend to blame them for something that was already there and we want them to be accountable for. I am just amazed by how their communication works, there wasn't a single day where I didn't get notified, Gerson my service advisor really professional and knows what he's doing. kept me updated, delivered my vehicle earlier than expected and always had a smile on him which made me trust him with my vehicle. I remember when I dropped off my vehicle, it was really dusty and dirty inside and out, caliber made sure my vehicle was as if I had gotten it out of a dealership, unrecognizable!! Really cleaned,polished and interior was amazingly clean up well!, there aren't really any words to really express how happy and amazed I am by the caliber crew, specially Gerson my service advisor, Thank you very very much for such an amazing experience here. Oh my goodness...this place is on point. I was in shams when I came in and totally frazzled but this place really calmed my nerves like the champs that they are. I am so grateful I went to this shop for my work. They were in constant contact for updating me and we're really fast at the job even though I said there's no rush. They have coffee, snacks and hot coco in the waiting room, called me a Uber/Lyft to take me home and to bring me back to pick up my car. Then if it couldn't get any better, they washed my car too. The customer service was amazing and they work well as a team. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were you. Choose this place and you will be very happy. Definitely the best place to get repairs done. The team is very welcoming from the moment you enter the door and they provide the best service I ever got to experience. This was my first time getting repairs done with them and I am very pleased with their work. I had taken my car to get fixed in an Auto Shop in san jose, but they kept delaying my repair and almost never kept in touch to let me know what's going on. I had to call/email them to see when I could drop off the car next. I then decided to come to Caliber Collision and I am very happy I came to these guys. I brought in my vehicle for repairs at Caliber Collision 438 W Maude Ave. My consultant Oscar, was outstanding. He kept me informed daily on how the repairs were going! At first I was honestly nervous since this was my first accident, but he assured me that the work would be done professionally and as efficient as possible. At the end to wrap the outstanding customer service, Oscar rejected receiving a tip and instead asking for feedback. Stating that he is new and any feedback will make him better at his position. I recently had my car repaired with Caliber in Sunnyvale, and the process to get it fixed couldn't have been smoother. They texted me several times a week to keep me updated and ended up pulling in the completion date by a week from their initial estimate. My car looks great, and they made working with my insurance company and the car rental agency super easy. Just FYI: when I told the car rental agency I didn't know exactly when I would return the car, they said Caliber's average time to fix a car is 13 days, and mine took 11 days, so right in line with that. read more

I got my vehicle repaired at caliber last week, it was a speedy 2 day repair. The customer service from the main guy who kept me updated daily on the repair process was Oscar. He was outstanding and made it possible to get my car back for Super Bowl weekend! I definitely recommend anyone to Caliber at 438 W. Maude. My insurance told me to go here after my car was scratched in a parking lot. I'm so happy with the work they did. It went from horrible to looking brand new! i definitely recommend this place. They dropped me off at home when it was time to leave my car at their center and then they brought my car to my house when it was fixed! I appreciate the extra service so much. Great service! Best out of allllll! And when I say best trust me I mean it. I had my 2013 corolla in an accident and I had no doubt to bring it here when I hear it from a friend. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. The customer care was great from start to finish. Ari the front desk admin Checked me in and the estimator her name was Victoria went over the vehicle with me and explained how the repair process will go and gave me updates Mon, Wed, and Friday. Amazing workmanship, damaged area looks brand new! The technicians also did a beautiful job in blending/painting so that the lines and color flows along entire side of vehicle -- leaving no sign that car was ever damaged. Really outstanding work!
