Our Honda was rear ended by a truck causing a lot of damage. Ricardo Serrano gave us a written detailed estimate of everything needed to fix our car. He was great to work with and answered all of our questions. During the repair process he called us multiple times to give us status updates. Ricardo is both friendly and professional. The paint was a perfect match to the original color. Our car was immaculate both inside and out when we came to get it. read more

I got into a fender bender with my dad's car (he currently has mine, as we had switched cars for the time being) and had my insurance hook me up with the closest repair shop that they work with, which ended up being Caliber Collision down the street from me. I brought my car in and Ricardo was very communicative in what he thought needed to be done to get my car back into shape. Upon disassembly, Ricardo called me back in so he could explain what he found on my vehicle that may cause complications when replacing parts. He took the time to chat on the phone with my dad, going line by line on the summary of parts that needed repair or replacement and was very thorough when answering all our questions. Not only did my dad's car come back fully repaired, but they cleaned the interior and exterior of the car as well! Also, what previously was a 2-3 week estimate, my car was finished in 10 days. Thank you so much, Ricardo and staff! read more

My car had some issues with bumper being partially not attached and rocket panel bent from a blow out tire and they were able to help clip the panel and help the bumper be put in place for a really good deal. Thank you very much Ricardo and the entire team! I would highly recommend and would come here again. read more

This is an excellent location and the staff here are highly professional and customer satisfaction focused. I came in, for a very minor bumper repair and could not be happier with how it was handled. Calibers representative Ricardo is very responsible and helpful. Progress update text was sent to me everyday. The job is nicely done. He also helped fix some minor scratches on my car which went above my expectation. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends. read more

I've (unfortunately) had to go to Caliber 5 times in the last few years - fender benders, a hit and run, big fight with a pole in Lucky's parking lot (oops!), etc. However, they're a pleasure to work with. From giving me a ride back to my house, to the helpful text updates on the car issues, tea and snacks (and HGTV!) in the lobby - I wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone I've worked with there has been above and beyond kind and courteous. And my car always looks brand new when it's finished! read more

This location provided some of the absolute best service I've received. I've gone to some pretty meh Caliber Collision centers before but this one really stood out. Richard and Monica were extremely helpful, considerate of the time I would have to go without my car, and overall embodied taking care of the customer. They were very transparent, went out of their way to help me repair my broken window and door and I would absolutely recommend this location and return here for services again. read more

I drove into Caliber Collision today, Ricardo and Ryan helped me. Awesome service!! They made some adjustments to some damages as a courtesy. Jennifer was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended!! read more

First, they did a good job on the repair, and the people I dealt with were friendly. The bad news? I had a minor, cosmetic repair (keyed bumper), dropped the car off first thing Monday, and barely, barely! got it back late that Friday afternoon (it was in the paint booth Friday morning).....and only because I got my insurance agent involved. Granted, it wasn't a large (or probably lucrative) job, but it was a simple one....that should have been completed without intervention on my or my agent's part. At best, they've got work flow issues. At worst? They just don't care. read more

I was rear ended in a hit and run and Juanita E.was amazing! I took my car in the next day- and was given a quote quickly and was updated constantly on the status of my car. I was already rattled from the accident but this place gave me peace of mind that all was going to be ok and that my car was gonna be fixed in a timely manner. Thanks Caliber for all that you did! read more

Tldr: body damage fixed, electrical damage to speakers done during repairs, was jerked around about getting the issue fixed and finally gave up. Don't believe what they tell you, and make sure you spend at least 10 minutes checking out your car before leaving (including all electrical systems). Brought my car in on an insurance claim. I had body damage and it was fixed very well. It was fixed a few days late, but they explained they needed to wait for parts and they also fixed a broken window motor (not sure if related to accident). However, immediately after I picked up my car I noticed that my speakers did not work properly in my car. I never had an issue with my speakers before, including the week after my accident before I brought my car in to Caliber Collision. I brought the issue to the attention of the staff and manager at least 3 times. I shook the manager's hand when he told me he'd have his electrical specialist look at it. This was after talking about it on the phone as well. I never got follow ups and it's just not worth the effort now. read more

The team at Caliber Collision in Sunnyvale is very friendly and easy to work with! My car did a body shop work by Caliber Collision at a different location, but I accidentally ubered to this place. Really good customer service. My Fiat was rear-ended with bumper being cracked. They were able to get me booked the next day with a reasonable quote. Danny Chao was the person who assisted me during my recent visit. He is extremely courteous and professional. After some stupid, careless woman rear-ended my car, my insurance company vouched for the workmanship of Caliber Collision. I'm glad that I went there. Walked in on a slow Monday (Dec 28th). They asked if I had an appointment. (no) They asked if I wanted to make one. Said no since there were no people around and man in office talking Korean (business I doubt it). Save yourself time and go somewhere that values your time. read more

This place was recommended to me by my insurance agent when I got in a fender bender a few months ago. Jose and the team did an amazing job to fix my car in a timely manner and completed everything by the time I requested my vehicle back! I even brought it in again to take a look at the Chrome piece attached to my hood that fell off and Ricardo helped me understand why it had fallen off and ways to fix the problem! I Would recommend Ricardo & Jose as well as the Caliber Collison staff for any car repairs or issues!! Keep up the great work! read more

This Caliber Collision seriously earns all the 5-star reviews that are posted here, and I'm adding another one. Eric in particular was tremendous on every level -- polite, professional, friendly, he clearly understands how important our vehicles are to us. My beloved GTI got rear-ended, and Eric and his team made both the repairs and management of the whole issue seamless and painless. I honestly never thought an auto repair would be this easy -- I drove away feeling like I hit the lottery! So much attention was paid to not only my vehicle but also the fact that I have a hectic work schedule and a long commute. These guys totally accommodate you. I hope I never need Eric and his Caliber team again (no offense, guys!) but if I do, at least I know they'll take awesome care of my vehicle and make the whole process as easy on me as they can. read more

Ricardo and Caliber team are professional. I was informed the progress clearly and in time from parts arrival time, refinish to reassembly, and any changes they decided to make and why. They also understood the customer's concerns. They did their best to finish the job as early as possible. The quality of repair is excellent. And to my surprise, the car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, like brand new! I strongly recommend Ricardo and the caliber team, I was totally satisfied with their services. read more

Brought my car to Caliber Collision, the team there was awesome. They were there for me through the entire process, I brought in my car and they were very helpful, sorting out issues with my car insurance and organizing a pickup for my rental. They finished service on my car faster than expected, and were a delight to work with. Would definitely recommend to others and will bring my car here again in the future. read more

Awful experience, this is the sketchiest shop. Went to the shop twice to have our bumper repainted, they told us 2-3 days is what it would take (given no damage under bumper, which there wasn't), both insurance and the shop confirmed 2-3 days time frame for to repaint and both times we physically went to the shop, they said it will be longer and they can't tell us how long "because it is a process" Manager was not helpful at all, seems they are just piling up cars and charging customers and insurance causing massive inconvenience for everyone. I am surprised they are even in business. Skip this place unless you are okay leaving your car at the repair shop for weeks and spending a ton of money for rental for weeks read more

Bad experience from the first phone call. Caliber Collision is a preferred vender of my insurance company, State Farm, so I called the number they supplied which was for the Maude Ave location in Sunnyvale. The woman on the line seemed pleasant enough, but relayed that their first available appointment for a repair estimate was at least a week away. Then added that Caliper Collision had 18 area locations and she could help me select another. After some checking, she recommended this nearby Arques Ave location, who she said had availability. I hung up, called the Arques shop and the person on the line said they were also busy, but asked about the vehicle and damage. I told him (2008 Volvo wagon, 25 mile per hour front-end impact, significant damage) and he relayed that Volvos are hard to work on and part availability was very poor-and sometimes parts are not available at all-and that he would rather not work on my car. Okay, its a free country. Fine. So it seems if you own anything more than a simple economy car, don't bother calling Caliber Collision. It will be likely challenging for them to work on and they'll probably have trouble finding parts for it. So glad I found out how pathetic this place is through a weak explanation, rather than experiencing a weak repair. The company did nothing for me, let alone begin to live up to their motto of "restoring rhythm to there customers lives". Proceed with caution. read more
