Not only did they come out quickly to tow us, but they went above and beyond--despite being closed, they didn't want to leave a mom and her kids stranded. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their kids even played soccer with mine while we waited! They diagnosed the issue right away--a simple sensor replacement. What they called a "quick fix," I consider a true blessing in disguise. Jerry and Maria, along with their amazing staff, made what could have been a stressful situation feel safe, friendly, and even heartwarming. Maria even came to pick me up, got me a charger for my phone, helped me find a safe hotel, and made sure I had food and snacks while everything was being sorted out. That same evening, Jerry gathered a team of people, went back to the garage, pushed my car out from the 3rd floor and safely towed it so it could be inspected the next day. Jerry told me no was not an option. We hear a lot about "exceptional customer service," but this family truly lives it. The kindness they showed a complete stranger is something I will never forget. Took my vehicle in for factory paint repairs. Went to pick the vehicle up 2 months later and…read morenoticed wet sanding marks not properly buffed. When I pointed Chase the owner he stated that once u go through your first wash it will have scratches. To some degree he is right, not WET sanding scratches.at that time I noticed another area not fixed and was able to get the dealership to approve that repair as well. When I came to pick up my vehicle after the secondary fix I noticed overspray inside the vehicle on the center infotainment display, head up display, shifter, various piano black finishes, and the instrument cluster display. Talked to Zane and immediately brought vehicle back that same Friday. Zane called before close and told me he applied a compound and that there may be a "haze". I picked up the car and went to get dinner and noticed the left driver window had severe overspray on it as well. Dropped the car off on Sunday as I work Saturdays...then crickets. Call Zane to do follow up and just keep being brushed off. Go in today March 2nd to have a discussion on how to proceed on the damages that were incurred while at the facility and the tldr is they refuse to fix what happened in there possession. I will include photos below. I will be filing attorney general complaint, submitting this review to all other socials, and taking the to court for the diminished value, loss of use, and my deductible. What a shame that the owner cant even have the stones to listen and apologize when something happens on a customers 80k car. Overspray on windows, not properly masked off and 0 accountability. Below are pictures of damage and the last one it the screen before repairs. Update. Went to charge the vehicle and noticed overspray on. My left rear rim which is the rear paint repair on quarter...but no call, text, or email. But they are sure to deny this too...what a shame they used to be better than this.
