I took my car here a few months ago after it got hit while parked in the Mesa shopping center. Similar to the experiences of the other reviewers, Caliber did a terrific job fixing my car. But yesterday after work I went out to my car and found someone had left some paint behind on my rear bumper, the same part Caliber had just recently fixed. I took it back to Caliber for an estimate, but Cesar removed the extra paint and scratches right there on the spot and didn't charge me for his time. The first time, I received nothing short of amazing attention, got constant updates via text (I chose this as my preference) on repairs, and they were great about sticking to date they had given me on when they would be finished. Their customer service is friendly and professional. They had help me with my first car that ended up being totalled and they helped me with my second car. They did a good job at making it look like nothing had happened but I ended up having a few problems that apperantly they couldn't fix and my insurance wouldn't cover. I ended up going to someone to fix them which they said was an easy fix. I understand that they only do the work my insurance covers but my blinkers, sunroof and sound system were working just fine before they touched my wiring. read more

We just had a wonderful experience at Caliber. We have a 2017 Lexus ES 350 still under warranty. We took it to the dealership for a scheduled checkup and noted that the front bumper cover had pulled away from the fender. Dealership said they can't fix it so sent us to Caliber. In fifteen minutes Adam had it fixed. The dealership was talking about a new bumper cover at $1500. I highly recommend Caliber-- honest, knowledgeable, the best. read more

He was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the repair process. He even picked up from work when the car was ready. When I got the car back the the car looked great and i could not tell the difference between the aftermarket parts and the parts that came with the car. So my car had some major front end damage. My insurance company recommended me to caliber collision. So I ended up just taking my car to them. The customer service there was great and the rep was very friendly. However the job they did was less than perfect. They fixed my front end but because they took my door panel off they broke a couple of the rubber lining and didn't fix it. I took it back later that week and had them repair that. I had had a couple people recommend this place to me anyway, but they couldn't have been nicer -- they did what I needed for FREE! I had a sticky-downy-thing (technical term... dirt shield?) hanging off the bottom of my my car that bashed every time I went over the slightest bump. I figured it wasn't doing anything anymore, & was afraid of it ripping off on the freeway. These guys confirmed that it wasn't really needed & removed it for free (because it "wasn't worth the paperwork"). Probably simple for them to do, but not something I could do myself -- & the goodwill they scored has just earned them a(nother) 5-star review & a definite future customer! We had to go back for a bunch of details when we were fixing the bumper on our brand-new car. There was a visible fingerprint in the paint in one place sealed under the clear coat. The clear coat had to be redone to fix it. The little plastic tabs that hide the bolts attaching the bumper were accidentally left off. Finally, the clear protective strip that protects the bumper from getting scratched when cargo is loaded into the trunk was not put on right, and had bubbles under it. (It was like having a bubble in a screen protector - not a huge deal but still not cool if your phone is totally new!) It had to be reordered and replaced. They fixed everything, and the final job was perfect, but it was not very fun to have to go back with all the complaints. read more

My 2017 car was had major damage. I brought the car to Caliber as I have done in the past. I had a small deep scratch in the paint not related to the accident. I dealt with the same person overseeing the repair of my car. Upon getting the estimate, he told me he would take care of the scratch free of charge. When the car was dropped off for repair, I again mentioned the scratch. I was again assured it would be repaired. During the weeks it took to repair the car, I called and spoke to the same person who told me a third time the scratch would be fixed. When I picked up my car, I saw the scratch was the same as when I dropped it off. I told him the scratch was not repaired. He said, "Oh, did you want that fixed?" I told him he told me three times that it would be fixed. He then said he could "real quick" put some touch up paint on it. No thanks. That was not answer/solution I wanted to hear. They did do a great job on the area caused by the accident. read more
