My truck got read ended a couple weeks ago. I saw caliber collision from yelp, they have good reviews. So i told the insurance company i'll take my truck over there. The receptionist (Starr) was really nice and friendly. She immediately called Edgar and Mike to assist me and to look at the truck. Edgar and mike was very knowledgeable, they gave a quick estimate of the what needs to be done and also let me know that there might be more damages once the rear end is taken apart. At the same time while doing the estimate, Starr informed Hertz to get my rental car delivered at the shop. It was a smooth transaction. Edgar constantly update me of the progress. Then few days later i got my truck back which a day earlier that ETA. They did a great job esp Jerry who did the paint. Mike gave a run down of what was done/replaced. everything was replaced with OEM parts only which i insisted from the insurance company. I met the Nick (i think he's the manager) on my way out. He asked if i'm happy with service and to let them know if theres any concern. Overall they did a great job and most important is a very good customer service. I'm glad that brought my truck here. read more

Im am very pleased with the staff here!! The front desk woman stopped everything she was doing to help me out . Due to not having an appointment, The General Manager "What a Cutie" introduced him self as Nick Barrios and assisted with my vehicle. I had a scratch on my new Tesla and its been bothering me for quite some time. Nick took my vehicle to their detail department and buffed out my scratch that has been bugging me for quite some time. I was so happy and excited. I really felt welcomed and I will definitely refer my friends and family to this shop. Nick also mentioned that their location is not a certified Tesla shop and gave me a referral to their Santa Clara location for Tesla repairs. Thank you Nick and Caliber! You guys are awesome... definitely impressed! read more

i am very sure Caliber collision remember me and they know what I'm talking about because the damages they did to my vehicle is unbelievable and the lies about everything's. i'm not the only person who was hurt by this people believe me. i been dealing with the damages on my vehicle since i picked it up 2023 until now . i'm working to make money and spend it on my damaged vehicle.i bought my car in 2021 for $40000 after Caliber did the repairs on the rear bumper with the damaged they did i sold my car for $8000 . i have one question about Caliber collision? why this business is still open until now ?????? i give them one star if they have 0 star i will use it for them because work with them is wasting money time and health. caliber keep doing what you doing and nobody's going to stop you for damaging everybody's life because you guys very professional with the lies and denial about all the damage you guys done. read more

I took my car here because my insurance said they worked with them. They called me to let me know about my appointment and even when they said they might have to take it to their other location they helped me out all the way. Very friendly people. The two people that helped me out was estrella (star) and mike. Very cool people. They was quick with the work I took it in Monday morning and got it back Wednesday at 4:30 and the work was perfect. Can't even tell it was crashed. Would recommend people here because of the work they do. read more

Amazing experience here. My car was rear ended and insurance routed me to CC. Was concerned that the location would be out of the way, but CC has a very tight running ship with a professional looking front of house. All the documents provided were clear and bundled in an organized manner. The communication and follow-through were impeccable and there were no hiccups with their service. Would definitely recommend! read more

Wow! Customer service was utmost professional. They even dropped me off at BART. Mike especially handled everything very smoothly. Thank you Mike for the car repair on my front bumper. My insurance company Progressive highly recommended them after I filed a claim recently. I was very busy running between work and the car body shop last week but Mike was very good at managing the entire process from the beginning of our phone to call to the end results. The car looks beautiful. Fantastic car body work done. Thank you! read more

This place is awesome. I had my car fixed in a short amount of time. This is not so much an auto body shop but more like an auto body clinic .I highly recommend this place read more

Went in for an estimate and the Lady at front desk was very friendly. Dude comes out and says off top "we are corporate and deductible needs to be paid up front" First off my pockets are hella fat so $1000 is nothing and has been spent accidental numerous times. I took no offense to it at all thinking thats their policy. Until my claims guys says He never heard of that in his life and would find out what for me. He calls me back and says, I was told that because I was hinting atound about getting a discount and having some kind of hardship about coming up with deductible... NICE TRY BUDDY.. Maybe you thought my "Commuter car would be done and sitting in your shop done as I scrounge up 10 hundred dollar bills... Is that whats told to certain customers that may not(assuming) have $1000 laying around? NEVER WOULD'VE CHOSE $1000 DEDUCTIBLE IF IT WOULD BE A STRUGGLE. read more

I went to this place last week and I wanna say These guys are the best went in thinking I was just gonna get my estimate and go home but turns out they were able to buff out what another car side swiped on my drivers side and made it look like nothing ever happened and no charge I don't know if they even do charge lol but still good service I don't recall the man's name who helped me but he was so nice and especially the receptionist very welcoming and she even got into a full on conversation with me about her which was nice since im fairly new to the area and could use some insight on how everything is around The Bay Area. Thank you guys you both were the best! hopefully the company can recall and remember whoever it was that I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to when they receive this. read more

I recently had some body work done at this Caliber Collision on 139th Ave in San Leandro. I was incredibly impressed with their prices, their work, and above all, their customer service. In the past, I had used a different SL body shop. I had gone to them first before I contacted my insurance company. The experience was not good. I was actually irritated, They treated me as though I was irritating and taking up their time. My car had been damaged in a parking lot. I knew it needed to be repaired. Finally I went to Caliber Collision because it the one that my insurance company requested for the estimate. They did tell me, however, that I was free to get the actual work done anywhere. They only wanted the estimate to be from Caliber. The contrast between my former body shop and Caliber was palpable in so many ways. I hope I don't need any more body work on my car (who wants that?) But if I do, I know where I'll go...Caliber Collision in San Leandro on 139th Ave--quality work and concern for me as a customer. They even drove me home and later picked me and brought me back to get my car when it was done. They could have easily just left that up to me...had me ask a neighbor or take Lyft or just figure out some way how to get back. But instead, they transported me both ways. It was so comforting to be cared for the way I was cared for at Caliber. read more

I brought my car in for body work because of a minor fender bender. Michael P. and Nick B. totally took care of me, making sure that I had a rental car, the work was done in a timely manner, and that I was totally satisfied. They were friendly and professional; they put customer service first. I highly recommend them and would want to bring my cars to this location again should they need collision repairs. read more

Had a car accident and the insurance company referred me to this place. I'm very happy with this referral. The staff there are super friendly and professional. Had contact with Mike, Ross and Star. They are very helpful and I couldn't ask for more. The result is also great when I picked up my car. Looks like brand new and the accident never happened. Overall I highly recommend this place and will for sure go back if I need any body work done in the future. read more

My experience at Caliber Collision was amazing. My car was recently keyed on my passenger side and I made an appointment to get an estimate for the paint job. The day I came in for my estimate, Mike P. helped me out and he explained the paint job work and the cost very thoroughly. He was very professional and kind. He gave me the estimate and and I was able to leave my car to get it repaired the same day. The repair time was quick, 4 days, and they did a really great job on the paint. read more

Excellent experience. Very professional and helpful and they had my vehicle finished when they promised which was over the holidays. I showed them some scratches on my paint that wasn't part of the damage. They buffed out the scratches for me which was above and beyond what they needed to do. I would definitely return here. They did a great job repairing my car and it looks great! read more

This is the best collision place I have ever been to the guy who was helping me his name is Mike they are the best out the whole accident this is the only people that actually help me and cared the people that hit my car had a attitude with me about them hitting my car while my car was parked and the insurance company took 2 months to get around to contact me about my car so when I say this collision place is the best I would advise anybody to take their car to them they really did me good read more

Mike was super helpful! I had my drivers mirror broken on Monday and they took me in and called my insurance to deliver a rental car. During these Covid times, they made sure I was secure and had space in their office. Everyone that I interacted with- from the office to the person that evaluated my car (Mike) and the manager-- they were all super supportive and friendly and walked me through everything. I got my car super fast and it looks great! I would definitely come back here again-- Only if needed read more

What can I say, this place is amazing. From my initial call with Star to get my car in, to Ross walking me through their process, to me picking up my car and seeing what a beautiful job they did, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were diligent in keeping me updated on the status of my repairs, alerted me when more damage was found to go over pricing for the new items, and were overall extremely professional and personable. Bonus, they even completed my car earlier than what was originally quoted. I would highly recommend this shop and if I need any work done in the future this will definitely be my first choice. Thank you guys! read more

Very unprofessional I left my car for a inspection which according to them should only take about 3 days tops, it ended up taking over a week. They kept going around in circles with me just have my adjuster call me and and tell me they hadn't even notified him the car was there at the shop and that they hadn't even bothered to look at it. I can't speak about the rest of the reps working at caliber since I didn't deal with them, but if you have mercury I suggest looking for another shop. I've worked with a few body shops around the area and they're service is outstanding compared to caliber. read more
