He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. Thank you Bobby & Platinum Collision Repair Crew!

Sun Valley Collision went way above expectations and took great care of me! I was in my first…read moreaccident and didn't know anything about auto repair and the process. I'm a AAA member and was referred to use them by my local AAA, and was beyond impressed. I needed a lot of hand-holding since I didn't know much about working with somebody else's insurance and how the process would work, and Mo helped me out and answered all my questions along the way. She was super responsive both on the phone and over email. When I first arrived I was there with my 2 year old and Mo was so friendly and kind, even though I was still pretty emotional since the accident had just happened. During the rest of the process I mainly worked with Chad, and he was so great about keeping me updated and leaving voicemails and emails for me when needed. They even made sure that they were up-to-date with the quickest way to get claims filled with Allstate and was able to quickly go through all the supplemental processing. The best part of all this was that I was under a huge time crunch to leave town and was told by friends and family that getting your car fixed after an accident takes forever, but Chad, Mo, and the team worked to not only get me my car back by when I needed it but actually got it back to me two days earlier than expected, and with a nice fresh car wash! I cannot recommend them enough as there is literally nothing they could have done better! Thank you Sun Valley Collision!

To pass a Ga rebuilt title inspection, safety features like the headlights have to work. I overlooked this and it was during the day so I didn't visually inspect the headlight function. Once at home, we realized the headlight didn't work and that the wiring harness that attaches to the headlight wasn't attached and wouldn't attach because the headlight installed was wrong and for a different trim level. The fix is a new headlamp assembly that costs $1,400 plus labor. The only way to pass would've been to somehow fake the working light or install the correct expensive lamp and then take it out and put in the cheap non functioning one. It would appear they not only defrauded me but the Ga govt as well. Alan, my salesperson gave me the runaround for weeks about how they ordered the part blah blah, but they didn't, and they won't. These guys have awful yelp reviews, and F with the BBB. I got lucky compared to others as the headlamp is the only issue (albeit expensive, which is why they likely avoided fixing it), but save yourself the headache and keep driving when you see this fraudulent business.
