My wife is a well-known social media mexican interracial, marriage @Nubiabrown influencer, and when we walked into this shop, we immediately felt like family- Familia. They went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Our Model S Tesla looks absolutely incredible after their work! We recently moved back from Hawaii after living there for around seven years because we wanted to be closer to family. We have three kids, and this whole situation was extremely stressful. My wife's mom's Tesla was hit by someone who was on their phone and essentially drove full throttle into her. Thankfully, the team here took care of everything. We literally turned the entire situation over to them, and they handled it with professionalism, care, and integrity. They did everything they possibly could for us, and we are incredibly thankful. We will never use another body shop again! We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family. No wonder they have such a large shop right off the 215 Freeway -- you guys are doing things right! The way you treat people with love, honesty, and integrity really stands out. Thank you again for taking such great care of our family and making our Tesla look amazing! God bless you all! Upon receiving the car back, all is washed and cleaned inside / out. The car was in the shop for a while but it was not because of the bodyshop fault but rather of the other person insurance that had a delay times in sending the adjuster, communicating with the adjuster and sending the multiple payments cheques. All in all, Seidner's Collision Ctr did a great job with the car and takes care of its customers well. I am glad it has its business here in the city of Loma Linda. Last week, I was given conflicting information about when I'd receive a damage estimate, forcing me to waste a trip down there. When I expressed my frustration about the lack of clear expectations, the shop manager, Roman, completely lacked empathy. Instead of trying to fix their own miscommunication, he actually suggested I take my business to another facility. Unbelievably unprofessional to tell a customer to go elsewhere just because they asked for clear communication. Look for a shop that actually cares about its clients.

We chose Fix Auto Moreno Valley because they are relatively local, were a preferred shop, and specialize in Jeep repairs. The location is clean, and we were promptly welcomed by their employee who got the process started quickly. We were initially told the estimated repair time would be around three weeks, which concerned us a bit, but our priority was getting the job done correctly. Ultimately, it took about a month because we requested only original parts. Once they received all the parts, they worked on the car quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process, they kept us updated, and when we went to pick up the car, it looked as good as new. They informed us that they had test-driven it and gone through a thorough checklist. We also took it for a drive, and everything was just as they said. I am impressed with the whole process and glad we had no issues. They guarantee their work, which provided us with even more peace of mind. I would trust them again in the future and would recommend them to any family or friends in need of a local shop.
