Amazing services. I was having trouble with the original estimate my insurance gave me because it would not cover the damages. However, the staff at Caliber reassured me that they would redo it and send my insurance the new one. This was my first accident and I was unsure about the process. But, the staff did a wonderful job at being patient and keeping me informed every step of the way. I had no trouble whatsoever. The car was returned to me in a timely manner too! I would most definitely bring my car here again if another accident occurs (fingers crossed that is not the case). The work done was just amazing. My car looked brand new! Thank you to all of the staff here. If you need any help I recommend you speak to Brent(manager) and Robert(estimator) they are doing an outstanding job!! read more

Do not take your vehicle to this shop! I took my car here after my accident because it was part my insurances assigned body shops but it was a huge mistake. They are nothing but dishonest! I ran over a piece of metal on the freeway and it cause some damage to the bumper so they disassembled the front of the car to get a clear view of everything that needed to be fixed to quote our insurance. The quote was too high so we ended up getting our car back. They gave us the bumper and they put the headlights and all of the parts they disassembled in the trunk of the car. Today when we took all of the parts out of the car I noticed they gave us 2 completely different headlights that don't belong to my car along with other parts. My headlight were perfectly okay and the headlights they gave me are completely broken. It looks like they switched some of my parts with different vehicles possibly to make the damage look worse and get more money from the insurance. I will be making a complaint in person as well and notify my insurance. Below are the pictures of how my vehicle looked when I took it to the shop and alof the parts they gave me. read more

Dealing with insurances is hard especially when hey don't have your best interest at heart. We decided to take our car here to be given an estimate. The reason I'm giving them a 5 star is because they're level of customer service along with their commitment to help you understand is superb. ROBERT was so helpful. He provided the follow up that he promised and kept me informed. When I did call, whoever answered was very polite and willing to help. Thank you ! read more

Long story short I ended up at Caliber Collision because Moss Brothers Honda in Murrieta would not work on my car ! Robert Loucel was my go2 guy ! He accommodated my schedule, gave me an estimate, orders parts and kept me updated thru out the process. He then worked with my insurance company, so I didn't have too ! I picked up my car a day later, she was washed, waxed and vacuumed, and my hood latch was fixed :) Super happy ! read more

Once again, caliber collision have outdone themselves. I called Robert and asked if I could bring my car in for a minor issue, he told me to bring it right in . The customer service and attention to detail is phenomenal with this location. I will never bring any of my cars anywhere else. read more

After being rear-ended and dealing with possibly the worst insurance agents at ( STATE FARM ) we could not be more grateful to Caliber Collision and their team of professional experts starting with Jonathan Castillo. Jonathan stayed on the phone with me while I dealt with the insurance company and Jonathan made sure to explain every single detail with professionalism, respect, courteousness and empathy. We appreciate Jonathans expertise and knowledge along with his above and beyond customer service skills. In addition, we appreciate his boss Brynt who also expressed himself with empathy, kindness and professionalisms which is definitely rare these days. We would highly recommend brining your vehicles here for repair. Many thanks to the staff at Caliber Collision. read more

I do not recommend this body shop very poor customer service my vehicle was delivered very filthy and dirty I guess they fixed what was wrong with the vehicle but I saw some Gaps on the vehicle the guy well saying that's how the manufacture builds it very poor customer service on the advisor seem very stuck up I wasn't willing to help the customer and he told me a comment that he's just here to make money do not waste your time at this body shop go somewhere else read more

Some collision companies treat your damage vehicle as an easy payout to be fixed but caliber collision treats your vehicle like it's their own. I appreciate Travis for connecting with the adjuster and special thanks to Robert for keeping me informed at all times. I will definitely recommend caliber collision to my friends and family Thanks again read more

I just have to say that I haven't experienced better service with my car than I did with Robert Castillo at Caliber Collision. I brought my car to caliber when I was rear ended a few weeks back. I've never been in an accident before so all this was new to me. But Robert handled my claim and was very helpful with communicating each step of the process with my car and the insurance company. We had a few hiccups with the insurance company but Robert was persistent with making sure everything was on pace. He even made sure that the insurance company approved of getting me manufacture parts. And to add to my amazing experience with Caliber, they finished the repairs a week earlier than estimated! All in all I couldn't have been more satisfied with Robert Castillo and Caliber Collision. I highly recommend this location to everyone! read more

I would like to give a shout out to Robert Loucel for assisting me with his service while my BMW was at his location. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring with his services. He was always in a great upbeat welcoming mood and I love that with customer service! I will be back to get some more work done based on his excellent customer service alone. Thank you Robert for being such an awesome individual. I would also like to acknowledge Erika at the front desk for being so polite and quick with her assistance. Her and Robert are both extremely communicative. Thank You! You've honestly made my day. Your business should be proud to have you two on their team, seriously. read more

Since the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Jacob was my rep who provided me with text details every step of the way and was very professional and kind. My car looks amazing and was done way sooner than expected. Super happy with the great service I received. Best service I have had from a collision center. They really care about their customers and their job which is important. Thanks guys. My car looks great. read more

The worst service. Robert was in charge of my repairs. My car needed windshield, dash, rear view mirror, and backseat. I waited a total of 18 days which I thought was pretty extensive . The worst part was I was told 4 or 5 different times my car would be ready and every time I call on it's "completion day" a new excuse and a new completion day. I did not rent a car at first because he told me it would be done in a few days. 13 days later and $120 my car is still incomplete. Do you know how frustrating it is to make plans to pick your car up so you can stop paying for a rental only to be told another excuse? It sucks and so does this place. Its true, they have good service and by that I mean they text you updates and excuses frequently. If your company tows your car here because it's the closest facility, my recommendation is to pay to get it towed out and to a trusted auto body shop. read more

I just had my bumper, sensor, and tow hitch replaced. Robert handled my transaction. They did a wonderful job Robert kept me informed every step of the way they finished early. Keep in mind insurance covered mine, as much as I hate to drive rentals they manage to get it done before Thanksgiving so I greatly appreciate them for that. If you have any hesitation about taking your vehicle here please do not they did a wonderful job very professional read more

The paint job done on my GMC truck was unsatisfactory their only paint the minimum spot they should paint the entire hood..but too minimize cost that is the quality of job they done which is not a professional work to do ...I'm not satisfied with it I won't reccomend this shop. read more

Great body shop! They do really good work and the color match was spot on. The color I have is a little difficult to match so I was very pleased with the work. My rear fender looks brand new and no trace I was even in an accident. Very professional staff. Fernando helped me out with my car, he's a good guy! Explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. They get back to you in a quickly manner and they were done when they estimated they would be. Glad my insurance sent me here! I will be returning for any body work I might need in the future but hopefully not! It can be stressful dealing with car work; because most likely you were in some sort of incident, but these guys know their stuff and are willing to work with you. Thanks again Fernando! read more

Front office experience was great! The repair was done great! They were honest and I believe they actually cared about my vehicle! Robert in the front office was great and you can tell takes a lot of pride in his job! Not one complaint! The only problem I have is who ever was working on my truck.... well they felt it would be cool to take all the change that I had in my truck... I understand that it's only two bucks it quarters, and I shouldn't have left it in there, but if I did or didn't it should have never been touched.... in my opinion just by doing that all the effort that Robert put into his customer service and his work, by taking the change from my truck the credibility of the shop just went down the drain! read more

Every time I come here, Jacob takes care of me and my car. I refuse to go anywhere else but here to get my car fixed. This place is great with customer satisfaction, they're always so helpful and even when they're busy they seem to work fast. I'd recommend anyone going here for car repairs. read more

I was in a accident and I chose this place me thinking they would do a good job because it is a chain business but I was wrong !!! First of all they took 5 months with my car every time they called me they promised me next week and next week until next week lead up to 5 months . The original time I was suppose to pick it up they call me and told me one of there workers that was working on my car quit and they "didn't know where he put the parts" so they had to reorder everything at this point it was the same story different week . I was starting to thinking my car wasn't even at this location and they probably sold it . I pick up my car it looked like they put it together in rush. I had cables hanging from my glove compartment and my reverse cámara didn't work and my dash lights didn't work either when I turned my steering wheel all the way to the right it would made this weird noise turns out it was the alignment so I had to take it back not even a week within having my car . I was grateful they covered a rental . The manager was helpful as well when I went back that same week. So after taking it and receiving it back everything looked fine but now I'm noticing it makes a popping noise when I turn right so guess who's going back again? ME .. And then I don't want to point fingers but I had some stuff missing from my car to. Over all don't go here choose a mom and pop shop they will probably do everything right instead of this chain business .. read more

My first experience with Caliber Collision and Robert was my go to guy. He was very courteous and explained everything to me as he preformed his detailed inspection of my 2002 Jeep Wrangler and Gabby at the front desk made sure I got my rental car and offered me a soda or bottle of water while Robert was finishing up the final paperwork. When I received my Jeep all repairs were completed in an outstanding manner. Other than being cleaner than when I brought it in, you couldn't tell there had been any damage. This is my third trip to Caliber Collision and on the two other vehicles they had completed everything with them in the outstanding way they do things. All three vehicles are as good as when I brought them in, if not a little better. My hat goes off to Robert and his team of professionals who made it all possible. Oh, and Gabby was just as professional as the rest of the team. My thanks goes out to you all and hopefully the next time I see you is when I drop by to say hello :-)) Rich M. read more

I took my car in around end of December it was in an accident, I received a call from my insurance. Because of the age of my car (2008)it was going to be deem a total, the damage was more then my car was worth. At first I told my insurance ok I guess its a total. I was upset as I thought about it I could not afford a car payment at this time. Plus the damage was my bumper and headlight and a few other damages(my engine was fine). After I cooled down I called my insurance and said I still want my car, my insurance said it would have to be salvage. Which is fine my car was still running great. I had to have another auto body shop come and pick it up. When I called Caliber they said I could not drive it, they took apart. I said I'm having a tow company picking it up. When the other body shop picked up my car, it was missing many parts. I called Caliber they found the parts and sent them over. EXCEPT.... the molding for my drivers side of the window. The person who was helping me at the new body shop told me it was ripped off, you can see chipping on the door where it was ripped off it was not taken off with care. And missing it would cost another $150. Because I was on a budget( senior on a fixed income) I couldn't fix it. I felt Caliber should replace it since they took it off. When my car was fixed end of January. I called Caliber spoke to Robert made an appointment in regards to my missing part. When I went to see him. He began this whole picture step by step to what they do with the car. As he was explaining showing each and very picture that was taken of my car. As if he was stalling and messing with me. I told him I felt he was because I was a woman that I'm stupid. This is how me made me feel. I was getting upset because he was coming off condescending. I noticed another guy, I remember because he was sitting across from him smerking and laughing while Robert was talking to me. He mentioned that since my car was going to be totaled. They were taking a part my car they place parts of my car together, he was going into the whole spew.. Basically he said there was nothing they could do about replacing the molding. How hard is it and would it have broke Caliber to replace a part for $150. By this time I was so upset and left and no molding repair. I will NEVER recommend Caliber and God forbid if I need to take my car in for repairs. My insurance will have to send me to another body shop then this place... unhappy customer.. read more

Excellent service and excellent work, starting with the front office person Andrea. Before I dropped off the car, she noticed an issue with the insurance paperwork and told me she'd get clarification and then call me to drop off the car. I'd definitely refer this place to anyone and would return if ever necessary..but hopefully not. read more

Thank you Travis McPherson for getting my Subaru done within 3 days. I will definitely request for you as my service advisor for any future repairs. Travis was very professional and didn't take up any of my time and he kept me posted on the status of my car. Travis was could be in when I picked up my car due to personal reasons, but he informed me Robert will be covering for him whiles he's out. Robert contacted me and addressed a concern he noticed on my car and said he'll have it taken care of before releasing my car. I feel compelled to write this review due to the exceptional service I got at caliber collision here in moreno valley ca. My 2015 f250 was involved in a tear end collision and had quite a bit of damage. I took it in and myvswrvice advisor was Kevin...sorry didnt getvlast name...he was extremely helpful in getting my estimate together and being that this truck is used for business was quick to get my claim going. Kevin kept me in the loop through the whole process and did his best to get my truck out in a timely fashion. I was called after hours to pick up my truck and unfortunately Kevin was off for the weekend already. I picked up my truck however didnt overly scrutinize it until I got home. Once home I noticed a dent that had not been taken out and also my rear view camera wasnt working....I took it back in on Monday and was met by Kevin. He was very apologetic about the situation and reassured me that they would handle it. No questions asked...no questioning me he took care of it!!! Called me wed to pick it up and now is as good as new. Kevin and caliber went above and beyond my expectations to keep me satisfied and even though I had to go back it was handled very quickly and without question.....thanks Kevin! You were a great advisor!!!! I'd love to say ull see you soon but hopefully not....lol read more
