Absolutely Horrible experience! Do not take your vehicle here for repairs! My car has been at this location for repairs over 2months. Spoke with the General manager of this location Nikki Whitaker which 2mins into our conversation abruptly started yelling and disconnected the phone. Update- I reached out to email provided below and received a response one week later. I was asked what location I went to so they could look in to it. Despite reaching out for a follow up- I have not heard back from anyone with this company. I brought my car in after someone hit it in a parking lot and did not leave their insurance info. Caliber was communicative throughout the process and when I picked it up the front fender looked great. Upon driving my car- there were 2 sensors that were on the dashboard that I had never seen before. They were very prominent and not there when I brought the car in. (This was confirmed with the photos caliber took before the work). Ultimately I was told that a report was ran that showed this sensor had been on before and was not able to be cleared. I don't know a lot about cars- but I know in the 12 years I've had this car (I bought it used in 2012, the car is a 2011) I have never seen this code on the dash. I was told that it must have been crazy coincidence in timing that during the week caliber had my car, this sensor failed. As a full time working mom that has a very busy schedule- I now have a vehicle I cannot use until I take it to yet another shop to have this issue fixed. If this was all a big coincidence, I feel this company could have taken initiative to right the sensors before sending me home with the vehicle. Something that could be easy for them to help with is a huge barrier for me to get taken care of. I will not be returning to this business in the future. read more

I had a fender bender-a tow truck swiped into my vehicle and my vehicle sustained some damages.My insurance company recommended I took it to caliber Collision,located in Millersville,MD to get it looked at and if I like,start the repair process. I got to Caliber Collision Millersville MD at 8:30AM. I was met at the entrance by PARIS SHROYER, the customer Service Consultant/Advisor. She went right away into action,inspected my vehicle and took pictures. Went back to his office and in less than 30 minutes,she had an estimated repair bill for me. The Office was very well kept and spotlessly clean. There was coffee,hot chocolate and other goodies for the customers while they waited. The 3 staff I met,including Paris SHROYER were all very friendly and respectful. I planned of shopping around for other private collision centers,but I have decided to stay here at Caliber Collision. First off, I haven't had experience with this place working on a car post accident...really... What I did experience is hitting a pot hole 100 feet from their driveway and pulling in to find my tire blown and rim bent. These guys took me into the garage, helped me pull out the spare, jack up the car, fill up the donut, remove the flat tire, and put the donut on. All this without asking for a penny in reimbursement (I offered). They also gave me the contact of a rim repair place they used and recommended. Again, I can't speak to their body work, but if their work ethic in helping a stranded car extends to the rest of their work, they come with my highest recommendation! read more

I brought my car in on a Monday because of paint that had been scraped off of my bumper. The extremely nice young woman who helped me figured out the best pricing for me. I explained I needed it back by Thursday because of a long drive I was taking on Friday. Everyone was wonderful! I was given a very good price plus I was told by renting from Enterprise, I would get a discount from using Caliber. My car was ready the next day! If you're particular about your paint, this is NOT the place for you. I chose Caliber because it was recommended by the insurance company after an accident. They painted the new panels twice and they still don't match. The insurance company inspected it and made them sand the clear coat because of an excessive amount of orange peel. I'm waiting to hear if they'll let me take it somewhere else to have the paint properly matched. They did detail my interior every time it was there for a rework. I just had my first experience with Caliber. My 2016 Lexus RX 350 F Sport was towed there when my windshield was crushed by ice flying off a truck. The car was there for over a week as I dealt with SafeLite to come out to replace the glass through no fault of Caliber. While my car was there, they treated it beyond my expectations ensuring the windshield was sealed and the car was garages at night. I picked the car up today spotless and all the glass vacuumed from the interior. They had no work to perform on the car but wanted it to leave the lot as cars they have done collision repair on.
