i dont know how the heck this business can get 5 stars. This is the first time i been here , it means the last time for me too . The service is awful, i brought my car over here , after they looked at it and took pics ,the guy names Nick Martin said he will send me an estimate for the car couple days later , i waited for a week without any respond . Then i called and the lady told me she will ask Nick and send me the information but nothing for another week . Today i called again and they said will call me in abit to find out, but one more time without answer .SHIT ..I dont want to waste my time for this stupid thing, if they dont know what the hell they are doing so they better dont fucking keep this business read more

I went to caliber collision for two different insurance estimates. The service here from everyone is phenomenal. Beginning at the front office, the two receptionists Alina Escoto and Elaine Tucker. They always have a smile on their faces and they are very courteous and professional. The front office is at the forefront of a business. It is very essential to have polite and courteous people to form that initial first impression of the company. The two gentleman who provided my estimates were wonderful as well. They both are named Steve. The first one who did my estimate is Steve Dion. He truly knows his stuff and was so friendly and put my mind at ease with the entire process. He was getting ready to take over the store manager position within the next couple of days. This position is very well deserved for him, he is a wonderful representation for the company. The second gentleman who did an estimate for me was Steve Cuahuizo, he was very polite and knew his craft very well. If anyone is looking for a place to get body work done on their car and would love to be able to be immersed in a wonderful, courteous environment, then Caliber Collision is the place where you need to go. I have been a client of Caliber Collision for ten years since I moved here from Orange County. When I first was referred here I got several other quotes bc Im used to getting ripped off and never trust auto body shops or mechanics . CC changed my view of this process through their amazing customer service and friendly staff partnered with their quality of work and competitive prices. Vince has helped me over the years and I always feel so confident and in great hands knowing I am going to get the best quote with the best craftsmanship along with the warranty on the work. Usually I dread coming to places like mechanics or auto body as a woman because I feel like I will be treated differently or perhaps given a higher price bc Im not as aware of the cost of these things but at CC it's comforting to see the friendly faces and work with Vince and the team who treat me great and keep me in the loop all along the entire process. I drive so much for my job ....unfortunately I'm in here more than I would like to be . I highly recommend them to anyone and know you will be well taken care of!!!! read more

The repair took almost 3 times longer than they estimated and had to pick up and bring back my car twice during the process while they figured out what to do. They repairss were all body and paint related.No mechanical 90 days way to long very frustrated. read more

Don't bother patronizing this place. I brought a car in with fender damage and they not only wanted me make an appointment and to come back in several weeks to leave my car for an estimate but they also wanted to take it apart first before writing an estimate then charge me for doing so if I decided to go elsewhere.since they had to put it back together again. What a nice little scam they got going there. I went to another body shop and the estimate took 10 mins.. My advice is if your insurance company sends you to a shop they recommended then its a red flag the shop is most likely in bed with them.....go elsewhere. I've had to have a couple cars repaired in the past and I'm not about to pay someone for an estimate. Insurance companies will modify an estimate if other damage is found once work has begun and the extra cost of work doesn't total out your car....so don;t let them con you. I'll never patronize or trust this place and they have this usual attitude most large companies have that "they are too big to fail". Remember Circuit City? read more

Sadly, it's me again! Yes, I wrote a review in January of this year. That accident wasn't my fault, in fact I wasn't even in the car. This time however, the accident was my fault! I scraped my husband's new company car against pile of bricks in the road....so disappointing! The only thing good about the whole incident was knowing that Caliber would make the car look as good as new. There are so many positive things to say (AGAIN!) First of all Brenda in the office is unbelievably helpful, positive, friendly and flexible. We weren't easy clients because our schedules changed MANY times! Brenda patiently managed our canceled appointments and rescheduled the work to fit our needs. Ben is amazing. He worked with our auto insurance agency (who didn't make things easy) He patiently and thoroughly made sure that the work was done right and that the insurance money came through for the payment. The car looks perfect. Throughout the process I received text updates on parts, timing, and the insurance check status. Honestly, I didn't have to do anything other than leave our keys in their hands. The car was finished ahead of schedule...and absolutely glistens. The last thing I ever want to do again is have another accident, but if your car has damage or just needs a face-lift I promise you there is NO BETTER place than CALIBER COLLISION! This is my second review for Calibur Indio location. This time I've been dealing with Richard who took over as the shop manager almost a year ago. The first time I came in I was dealing with a fender bender caused by an uninsured driver. It was repaired and reattached in good time. Unfortunately my ongoing issue is a Toyota problem regarding the poor design and cheap materials used for their bumpers. After time with the excessive heat in the desert, the bumper warps and detaches on the right side. My insurance agreed to pay for a new bumper the second time. Almost a year later, this will be my third bumper. Upon meeting Richard and telling him my history with the car and bumper, he got immediately on the case and promptly notified Toyota I-10. Toyota was not taking responsibility for this situation even though it's clearly their problem. Because the last bumper was still less than a year old, Richard took it up with the dealer and I was informed I could get another new bumper. Whether the same issue will occur at some point is extremely likely. Calibur Collision quarantees their repairs for the lifetime of the car, so I know that they will do what they can to remedy this in the future. Hiring Richard to run the Indio location was the smartest thing corporate did. He has really turned the place around and has cleaned up many of the loose ends that the previous manager ignored. His professionalism combined with his excellent customer service will clearly be a huge asset to the company. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here. As for Toyota, my next car will be a Honda. read more
