I am delighted with the work by Art and his crew at Indio Collision. I had done my homework and knew what price range to expect but Art reviewed the options and offered an alternative that was a better product for a better price. From the first contact Art and Angela were friendly and professional. They communicated promptly and kept me up to date on the progress. I highly recommend Indio Collision. read more

Have an older car with minor bumper issue. Owner/manager, Art, provided an inexpensive option that recognized the age of the car. Work was well done and owner is very knowledgeable and personable. From this experience, I believe this is a small business that values integrity and strongly recommend them for major and minor body work. Mike Richardson. read more

We love this body shop! They are very knowledgeable and help get the best for your vehicle body repairs!

Art and his crew are fantastic. They renewed my faith in humans with a heart. Not only did he squeeze me in for a repair but gave me a beyond the moon deal on it. I will definitely be bringing my car back when needed and I will tell everyone I know about the quality of the repair and the people who work there! read more

Worst people ever. I had a appointment for an alignment at 8 am, I get there and one of the workers said," oh we were supposed to call you , our machine broke and we can't do any alignments until 10 days from now", keep in mind people , I live in cathedral city which is a good 25 minute commute. When I told the guy, good to know I'll never be back here , we just said, whatever we don't care. I was astonished and I couldn't believe it . PLEASE PLEASE never go here, they such and they don't care about you. 0 customer service. Please hear me out, never go here. They don't deserve your service and business read more

Angela and Art, along with their crew are the best! Friendly, helpful, handled contact with insurance co for additional parts and work that was needed (the insurance cos rely on photos now to do their estimate.) There was a hiccup with one part but they handled it all. It took 1 day more than estimated, because the insurance co sent a replacement wheel that was in worse condition that ours. They sent it back and had ours refurbished! I highly recommend them!!!!!!! read more

Art was very helpful. He crawled under the car and explained all of the parts that would be needed to repair the undercarriage, where I mistakenly drove over a curb. He also sent me a thorough and complete estimate. read more

I had got into an accident where my insurance wouldn't cover because I didn't have collision. When I showed up Art and Angela heard about my situation and saw that I had to pay out of pocket which was going to be a lot. So right away they offered multiple alternatives to help me reduce the price and they did everything they could to help with the costs. I dropped it off and when I went back they had done an amazing job replacing everything and making my car look good as new! They are amazing and very caring people which is usually very hard to find a company who has great quality and an amazing staff! read more

A behemoth pickup truck backed into my 2013 BMW in the parking lot of a consignment store and, no surprise, I got the worst of the bargain. I took my car to Indio Collision to get an estimate to repair it and do a few other touch up fixes and was impressed right away by their professionalism. I got the estimate on a Thursday and they were able to take my car in the following Monday and finished the repairs in time for me to pick it up at the end of the day on Wednesday. Super impressed by the results--the car looks brand new--and by the fact that they cleaned the car inside and out and even waxed it for me before I picked it up. Price was more than fair and even though I hope I don't need their services in the future, I would go back in a heartbeat. Great job, guys! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Art and the staff at Indio collision. I came in with a couple scratches on the back and side of my vehicle worried that they were not going to be able to buff them out, but Art assured me they'd take care of me. In under 30 minutes, the scratches were completely removed (even an extra nasty one that was atop a dent). After such a great experience, I was fully prepared to pay for the excellent service but Art insisted not to worry about it. I've never had such excellent service nor service FREE of charge. Strongly recommend Indio Collision!!!! read more

I just went today to go get an alignment and I had a really good experience. I had called the day before to schedule an appointment for eight in the morning and I was literally the first one to get my car worked on. The lady in the office was friendly and I was in and out in about 45 minutes and to top it off they had a deal going on for $45 an alignment. Thank you very much I will keep coming here for a future alignment read more

Just payed 1,500.00 dollars for services on my truck that I had to re do some where else , turns out this guy placed the wrong gears I asked for 456 and he placed the 373. First time I used the 4x4 an interior piece broke. I took it to LA and when they took everything apart they were able to see it was not the 456 I asked for and I had to replace some parts because they told me they were not able to reuse those parts that were broken. I payed another 1000.00 dollars ( thanks Alcantar differentials) to get what I asked for . went back to Indio collision just to inform him that I knew what he did. Right away "oh nothing is wrong I did my job" thank god I'm blessed and not struggling financially but can't imagine some one being short of money and having to repay because of the lack of honesty. I do not recommend this place. Hope this review helps some one. read more

Somebody rubbed against my car as they were backing out of a parking spot. I brought to Indio Collision to have them fix it. Art came out and assessed the damaged area. He gave me options, one was to see if his guy could buff it out. Gave that a try. Looked great! I asked how much, he said don't worry about it!! Hard to find businesses like this anymore. Much appreciated, Art. read more

My daughter visited Indio Collision because she was told that she needed an alignment and brakes at a major car dealer in the valley. She was told at Indio Collision that she didn't need an alignment and her brakes were still good. The people there are courteous, friendly, and honest. Very pleasant to deal with.they fix my problem promptly save my time and headache .the only problem is Google map direction is incorrect They are further east on 111 next to Jackson ave even though the address is correct. read more

Here's the deal: someone else's insurance paid, so I did not look at or care about the price. This review is all about the service. Angeles and her crew were friendly and open and honest (I think) about everything. Once I brought my car and the letter from the insurance company, I did not have to bother with anything else; they took care of everything. When my car was ready, it turned out that one small detail had been left out...they jumped into action, had the thing fixed in 30 minutes and I was on my way. No excuses, just results. I hope I never need to go back, but if I do, I will. read more

The repair work was good but they scratched the rock sliders during the repair. The manager said he would fix it and to give him a couple days. Multiple weeks later not one word. read more

Fast, accommodating, friendly service. Work was outstanding! My car looks as good as new. Price was best of the 3 other quotes I received.

I have used this body shop for two minor paint and body repairs in the last 9 months and can't say enough about Angeles and Art. They meet their commitments and the level of customer service is outstanding. On my last car there were some minor paint issues after the repair and they were on it immediately. I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of a top notch and reliable automotive body shop. read more

I had a great experience with Indio Collision. My car had severe hail damage from a hail storm in Colorado. Indio Collision came highly recommended to me from the Nissan dealership and I'm so happy with their work! Not only did they communicate throughout the whole process but worked diligently with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of in my car rental. Art and the Indio Collision team make their customers happiness a priority and do great work on cars. My car looks brand new! read more

They repaired some quarter panel damage in less time than others required, and repaired a factory epoxy glue overspill a foot away unrelated to the requested repair, without my asking, that I was going to have to ask the dealer to do under warrantee at my first oil change, undoubtedly saving time for that. Finished work looks perfect. An excellent shop, and less than I would have paid at their nearby competitor's. read more

Horrible job ever and the worst place to go to! Needed my car to be fixed from a head on collision after my insurance took care of everything they had the nerve to charge me $200 out of my personal pocket for something they did with my wheel that I never even approved of! When I went to pick car up the headlights were not done properly so I took it back they told me it was to be taken up with the dealership and wanted nothing to do with my car. Took it to my dealership and they couldn't even believe they sent me there , my dealership fixed it and charged Indio collision which I had to again goto my insurance to take care of everything . Never have I ever been so frustrated!! Been about a yr or 2 and still I'm having to deal with problems they didn't properly fix! I'm wondering what they did with all that money when they didn't even replace most of the things in my car that we're damaged from the accident. The most sloppiest job I've seen. read more

When my 2011 Cadillac was damaged in a hit and run accident my insurance asked me to use this shop. I had reservations until I went to the dealer and they too advised this shop gets all of their work and they do very good repairs. The customer area is a professional office with seats and removed from the work areas and the personnel treated me very well. The repairs were done on schedule and all parts were authentic GM part as requested. My car was not only repaired and looked as good as the day I purchased, but they had also cleaned the inside and dressed the tires. It's the little things that make a difference between 4 and 5 stars. read more

Come here to get my alignment done on my lowered ride, definitely do a great job! I recommend this place!

Indio Collision is amazing. They fixed my daughters car and it looked great. So I took my car in to have them fix a dent and I had it back within 24 hours. The rates are very reasonable, and their work is fantastic. Art was very nice and very helpful and I highly recommend them. read more

I was in a 3 car collision on October 12th - AAA insurance had recommended Caliber Collision but they couldn't take me until Oct.26th- after reviewing negative comments on Yelp, I contacted Indio Collision - from the receptionist forward, they were so helpful - they thought they may be able to fix the car, but after several days of research, decided it was a total loss. They kept me informed constantly and Art said if it were his mother, he would recommend a safer means of transportation. I realize he had put hours of work trying to come up with a quote that would be acceptable. I therefore went to KIA (which I have posted a five star review and from now on, when I need repairs, I will always check with YELP first. p.s. I have been with American Home Shield for over 10 years, but this currant year, I have had 3 incidents with their new Robotic Reception and had to cancel because I had to look for someone else - I am no longer with AHS and will depend on YELP reviews. Should you car need body work, and I hope it doesn't, this is the place to go! I took my red Mercedes roadster there for some very minor bumper damage. Had the guy who hit me not paid me off I probably would not have fixed the damage. Indio collision made it look like new for a fraction of the price of the dealer! Terrific work! Decent price! And fast! I'm so happy with how my car looks! The shop is clean!!!!!! And the workers friendly!!! This is the only place to go! Woo hoo! read more

I was not happy with the job done, tried telling the man that was in the office at the time he was very rude, he had no customer service skills what so ever. Would not recommend this place save yourself from being very disappointed because if anything goes wrong they wont want to hear it much less fix it. read more

I spoke with someone named Keithby phone initially and when I arrived. He acted like an owner. I don't know for sure if he is as he never identified his role there. Last Monday I took my car to him and the shop for an estimate. I am still waiting for that estimate to paint my Nissan. I called again today, a week later and was told by Kieth that it was " a busy week". I think it is a shame that they can not get an estimate for a paint job to a potential customer for more that a week. Even after today's call, I have nothing to show for my effort. NO, I would never give them my car to paint. I might not get it back at this rate. I felt like I was dealing with a smooth taker, but not much substance and follow up with Kieth. read more

I called around to several body shops and looked at many reviews before selecting Indio Collision to replace the "bumped" bumper on my 2013 Honda Fit. I went in for an estimate and Angeles Torres looked over my car, took some photos and worked up an estimate while I waited. She asked a few questions about an unrelated minor dent/scratch and the relatively undamaged "spoiler" under the bumper. I told her I didn't need the spoiler replaced or the dent fixed. She then said I could deduct those charges from the estimate. I shopped around for a replacement bumper and found some cheaper prices, so I called to see if I could supply my own bumper. I was told I could, but if it wasn't correct, I would have to return it, and might have to pay return shipping charges. I confirmed that this was true, and so decided to let them order the correct bumper. I dropped off my car and was offered a ride home, but declined because I had my dog with me, who needed a walk. Less than two days later, I received a call that my car was ready for pickup, and when I returned it was completely ready, including the paperwork, and the reduced rate was indicated. It is a perfect match, and the staff were all friendly and competent. I would definitely use Indio Collision again. read more
