I will start by saying that this shop does excellent work. The owner Alphonso is an honest person…read morewho does amazing body and paint work. I have a 2005 GMC Sierra that had some small dents, and the clear coat was starting to fade. I also wanted him to spray a bed liner on it and install a new front bumper on it. We went over what I wanted done on it, he quoted me a price to do all of the work on it. Which I figured was a reasonable price. He had said that it would take about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks to complete the job. I dropped it off to him the following Monday, by Wednesday he sent me pictures of it all disassembled, body work was done and they were already putting primer on it. I couldn't believe that he would take this truck apart to correctly paint it! He had the bed off, the bumpers, grille, hood, mirrors and all of the lights completely taken off. When I asked him about this, he said that in his opinion that this is how you do a complete paint job. On Monday he sent me more pictures where it was completely painted. He said that he and his helpers had come in on Saturday to paint it. He then said that he would have it completed by Wednesday of that week. On Wednesday afternoon he called me to say that I could drive it home. When I saw it, I couldn't believe how sharp it looked. Honestly, I believe that it looks better now than when I drove it off of the showroom floor in 2005! The paint and body work looks flawless, when I ran my hands over the paint it feels as smooth as glass. He even repainted all of the black trim parts like the rear-view mirrors, door and tailgate bezels and the trailer hitch which made them look like new again! I am completely satisfied with the quality work that {Montano's Auto Body Shop} did for me! I will highly recommend this shop to anybody that needs auto body work or paint done! My Tesla Y was in a minor fender-bender that required work on the front driver's side panel which…read morehad been scratched and dented. Our local Tesla dealer does not have a body shop, but my point person there recommended two shops in the area that their customers have dealt with in the past and had positive experience with: World Class Collision/Jack's Body Works was one of the two. Our Tesla contact explained that of the two recommended shops, Jack's was the higher end one dealing with luxury, classic and very expensive vehicles and that as a result, they might be very busy and the repair job might take longer. Reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to go with Jack's even if it meant a longer repair time. They had a business card for Jack's at Tesla and I called the person whose name appeared on the card: Alin. Alin took the call right away, explained how the process would work and told me to bring the car in. Alin took care of us immediately and patiently answered all of my many questions. Alin was a pleasure to deal with - he made the entire process easy and as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. The repair took a little over a week with Alin keeping me apprised of the progress throughout with texts, photos and phone calls. Even though my Tesla was definitely on the lower end of the many, many expensive cars I saw at Jack's, I was never made to feel any less important. The car was returned to me looking brand new - polished and washed - you'd never know there had been an accident. It is always nice when I am able to highly recommend a business based on my very positive experience with them - and this is definitely one of those times. Alin and the Jack's staff who worked on my car did everything they said they would do in a professional, timely fashion and they did a great job. Five stars across the board.
