Don't go to Cali. I took my daughter's car there and I was quoted $3900 to get her car back on the road. The lady looked in over said it was mostly body damage, but it does look like the back wheel was hit. The insurance company gave us $5000 and a salvage title. They did all the body work and sent it over to Ramona to align the back wheel. Ramona looked at it and said it would be $3600 to fix it. My now cost was $7500 and if Cali had done there job and looked behind the tire to get a true estimate I Wouk of salvaged the car instead of paying $3600 over my stigmate. I tried calling the owner Johnathon a few times and stopping by but he never seems to be there. read more

I dropped off my car on a Monday and had it back by a Wednesday. Mind you, there wasn't any damage to the body, just to have a sensor replaced and the car recalibrated. The entire interaction was seamless and I love the text/call updates on the designated days they have in place. The staff is super transparent and even mentioned if my main point of contact wasn't there then I can connect with the person they left in charge. The service was done promptly and quickly, everything was fixed on my car as expressed. I'm happy my insurance has them listed as one of our preferred shops. Took my 2022 F250 truck here after an accident, the shop was quick on receiving my truck and followed through until then and this is where they finally showed their true colors, I asked for updates and would not get a reply or message back. Called my insurance claims agent as well and she was having the same issue. Shop claims that parts were on back order but when I called ford myself ford rep said parts were in stock, specifically asked for parts that were on the estimate. Cali collision had my truck for 2 1/2 months and when I received my vehicle I was very disappointed on the quality of there work, I gave the shop a second chance on fixing there mistakes but failed to value my time as they gave me the run around. Would not recommend! Waste of time, money and don't feel safe operating the vehicle as parts are falling off. Will most likely be going to small claims court and filing a complaint with the bar & bbb. read more

AAAAMAZING work!! My car is back to life, looks better than when I purchased it. So, I came into Cali Collision for an estimate on getting the front grille converted from the base Lexus IS to the IS F Sport and have the hood redone as the desert sand had done quite a number on it. Jonathan, the owner proceeded to let me know that the whole bumper/grille would be needed if I wanted the IS F Sport grille. He had an estimate for me by the end of the day. Mentioned that I'd be going on a nine day vacation, if that would be a good time frame to have the work completed. He said it would, if not he'd have a rental ready for me. The work: They were able to refinish the headlights and front emblem rather than replace them. Also, changed some of the interior/door lighting to add some extra charm and like new upgraded feel. Mentioned that if I wasn't happy with the look, new headlights and emblems could be ordered in and installed within a day of arriving. I misjudged the distance to the garage doorway. Needless to say, it left a big mark! My husband tried to rub out the paint on my front side bumper to no avail. All I saw were dollar signs. We went out to get estimates to have the damage repaired. The first place we went to was closed. We then went to Cali Collision. Jonathan, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. He looked at the bumper, said "I'll be right back" and left. Minutes later he came back, took the paint off with a liquid and elbow grease. He left again, came back with a buffer and some wax and moments later our bumper was good as new. When we asked what we owed him he said "nothing". We were shocked. My accident was on May 27 of this year. I have never heard from them until I asked my insurance what happened with the payment on 6/16/22. My insurance paid them 3 days after the estimate was submitted. I asked for the money back as I do not want to deal with a business who does not take care of their customer. Obviously they called when my insurance adjuster told them to return payment. They weren't happy, as they claim they had ordered parts. Here we are August 8th and I just called them again and they said they are working on returning payment. I have a countdown going to see when they return it. Bad customer service. Things would have been different if they would have called and said they had received payment, ordered parts, etc. read more

I was rear ended seven months ago and finding a shop to do the repairs was an issue due to estimated time frames and car rental fees for those time frames. I was recommended to head over to Cali Collision to talk to them about my situation and have them do an initial estimate. They gave me better time frames, assurance, and even helped me get a car to drive while they worked on mine. When they initially started working on my car I was worried about my car being at a total loss due to the extent of the damages. Within the first few days of dropping my car off, my insurance gave me a call and told me it would take six weeks to repair, quite a time frame but I'll take it if it means I keep my car. Jerry called me three weeks after my initial drop off day and told me my car was ready for pick up, he even worked with me to make sure I got my car back that day, as I was working later than the shop was open. It looks amazing, as if the accident didn't happen. Thank you so much to Jerry and all of Cali Collision for doing such a great job!!! The day of my initial inspection, I met three of the gentlemen, I can only really remember Jerry's name. But they're all pretty friendly, helps time go by as they're taking pictures and such of the car. They were also very kind enough to give my car a jump as my battery just to happen to have died while I was attempting to leave. My daughter got into an accident with her car after having it repaired using insurance just 3 months earlier when her boyfriend was driving it. I needed to find someone I could trust to give me a good cash price. A friend recommended Jonathan and Cali Collision. Jonathan gave me a quote, order the parts and had it ready by the time my daughter got back into town with her car. When they removed the damaged bumper and saw there was more damage underneath, damage that would make it unsafe to drive, he gave me an honest quote on further parts and labor. In fact, he had his brother David cover the shop on a Saturday so that they could wash the car before returning it to us. I showed up on their doorstep with a sprung passenger door on my pickup. Being out of town I needed to be able to get the door fixed pretty quickly. Johnathan took a look at it, gave me a quote, and said "Have it here tomorrow by 9 a.m." So I had it there by 9, and they graciously gave me a ride back to my condo. I did a stupid thing by damaging my golf cart. I called around to several of the major collision shops in the area, but no one would work on fiberglass. Then I lucked out. I called Cali Collision and talked to Jonathan. He gave me his cell phone number so I could send him the pictures of the problem. I received an immediate reply which is a rarity in the desert. He even gave me a quote over the phone. It was expensive but he assured me I would be happy with his work. His yelp reviews were outstanding so I agreed to having the work done. He was gracious enough to pick up my golf cart so I wouldn't have the extra expense to have it transported to him. This was on Wednesday, and he had the cart back to me the next Tuesday. What a great job he did. Totally like brand new. Not only is he a real gentleman, but he returns phone calls, does quality work, and keeps his promises for completion time.
