Took WAY longer to receive my car back, when you call they always say they'd call back but they never do. I at least called 5x and would never get an answer because they're "on lunch" everytime. when I finally got my car the guy apoligized for the car taking longer but then asked if we could write a good review and we'd get free car washes. Once I return from my vacation it will be the 3rd time I will be returning the truck back... They promised a delivery date and texted and called me for two weeks tell me everything was on time for set date. Come that date nothing all day then right before closing I got a text saying the delivery date was moved a week back. I called right away and they said cause they had barely painted the parts and we're barely starting assembly. I live close by and would drive by on my daily commute and would always see my car parked in the same spot untouched since the day I dropped it off. Yet I was getting told it was getting worked on. I called and asked to speak to the manager and they told me he wasn't in that day, and that day they finally started working on my car and called me back and said it would be done in the morning next day. waiting all day to hear from them till 4:30pm an hour before they close I went in person and asked to speak to the manager and all they had to say was the car was just getting finished and being washed. Took delivery of it and right away noticed the front turn signals didn't work so I told them and all I got was a just bring it by next week and we will take a look at it. Also noticed they had not installed two parts but had charged them on the bill so I asked them and they said they will install them when I dropped the car back off to them. I decided to not take the car back to them and just demanded the parts which they at first didn't want to but then ended up finally giving to me after 5 days of me calling them. read more

Gotta say, I always worry about any work being done on my car. I'm not really the most informed when it comes to car stuff but Jeb amd Josue who worked through the repair process with me were very helpful and explained everything that was going on with my car in a way that i was able to understand. I got into a car accident in November. Went through insurance. They looks at my car December 3rd. My insurance paid them a week later to repair. They did not call me to let me know to bring it in to get it fixed or anything. I called back at the beginning of January. We had slipped through the cracks. I go drop the car off and get a rental. Caliber called a few hours later saying parts won't be in until 1.31 so I go pick my car back up. It's now March and still no call to repair my car. I call in and they don't know what's going on. I can't recommend Caliber Collision any less. I was referred to Caliber Collision by someone who had used them before. When I elected to use them, my insurance company told me that if any issues came up I'd have to go through Caliber and that my insurance would not provide any help (because they were not a preferred shop). I figured that wouldn't be an issue because of their "life-time guarantee." Well, famous last words. The level of deceit and dishonesty that took place regarding the repair of my vehicle was like nothing I'd ever experienced. I had clear photographic proof that their repair-person broke a molding on my car and they continued to deny it. Even the third-party shop I went to agreed that it evidence was clear. In fact, that shop emailed Caliber on my behalf to try and get them to do the right thing, but they didn't even bother responding. I spoke to the shop manager and simply asked for a replacement molding (valued at $100), which the third-party ship agreed to install for me.This request was made after Caliber did a $17,000 dollar repair job on my car. Yes, that's right, after a $17,000 dollar job, we were arguing over a $100 replacement molding. When I brought this issue to the shop manager's (Kenny) attention, he refused to go see my car at the third party shop (claiming he was too busy). When he followed up with me after he finally agreed to give me his email so I could send photos, he just continued to deny wrong-doing. Save yourself the headache and avoid Caliber Collision at all costs. There are so many great body shops in the area, don't go slumming with Caliber Collision. read more

Honestly, I wish I could review the actual quality that this business does but because the lady at the front desk, Ivy, was so rude, she wouldn't even help me I have no clue the kind of work this place does. The second I walked into the shop I was met with disgust and attitude and I hadn't even said a word yet! She basically refused to have anyone look at my car even though my insurance company had already sent in my referral. When you're already having a bad day because of car issues out of your control, the last thing you want to deal with is horrible, awful customer service from the front desk. Caliber is going to lose a TON of customers if they think the way she treats people is ok. Very disappointed. Don't expect to be met with any kindness when you speak with Ivy, in fact, she'll probably tell you to "just take the car somewhere else" like she told me. read more

Do Not Take Your CAR here. First of I had my car towed here (not because it wasn't drivable but because the windshield was broken and its illegal to drive) for an estimate by (AAA recommended), they themselves with is totally illegal deemed my car totaled and had it moved to a random junk yard (without advising me). Then on top of that the damages to my car after were significantly greater than what it had been before even arriving to the collision center. I will leave the photos below. These people work very fraudulently and are conniving do not trust them and save yourselves the stress by not giving them any type of business. And my Honda was only there for a DAY! at the junkyard they did not help whatsoever to try and take it out , my car was drivable before and now it wasn't? When I arrived the office staff was very kind and efficient in understanding what I needed and located the manager for my appointment. He was very apologetic and described to me that they are not certified to work on Porsches and that they should have caught that and notified me in advance so I didn't have to waste my time driving in. If you bring your car here due to insurance, be VERY careful and look over the estimate. I had a hit and run accident on my 2017 Hyundai Veloster in February , and the car was towed here. Although the customer service is good, it did not make up the fact that the car was a total loss!! They put a lower price on the estimate to try and get the job and put me back into an unsafe car. I noticed something was wrong when they were trying to put aftermarket bumper covers on a brand new car. They also put that they were going to pull the frame ? I pulled my car from the shop and had it towed to another body shop for another estimate. There, they told me the whole car was sitting at an angle from being hit (bent frame), the fuse box was hit and the whole wiring harness needed to replaced also, which was another $4000 to the repair (which coincidentally caliber never even saw) hmmm I wonder why. The car ended up being a total loss even though caliber was going to fix it. I would just be careful and make sure when bringing your car here to go over the estimate. read more

I highly recommend Caliber Collision because they stand behind their work. Their warranty lasts as long as I am the owner of my car. A year ago, they replaced the damaged right panel on my Hyundai Genesis, and it looked great when I picked it up. However, six weeks ago I noticed that the clear coat was starting to peel around the windows, so I took it back to Caliber Collision for their review. They took one look at it and immediately scheduled the panel to be completely replaced again at no charge and with no hassle. Kenny Barker managed the job and he is a pro. He's been in the business for 43 years, and I enjoyed working with him very much. Everything was scheduled on time. When I picked up the car, he showed me some added details he took care of at no charge, and I feel like I have a new car. The reception staff is great, too---friendly, helpful and detail-oriented. Unfortunately, I came to Caliber Collision by way of Spencer auto body. Summer of 2018, I had my passenger side fender and my trunk repaired. Spencer had my car for three weeks and when I finally picked it up the fender looked good but the trunk repair looked terrible! They had only partially filled in the dents on the back and the paint was sloppy with had all kinds of debris in it. I brought it to the owners attention and he said no problem they would take care of it but I couldn't leave it again at that point I needed my car back. Six months later I went back and Spencer was gone and caliber had taken over. I spoke to the manager, Sean I think, and he said it wouldn't be any problem they could take care of it but he needed the paperwork. About five months later I came back with the paperwork and he had changed his whole demeanor. He accused me of LYING about the work that was done on the trunk! I couldn't believe it!! I'd already met with him but when it came down to actually doing the job he changed his tune. I was hoping I had found a new reliable body shop to go to but instead I was faced with false accusations and just a general sense of go away. He even said to me,"well it looks good enough," WHAT????? I guess that's his motto, if it looks good enough you should be happy??? I had a phone conversation after that and he told me my insurance carrier was questionable!!!
