On my car, the rear bumper was damaged after a small accident. The insurance company agreed to the repair and sent me to the Auto Mall Collision. I brought the car, I was told that the replacement of the bumper would take three days. As a result, the car was returned to me only on the third week. Yes, they changed the bumper and did a good job. But for some reason they decided not to tell me that they damaged the car... I was checking only rear bumper when I was picking up my car from the body shop and didn't see new damages. I only found it when I arrived home... The bodyshop employee drove the car from the bodyshop to the dealer and back to calibrate the parking sensors. I guess that's when the new damage happened. It looks like hitting a stone or a curb. Don Perea at Auto Mall is the best! My Honda HRV was well taken care of when I hit a poorly marked center divider in Cathedral City. The suspension parts on the front of the vehicle were bent and caused the steering wheel to be offset. The repair was perfectly done and the car returned clean and detailed. RUN FROM THIS SHOP! i asked before dropping my car off to get all the parts first. Don said no problem very easy. after I dropped it off he found something new wrong every week, my Insurance wrote him a new check every week. When I would call to see when it would be done "waiting on the part, should be here any day". Chubs couldn't pick up the phone to call around to locate this part even though he didn't have to because his computer would have done the work locating it. A shop in Ventura County 4 hours away located the part for me no problem.....unfortunately 3 months had passed by this time,if only I did that sooner because Don was NEVER looking for it. Why would he want to look for the part anyway? He was getting steady income with all new findings every week for 5 months. Not only did he get steady income he also got a free rental Out of it too. When I picked up my car, it had 7K miles added to it PLUS a cracked window. My phone connects to the car app and updates the mileage but even without it I know I didnt hit 70K yet. If the shop was competent they would have took down the mileage before and after but all the info was wrong anyway. seriously though, stay away. they would even dodge my phone calls when I would call to see the progress. once I blocked my number front desk picked up but made up a lie that don wasn't there when you could clearly hear him in the background. shady place all around read more

Went here to get a wheel alignment on my Ford after I was sent here from America's Tire. I have brand new tires on the car so an alignment was needed asap. I had an appointment on Tuesday for 10 AM. I got ther around 9:52 AM and the person came out to the car took some info and then said it will take up to 45 minutes so I said okay I will be back and walked around the block. When I came back the car has not moved an inch and supposedly the person who was working in the back was too busy on a previous car. So basically they wasted 45 minutes of my time and I just asked for my keys and left. Customer Service is absolute garbage. I will never understand how businesses like these can stay open!!! imagine how long you would wait if your car was in an accident LMAO Going somewhere else where they will make the alignment and not waste my time. read more

I was in town April 28th for the Stagecoach concert weekend and got into an accident in my Honda CR-V. I was bummed but I knew I had to find a local Honda dealer. I wanted my car fixed by repairmen who have been trained on working on Honda's. I also wanted it fixed with real Honda parts, not aftermarket parts. So I found the local Honda dealer and they told me their body shop was Auto Mall Collision and that their repairmen were certified Honda technicians. Well I called Auto Mall and spoke to Sam who not only helped me get a rental car and his staff dealt with my insurance company. My insurance wanted me to go to another body shop, a chain store but I left it at Auto Mall Collision. I saw that they were trained Honda technicians and the dealer staff recommended them. Well after over $8,000 in repairs, my CR-V came out looking great and running terrific. These guys at Auto Mall did a great job, I was very happy. Like I said, it sucked getting into an accident while out of town but Sam and his staff made it much easier. My advice is to not have work done here at all. I came to auto mall collision because someone's wife hit my car and asked if I could help them out and come here. Not 6 months after the work was done the paint started peeling right off. I called spoke, with Don, he said bring it in. I told him that I no longer reside in CA. So, he asked to get him 3 estimates and he'd make it right. Cut to the chase, I did what was asked of me, he ducked my phone calls for months. When I finally got a hold of him, had my wife call because he wouldn't answer my calls. He basically told me he's not going to do anything unless I bring it back to him. Said I could have hit something that would cause the paint to peel off my bumper. He wasted my time, all he had to say is from the get go, we're not going to help you. My opinion is this, the paint had delamination which is true. The reason for this is because the bumper wasn't properly cleaned prior to painting. Skipping steps to save money. Dishonesty is not a good way to do business, stand by your word, don't back pedal, and most importantly do not put out sub par work. If any of this would have transpired between Don and I then I would not be on here. May everyone that uses this place have a better experience, but I personally will never recommend this body shop to anyone I know or just randomly met out in public.
