Dropped my car off on April 22 and today date May 2 have not received a final estimate for my insurance to approve. Started calling them ever day starting April 28 and was pushed out each date with no final answer by the lady answering the phone, so today May 2 I paid them a visit to get some answers where everyone in the front office had zero answers for me with the exception that they say my insurance company did not give them the correct link to send the estimate, which they could have told me the 4 straight days I called for answers, s Also found out that they did not have a completed estimate 11 days after I dropped off my car. Also had send several emails which no one responded too. After the visit I did an online search for who owns this company and found Michael Oh which I called immediately to complain. That was this morning and after they said they would have a final estimate today still have not receive it. My insurance company paid for a 30 car rental which by this coming Monday will be 2 weeks without an estimate. Michael said he would keep an eye on my job and would pay for any rental after 30 days which is fine however would rather have my car completed correctly and in a timely manner. Super disappointed in them, we'll see what happens next! read more

My history with I-10 Collision goes back to 2023 when I was rear ended in a bad car accident and was told by BMW to take my car here. Long story short, Hannah (the shop manager), was extremely communicative during the entire process and checked in with me daily to give me updates on where we were at with the insurance company. The car ended up being a total loss, but I was very impressed and thankful for the entire team and especially Hannah! I always felt like my best interest AND SAFETY were top of mind the entire time. Fast forward to a year later I had a rock take a bite out of my windshield and it needed to be replaced so I contacted the shop and Hannah contacted me right away. The glass was ordered that day and I was in and out of the shop 2 days later. I would take any car back to this body shop and refer everyone and anyone! I-10 was recommended to me by my USAA insurance company. My 2022 Mercedes Benz SUV damage was repaired so it looks brand new again. My damage wad caused when the tailgate on my vehicle went up as I exited my garage. Hitting the retracted garage door. While the damage bent and made the tailgate inoperable I-10 not only replaced that perfectly but made sure the paint was exactly matching by repainting the rear quarters as well. read more

I was very upset when my catalytic converter was stolen from my Tacoma. I filed a claim with my insurance company and their recommended repair shop was i-10 Collision Center. Their customer service was warm, welcoming and friendly. I made an appointment for my next day off, and their intake process was very thorough which made me feel at-ease. I was very lucky that they had a catalytic converter in stock for my truck, and the repair was completed within 24 hours. They even washed my truck and cleaned the inside! I was a very, very happy customer, and to top it all off, they provided me with a reference to have a catalytic converter shield installed at a muffler shop in Cathedral City, so I don't have to worry about going through this hassle ever again. read more

My car was ready on Friday but they "forgot " to call me which I found out when I called to inquire about it on Monday. I examined the work that had been done and noticed the hood was not evenly aligned so they drove it into the back and made it right. I also noticed that the frame around the park inking light on the side that was I damaged was totally faded to a blue color and the new frame on the right side was black. They told me the insurance company would not replace the undamaged side. I told them that they should've notified me but they never even noticed that the two sides didn't match. I expected better customer service and certainly better quality control before releasing a vehicle as"done". After several calls I finally resolved the $11,000 repair job with management and they matched the molding for me. read more

I was referred by I-ten Toyota to go to I-10 Collision in Thousand Palms. I HAD A DEEP SCRATCH ON MY DRIVERS DOOR after 4 weeks of owning my car. I had gone to other auto body shops that estimated the job would be at least 1300 and take 4 days to complete. When I arrived ,Henry the service writer wrote me a quote, but then said let me have Enrique , one of his auto body guys take a look at it to see if he could fix it without taking everything apart for you know the insurance will jack up your rates even on a small insurance claim. He was able to sand and buff out the deep scratch and made it look better. read more

The only "good" experience I had with this shop was dealing with Richard. Other than that, I wish I had not chose this shop to paint my black truck. They never got it right. At the first "we're done" inspection, there was debris, fingerprints and major orange peel on the clear coat. It was clearly unacceptable. On the second "we're done" inspection.. It was clear that they used fillers and buffed the mediocre job that was previously presented. leaving it completely covered in these swirls.. here in the photos. Next visit, was with the shop owner Mike. He never took accountability and still had the nerve to get mad at me and insult me. He clearly proved to me that customer satisfaction was not his priority and preferred to "sweep it under the rug". His I don't care attitude was embarrassing. I recorded him and his excuses. He ended up paying my Detailer to "fix" his mess.. I will give him props for that because they were not getting rid of me that easily. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I've read some of the reviews here and have to admit, I'm suspicious that they prob write them themselves If you review them on google.. One bad review after another. I wish I had done my research prior to leaving me truck with them. Proceed with caution, people. Better yet, don't doooo it. read more

I was grateful for the referral , but honestly, I didn't have high expectations. I certainly never expected a Nordstrom-like experience from an auto body repair shop. When I walked in for an estimate I noticed a sign that read, "Kind people are our kinda people." Nice sentiment, I thought, and it seemed that way from the start. Not only did I get a rapid estimate, but they were also able to get me in and out without a spending a lot. They were sensitive to the potential expense and were earnest in their desire to make things work for my wallet while making the car look better than when I drove it in! I brought my truck here to get some fender liners and some other liners replaced, as it's a Mercury approved shop. Definitely regret it. I-10 called me 6 times to let me know my truck was completed. Every time I took the time to go pick it up, there was something still not completed with it. The rep (Kia) that I-10 provided, rushed the original inspection. I asked multiple times if he understood the work needing to be done, he said he did and had all the photos needed. He was M.I.A every time I was called to pick up my vehicle. Ended up working with Richard (another I-10 rep). Richard was very apologetic for Kia mishaps. The fender liners were too big so when asked to fix it, someone decided it would be best to cut it but cut the paint fender, causing the fender to be painted. Liners that were obvious in need of replacement, were missing. Areas of other work (including a car wash detail) never got done or had to be done at a later date. Hannah, the manager tried multiple times to deflect the lack/quality of service with Mercury by stating that my tires rub the fender liner. The only thing Hannah did correct in my opinion as a manager, was cover the car rental overage. Overall the vehicle took over 45 days to get back and the truck didn't originally need any paint work. I wouldn't recommend this auto body shop and wouldn't utilize them in the future. I-10 did fix everything but the quality of service was not there. read more

My girlfriend recently purchased a 2024 Prius and only had it 3 days before someone side swiped it. Needless to say she was devastated. A quick call for Hannah put her at ease. She was able to get her car right in and they repaired the damage to the paint and a little bit of a dent near the driver's door. Her car was even finished 2 days before they said it would be done. Picked up my truck body work was good until I realized my backup camera in my mirror wasn't working an hour later. Looked under my truck to see wires visibly hanging, a cut video cord to my tailgate that you can't splice wrapped with tape and it's flat out going to cost me money to take time off work to go to ford and have a new camera installed. I fully intend to either be compensated for my lost time and wages from my insurance or from i10 collision and cost of repairs. Their employees were rude and careless with customers. I went to pick the car up after repair and one side of the car was not worked on. The employee accused my husband and I of being dishonest, telling us "the conversations with our insurance were recorded." It took far more time than estimated. I went to pickup the car the 2nd time and the check engine light was on and the car was pulling to the right hard. I drove the few miles home since the shop was closed for the evening. My husband drove the car the following morning towards my workplace. We did not make it too far. The tire (where we were hit in the accident blew out). We were moments away from being pulled under a big rig and losing our lives forever. The car was towed back to I-10 Collision. Nasty Woman Debbie called my husband dramatic after this near death experience, and refused to admit their very obvious negligence. I asked if the car had been test driven prior to their returning it to us, she said yes but that they didn't keep track of the person's name and thar they had 25 people working there.
