The manager Todd said truck would take a month to dis assemble, be completely painted and re assembled. They had it taken apart completely painted and re assembled in 2 weeks. I bought four Michelin tires here about 11,000 miles ago and paid for the America's Tire…read morecertificates. At about 3,000 miles I brought the car in for a rotation. They told me the rears were bald and needed to be replaced. They said Michelin's prorated warranty would only cover $150 for the two rears and I would owe close to $500. I called Michelin myself. Michelin said that was wrong. Michelin paid $500 and I paid $150. They also did not rotate the front tires on that visit, which is what I brought the car in for. I came back after picking up a nail. They refused to repair the tire under the certificate I paid for because the inner tread is at 2/32 according to their digital measurement, even though I measured it myself when I got home with an actual 3/32 seconds ruler and I'm getting a different reading at 3/ 32. They would not explain why the fronts were not rotated the last time I was here. They are now trying to sell me two new front tires for $560 under the Michelin warranty, on tires with 11,000 miles. If the tires had been rotated when I asked, the wear would not all be on the inside edge, and this nail should have been a covered repair. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this store. The manager on duty was rude and unprofessional and would not answer a straight question. I do not recommend this location. I had to call Michelin to catch the first quote, and I feel for anyone who walks in and takes the number they are given.
