Carla at Quality Collision did an amazing job on my 1959 Chevy Corvette show car. She came to my house and rescued the car from my garage by getting the hood open and replacing the dead battery. She then took the car to her shop to repair the hood cable and fix the closure apparatus for the hood. Finally the car was given a fresh wash and wax! It looks spectacular. My 2005 pristine JAG SType was rear ended at high speed. My mechanic recommended Carla at Quality Collision. They did a beautiful job repairing the rear of the car. It needed quite a lot of work and 2005 parts had to be sourced. The repair and the paint job was perfect. There were a couple of mechanical issues concerning the truck lids operation but Carla responded quickly with the necessary fixes. The car was always returned with a detailed wash, too. I called Carla about getting a few things fixed on my f350 and not only was she so friendly and outgoing but extremely professional. She offered to come pick up my truck that morning and had everything fixed and my truck back to me by the end of the day. These guys do it all!!! From detailing, auto body work, paint and upholstery. Never had a worse experience at a body shop. I have a very high end car and they kept it there for 3 months for a visual advertising ploy. It was parked out in the desert sun and the paint suffered greatly. They chipped several paint sections and damaged the interior getting in and out of the car to move it around. They charged me for repairs and then billed them to the insurance and tried to not reimburse me. They had to redo their shoddy paint work after they painted over dust. When I told them I would report them to the bureau of automotive repair if I didn't get my refund for the double payment I was asked to "why don't you come by here and we'll talk about this" Yeah, right, there were 8 of them and 1 of me. read more

Short answer: best service I have ever had, recommend 10/10 Carla, Israel and Jose are amazing! Will bring all my cars here from now on. Long answer: An RV roof hatch blew off on the freeway and hit my car Sunday morning. I called Carla and she assured me they would have the part first thing Tuesday morning. I was the worst customer, I showed up 30 minutes late, I forgot to leave the car key and did not have a ride back to pick up the car after work. Carla came to my work to get the key which I forgot to leave with the car, she offered multiple alternatives to fix my car and what the insurance would be able to cover. Her and Israel fixed it by lunch time and dropped of the car at my work to help me out. I was afraid customer service did not exist anymore since COVID but Carla and Israel proved me wrong. Absolute best service, amazing job, great price! I am always afraid of unethical body shops but I can feel safe leaving my car with them. Please, please give them a chance to show you how a real body shop should be run! Oh I forgot to menton, this all happened on a holiday week between Christmas and Newyears. Back again for Eric and his crew to replace a damaged fender. Eric is very professional and very nice and has excellent customer service. Quality collision does excellent work for a very fair price. Eric worked around my work schedule so I didn't have to be without my car and then when it was finished brought it to me where I was having lunch while waiting, so I didn't have to walk back and pick it up. Like I said excellent customer service. Even though I've moved out of the desert I will more than likely bring my car back to Quality Collision if I ever need body work done on my car again. A big and pleasant surprise was that my car had a full detail inside and out when I picked it up. DON'T Go to Quality Collision. 3 weeks for them to paint my car.  Twice I was told it was ready, only to go over to Palm Springs to discover that it was NOT ready.  3rd X, Carla told that it was ready and that she would bring me the car.  She never showed up. Each time she told me it was ready, a friend took me. When I got my car back, my locks were not working.  The door handles don't match.  The whole back end interior was shattered into pieces and she didn't tell me.  Rear window interior trim, broken into several pieces, roof liner is falling down.  The passenger rear window is scratched.  Blinker covers not replaced. Paid someone else.  1 pc trim - put on with double stick tape.  It fell off in my driveway.  I had to pay someone else to fix it. I had a doctor's appointment at 2:15.  It was downtown Palm Springs. I was to  drop the car off and then would pick me up after.  I called her twice no answer.  Third call told me that she had decided to go to Indio rather than pick me up.  She could pick me up in half an hour.  I waited and waited.  4th call she said she would send someone to pick me up. No one came.  I called a friend.  When I got to UN-Quality Collision, my car was still sitting where I had left it.. It was obvious that no one had touched the car.  An employee helped.  He was working on my car for about an hour and a half when Carla FINALLY showed up.  .  If it had not been for my friend, I would still be standing downtown and my car would still not have been fixed.  No apology. I had been quoted $3000 to paint the car.  When I FINALLY went in to retrieve my car she told me that I owed her an additional $700 to pay for clips for the trim to be put back on.  $700 for clips - how stupid did she think I was? I stupidly paid cash.  Receipt showed $300 - I'd like to see her tax return.  I made her correct it to $3000 read more

I was a little hesitant to take my vehicle this time because it is a 32 foot RV that needed some touch up painting and I wasn't sure if they would even want my business.
