What should have been a routine appointment turned into a hostile experience due entirely to her aggressive tone and confrontational behavior. Customer service requires professionalism, communication, and respect none of which were demonstrated. Being spoken to in a rude and dismissive way at the front desk reflects poorly on the entire business. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to address staff training and accountability. I hope corporate reviews how situations like this are being handled, because no customer should leave feeling disrespected after simply trying to receive service.
