I have had nothing but superior service from the entire staff of Caliber Collision. From my initial contact with Ms Liz at the front who was always warm and welcoming. Rey my rep was above outstanding, I received daily text or phone calls about the process and progress. I have had repairs to my car before but no other repair shop has been able to match the service I received from everyone at Caliber Collision. I am a very detailed person and this company left me with no worries or questions! Great job read more

My car had an accident. Victor was put in charge of the repair. He did a wonderful job for me. He was very nice, very humble and gave me a best assurances that my car would be delivered in a good faith. He really surprised me. He is very wonderful. I will really missed his sense of humor. Thanks Victor. He would calm me down when I get frustrated. You are the best. Period. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Caliber Collision Center in Hawthorne California is an absolute joke of a repair shop. My car accident was on August 18th. I took my car in trusting that they would take care of the repairs in a timely manner. Well now it has been over 3 months since my accident and I'm just now getting my vehicle back and the repairs are still not completed. Every other day they told me my car would be ready and when I go to pick it up they had to fix something. They had back orders on parts. It was to the point where I bought some parts myself and brought it in thinking it would speed up the process. Caliber Collision Center would misplace some of the parts I brought in. I feel that Caliber Collision Center is in an incompetent repair shop, they are understaffed, they're rude and they do not give true updates on your vehicle repairs. Caliber should have never accepted my vehicle for repairs if they weren't able to properly fix my vehicle. Caliber Collision should consider revamping their customer service etiquette they should consider hiring more staff to complete the repairs for vehicles and they should consider not accepting Vehicles if they're unable to make the repairs in a timely manner. This is my second time getting my vehicle repaired with Caliber Collision Center and I am highly disappointed just like I was with the first experience with working with them. I thought I would give them a second chance and they prove to me that they cannot be trusted with my vehicle. Now I have to find another repair shop to complete my repairs. I do not recommend you take your vehicle to them for repairs. read more

My car was inspected and I was provided an estimate. About two weeks later I brought it in for service and the estimate was about three weeks to complete. To my surprise, they got the job done in two weeks and my car was looking like new. I highly recommend this location for their customer service, ease of use, & quality of repair. read more

On the phone call when I made my appointment I was asked if I wanted to bring it in for an estimate or the repairs. I said repairs because my insurance company sent me there. I took the day off and brought my truck in. Later on the day I saw that it was 4:30. I called and said "you close in half an hour and I just want to make sure my truck is done." They said that they are just doing an estimate and that takes 24 to 48 hours. I already missed a day at work. Now I'm missing another. I also have a $500.00 deductible so now my money is flowing out of my pocket. Today they are supposed to contact me. I got a call and they stated all the work that would be done and the price. It sounded like they were really going to fix my truck up nicely. For some reason I was under the impression that the day of my appointment I'd bring it in and they'd fix it in a few hours. I don't know why I thought that. I was wrong. The work they do takes time because they do it right. I was informed that my truck would be ready next Thursday. They needed to order parts. I haven't seen the finished product yet but from my experience so far I think it will look great. read more

My experience with Caliber Collision was great! I brought my car in to get fixed about two weeks ago, once. I left my car in their shop I was updated with notifications that allowed me to know how the process was going. I thought that was awesome! Also Rey the customer service rep was very helpful and kind! I really appreciate the good customer service this location offers! I will be recommending this location to my fellow peers In the future. Thank you!!!!! read more

My car was hit on the back bumper and thanks to Caliber my car is looking new again. Everytime I've had to come here I always get the best customer service from everyone. Things are done timely and I love that they are partnered with Enterprise which makes it so easy and convenient to get a rental. Harlen was very professional, friendly and called me with updates daily. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

My car was completely damaged from debris from a tractor trailer, I hit a huge rock and my front bumper and underneath the car was wrecked and leaking, the pebbles even cracked my front windshield. I called my insurance and saw this place had good reviews so I gave them a go. Rey has excellent communication skills, the service was impeccable, he even detailed the car for me which I really appreciate. The car is up and running and feels brand new again. Thank you Rey for the follow ups and keeping me informed. I definitely recommend this place and their professionalism. read more

They did a great job repairing my car, 2017 Camry passenger side, someone side swipe me in the freeway, they did it fast too. Rey did a awesome job keeping me updated on how the process was going. read more

Rey is super kind and helpful. I am satisfied with the work done on my Dodge Challenger.

Service is horrible! So bad I walked out before they could even get started. I don't recommend them!

Very helpful group of people working at the Caliber in Hawthorne on Prairie Ave. They made the process very easy, quick and straight forward! I've been to them twice now and every time they have exceptional customer service! I love that they were in quick communication with the rental company to have someone pick me up, that was very convenient! I loved my overall experience with them and would definitely use their services again. read more

The receptionists and estimator were great and very easy to work with. The repairs were done pretty quickly. I was rear ended and there was more damage than originally thought. So far, my car looks great. They even washed the outside of my car before I picked it up, but the inside was ridiculously dirty. There was dust everywhere throughout the inside of my car. Not only that, but there were also food crumbs and the drivers seat even had like some gum or something sticky on it. My seats are originally white, but when I got my car back, they were so dirty, even the white stitching on it isn't even white anymore. I appreciate the work they did on my car, but I honestly would not go back to this shop, nor would I recommend it. read more

I want to say I appreciate their work here as professionals. They know how to get the job done like the accident never happened in 3 separate occasions with my grandma's car. I want the thank one of the service advisors, Rey Rosas, and the general manager, Paul Campbell, for always giving us amazing service. Thank you I refer this place to anyone who experienced an accident. They're safe and won't over charge you if your wondering. read more

I was in an accident recently and was told to come here and I was helped by Rey who was very helpful and nice enough to keep me updated with everything that was happening with the car. Also the car was done faster than they said it was gonna take. read more

They really took care of me and my car throughout the entire repair. Everyone was easy to talk to and professional, but one of the employees, Rey, really stood out on my car repair journey. He kept me updated through different means so I never felt in the dark waiting. Just a great overall experience with them! read more

I came into the shop to get a quote. They asked me whether this would be out of pocket or through insurance, I answered most likely out of pocket. They send called someone to see whether they were available to provide an estimate, they said they weren't. They completely made it seem insurance funding was a priority for them. Went to another shop 5 mins away, and was attended quickly and given a quote in less than 10 mins. read more

My repair, which was quoted to take 1 week, took over 2 because one of the workers dropped my new bumper when it came in, and broke my gear shifter button. In the process of all of this, they left the car in accessories mode and ran my battery down and wouldn't reimburse me for a new one, and I had to miss 2 hours of work to get my car jumped and get a new one put in. All of this added up cost me $140 for the battery plus $100 in time off work. And because of the length of time the repairs took, I had to pay more money than I should have for my rental car. The actual body work done was good, but the entire experience was sub-par. I would give them 5 stars if they would've just reimbursed me for my battery instead of brushing me off about it. read more

I took my car here for an estimate, AAA contracts this specific Caliber Collision shop for estimates and repairs.I personally witnessed the representative Luis take multiple pictures of my car during a walk around and very specifically the Manufactures Specifications Tag on the door jamb. I even asked him "why are your taking a pic of the door tag"? He replied this tag has all the important vehicle information that is needed for repairs such as the paint color code. It is day 45 and I am being held hostage because when i took my car to a Caliber Collision closer to my office to simplify this repair but my shop informed me the estimate was in error it actually omitted that my cars color was a three stage pearl and not (straight plain white). My car is a Pearl White not plain White this error is actually $125 dollars less than what is needed to get my car fixed so the folks at the shop near me tried several times to get the estimate corrected. The AAA agent told my shop only the approved contracted shop can correct the estimate and add the paint adjustment. This shop is incompetent at doing a very simply estimate and lets please take into consideration the estimator Luis took the picture of the door jamb that has all the vehicles information needed for the correct paint color code. Be very afraid to come to this location and it's incompetent estimators!! read more

I was the victim of a hit in run in June. After getting the clearance from my insurance company, I took my car over to Caliber Collision in Hawthorne. I took my car here because it was close enough for me to check up on my car and they had good reviews. The repairs were done in fast and the staff is great. They kept me updated and even finished my car 3 days early. My car looks brand new. I recommend this company to everyone, read more

I called caliber collision to ask if they could help me open my Hood on my BMW it would not open and it needed fluids added, Jessica was very kind over the phone and told me to bring it down I did that day and she was kind in person also. She had the Technician Jeyson take a look at it he said he could open it and the next day when I had a 9 am appointment Jeyson opened the hood and rerouted the cable that was broken so I could access it until I can get it repaired. They didn't even charge me so I'm eternally grateful for everything Jeyson and Jessica did for me I have gone here before to get a dent repaired I was very satisfied then and I will be returning again in the future and will spread the word to my friends and family. read more

This shop is the worst and I hope nobody goes thru what happens to me here. They took my car on dec 7th really nice people yes of course to get the business after that unethical, unprofessional, worst customer service. After they took my car guy call Jessie said he was gonna get in contact with me 15 days after not even a single call, when I call them they haven't even start working on my car nothing but lies, he said car was gonna be ready on January 6th but it was ready until the 14th. They charge $7000 to the insurance an the job they did on my car was thrash, stuff pending, roof leaking, they didn't fix what they suppose to and they continue with lies an lies saying they were gonna fix it they just need more time. 40 days to fix a simple theft, I end up paying $800 on rental do to this people an end up with a trash job for $7000. read more

From the friendly Nadia at the front desk helping me take care of the back-end with my insurance --to Paul working on the damages to my car, it was a comfortable, stress-free and enjoyable experience. They are truly friendly, reliable, fast, honest and proficient at what they do. Paul even handled other areas of concern that had nothing to do with my original claim however was still very willing to follow-up with. Nadia answered all of my questions and made the experience a pleasant one, which does so much good when dealing with the stresses of an accident. Note: I read negative reviews here and there could be a chance customers are mixing up locations -which I initially did by mistake when putting a review, but nope Prairie location in Hawthorne is where it's at! read more

Thanks to Joe, who made my car look like new again, and to the entire staff @ Caliber Collision who treated me with respect, and even allowed me to pick my car up on a Saturday because I was traveling that week. I went to get the rear bumper and back light fixed. Painting from another car they painted went on the rest of my car and they did not do a great job trying to fix it. Only did a cleaning, but parts of my car still have stains. They don't keep their word. They tried to cover up their mistake and act like my car had previously had a bad paint job, which is not true. I have had the car for about 2 years. read more

The trim mounding on a car I had recently purchased was not attached properly. I sent Caliber Collision some pictures. Based on these pictures I received an estimate. I agreed to move forward and had Caliber order the parts. When Caliber repaired my car, they were able to properly reattach the mounding without using all the parts which had been ordered. They sent the unused parts back and gave me a refund. The scheduling was easy, the repair was made within the time frame estimated and the cost of the repair was roughly 50% below the quoted estimate. Rey was my service advisor and was responsive and honest. I will definitely use Caliber Collision in the future should the need arise. read more

Already having to deal with the accident, the last thing you need is the repairs but from the moment I stepped in I knew I was in good hands! I was assigned Rey Rosas as my service advisor and from the get go he made me feel comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle the situation, he would send me text messages and call me with status updates! I was always in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle. I expressed to Rey that I really needed my car done by a certain date, what I was asking for was some what impossible, but he spoke with the GM Paul Campbell and they managed to get me my car by the date I requested! I can't thank the staff enough! From the front desk staff who prepared all the paper and throughly explains everything is much appreciate! The work done is amazing! I was in a car accident rear ending by the way. My precious car went to A Ford Fusion to Ford Focus. Luckily the frame was not broken. My insurance covered for everything. I paid extra for another issue with my car out of the pocket. They had my car for less than a month. I was able to see the progress of my car. I would text updates on my car, which I was not expecting it. That was pretty cool. I'm so happy to report that my car looks brand spanking new. I just got it back on Friday. I really have not drove it around until today, which by the way it raining. So I get to check for any leaks. I will check that out later today. Also, as long as you have the car. If you notice any issue with what they worked on you can come back for them to fix it. How cool is that!!! I really haven't done any internal inspection, seat belts, speakers and more. But I will. Also I turned my car in during the Corona Virus 19 Pandemic. Rey was my handler!!!! His customer Service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The front desk was great. I was sort of scared of leaving my car with them at first. I don't plan on getting in accident but if I do, I will come back, I will give them my business. I highly recommend Rey and his team at Caliber Collison on Prairie! read more
