If you want to work with dishonest thieves here's the place to go. They make you sign a "we are not liable if your stuff goes missing waiver" so yes take the important things but I expected my car to be done in one day and it took them 2 weeks, this was very minor fender damage. Then I pick it up and every compartment in my vehicle had been gone through. Since when does fixing a fender require anyone to go through my stuff. I had small simple things taken that couldn't fit in my purse when I left, a few cheap vaps, several chargers, didn't even leave one took them all and I locked them in my glove box, they even took 12 packs of coke I left in my trunk. The biggest issue that was my bad was I just filled my adderall script and put in in my cooler box kind of hidden in the middle floor board( I drive a Honda so tons of storage boxes) and meant to grab it but slipped my mind and was in the hospital most of the time the car was in the shop and had enough when I got out to wait until I got back to my car but behold it to was gone, and a bunch of other crap I dont put in that area was put in its place like I wouldn't notice. Obviously nothing to attempt to lose in court over since I signed the waiver allowing them to steal my crap but I'd never use them again. On a side note I've used my Honda collision center and never had to sign that document and never had anything go missing. Recently took in my Dodge Ram 1500 truck for bumper and tail gate repairs. My insurance company stated that they were a preferred vendor and that their work would be 100% guaranteed. This was enough incentive for me to utilize their services. However, I would now take them any vehicle I need repair on regardless of the insurance company's recommendation. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism displayed throughout the whole process. Communications were extremely good as they constantly kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. Justin (store manager) was totally committed to my vehicle and making sure I was fully satisfied. This was just not lip service as his actions spoke louder than his words. My daughter wrecked a 2106 Mustang. Albert reached out to me once my insurance agent set us up to go there before I even had a chance to call. I was clueless and fortunate enough to not have had to deal with an accident in over 20 years He made the process so easy. I can't imagine another facility as professional as this one. I spoke to multiple personnel there and they were all very nice and accommodating. Albert was wonderful! He called me every couple of days or so to let me know the status of the car. They did a beautiful job restoring the car to the way it looked prior to the accident. After we took possession of the car, my daughter thought she felt something vibrating at higher speeds. I took my car there to fix an area on my car where I hit a basketball pole. It was a diffucult area because it was where the door met the front fender. They did a great job of fixing my car. Yury was the gentleman that helped me. He was very kind and professional. He is extremely knowledgable. I was a cash pay customer and they treated me right when the work needed more labor than expected. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because there were two minor details that I needed to bring the car back for them to fix. Yury went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. My car looks perfect now. Plus they have a LIFETIME warrantee on their work! I highly recommend this place and specifically, Yury. I was hit from behind at a stoplight in February. It was April before my insurance company finished their investigation and approved my car to be repaired. It was right in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic. The nicest gentlemen contacted me to tell me the insurance had approved the repair and that I could bring my car in the next day. I was concerned about my safety but was assured that they would take every precaution and they would take care of me and my car in a timely manner.
