    "Thats a rock chip"

    Brought my vehicle in as a result of a front end collision and chose the location considering it had the highest ratings of the collision centers via State Farm. Vehicle was dropped off Mar 2 and a prospective date was set for completion. I had stated that the skid plate had sustained damage after he collision and it was held on by zip ties and was acknowledged. Initially the hood was to be bent back into shape but then a decision was made to just replace the hood. I was then called to pick up the vehicle on Mar 14 after being told that the repairs were complete. When the vehicle was brought around, a clear and visible impact on my windshield was present and I was told that the vehicle was ready to go. The skid plate on the bottom of the vehicle was no longer sagging to the ground. I had asked about the impact and was told that it was a "rock chip", to which then I said was not present when I had brought the vehicle in. We then went to review images as to confirm that the impact to my windshield was not there prior to which then service advisor Walter confirmed. I was given the option to take it home and have it repaired or to have the vehicle taken care of at the collision center, then being told that if it was completed tomorrow that the vehicle could only be held for four days. As a result, I had to cancel a shift pending the repair of the windshield since my job was out of town. I was then called on the afternoon of Mar 15 to come pick up the vehicle as the windshield had been replaced. I had asked for a copy of the invoice for the windshield as State Farm stated that any work done to my vehicle would be warrantied and was told "This one is on the house" and that no invoice would be available. A month after and I go to do maintenance on the vehicle and find that instead of fixing the skid plate, a screw was drilled from the plate and into the underside of my vehicle to keep it from sagging instead of being fixed correctly. I wish I had a more positive experience. TLDR: repairs were delayed, windshield received a hit while in repairs, was not given any documentation on the windshield, damage to the underside was addressed using a screw and retained by zip ties

We paid the fees, got the truck home, and it still wasn't repaired. They tried to put in cheap parts in our brand new truck. Then they charged us another $1,100 for a tail light . They took advantage of us and should have done the quote right the first time. To top it all off the main service guy STOLE personal belongings from our vehicle. We found out because when we went back to his office OUR belongings were on his desk. Shame on him. The management here is awful and can't be trusted. However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

Lack of professionalism in handling client interactions. Neglectful in maintaining transparent and professional contact. If I could give, 0 stars, I would. Seems like no one knows how to properly communicate the deadline for getting a vehicle back to their client then complain & make remarks of how "your wife called like 10 times today" I called 3 haha. Kevin (estimator) did his best to relay information from Miguel (I believe mechanic manager?) Xochil (manager) was on leave and tried her best effort to ease my frustration of the constant push back, I asked to be updated, yet never was. Said car was needing a test drive, I asked for a picture of the odometer, received no response after we were in "constant" communication via text (I say this loosely as she wouldn't pick up my calls, but would text me while I was on hold). Paid our deductible after a month our vehicle was in the shop, get inside with incorrect tire pressure from 2 of the 4 tires. We go inside, they put air in, just for us to circle in their parking lot to notice there was a knocking sound. Go back in, yet again, for them to tell us "oh yeah xyz is also broken." Wouldn't that be something to bring to our attention before we pay money to get our truck back? Also as we requested a rental since we turned it back in (obviously) the white girl inside had an attitude.
