Thank you to Ben & Dustin for restoring my Audi S4 back to ONE HUNDRED. From the onset of dropping off my vehicle, both of these individuals were welcoming and helpful by setting the expectation as to next steps and timeline. They had my Enterprise shuttle ready for me to move on with my day. I received daily text messages with the updates and got the phone call from Ben that my car was ready within the week. I picked it up on Black Friday, and super thankful they were open to get me back to my lifestyle. AND... they washed my car plus vacuumed. One of the worse experiences I have had at a body shop. Did not follow up on when the vehicle is going to be ready. I called and asked for pick up was given a time for pick up for 4 pm Friday and guess what? I got here to pick up and cars not ready. No communications what so ever. What drew the last straw was front office was so rude. Got here 5 mins to 4 was told to go sit in lobby very very rudely. Was told that the status on car is unknown and paperwork is not ready go sit and will let you know. 445, 50 minutes later someone approaches again with dismissive dimenor asking if I was told to Come pick up car today! Like I just showed up, have nothing better to do with my time and like going to body shop and get treated rudely and wait in their lobby. Their portal even says pick up Friday at 4. So so so unprofessional. Not even single person came and apologized. Instead all I got was James I'd off today and will have him call on Monday with update. Makes me wonder common sense of following up on a client of your team mate who is not in really happens there? But oh well common sense is not so common anymore. My second visit(first at drop off/second today) and both times plenty of associates just walking around or sitting in reception area chatting it up. I am sure they got plenty of work to do and are busy but at least one of them could have pick up the phone said cars not ready for pick. I am sure me writing this review before not picking up my car is going to have negative consequences but oh well it is what it is. read more

Went here initially as a recommendation from the insurance company after someone backed into me. Luckily no one was hurt and it was just a major annoyance. Caliber called me the same day I reported the accident and got me at my convenience for an estimate. They can even arrange for rentals to be dropped off and picked up if necessary so the process was as easy as possible. After they were done, took about a week, I couldn't tell anything had been damaged or repainted. The next day of course driving to work a big rock hit my hood and left a dent and scratched the paint. I just dropped by their office since I was in the area to get a quick estimate and they just went ahead and buffed it out for me no charge. The dent was still there of course but much less noticeable. Definitely trust this place to take care of my car and while I hope I never have to come back, it's good to have a go to place! read more

I have used Caliber for two major accidents in the past. They have always been fair, timely, friendly and deserving of praise. My most recent experience was beyond the norm and needs to be called out. I arrived with a couple of scratches in my Audi that were unable to be removed at the local car detailer/wash. Not feeling optimistic I stopped by Colllision based on past experience and was met by Stephanie. She took a look and said that they should be able to knock out both scratches in about a half an hour. I had no appointment and simply just dropped in. True to her word, 30 minutes later my car came out looking brand new. It wasn't just the craftsmanship shown in the result, or the friendliness and sincerity Stephanie had offered upon greeting me. It was the desire to make a customer happy. You could just tell how prideful everyone at Caliber is in their approach to service. They had very little to gain today with such a small repair yet they treated it as if it was a major priority. Originally went to a different CC location, but was referred to this one as they are the "high line" location and is certified to work on aluminum on my F-150 doors. Luis, whom I was working with honored the price of the original quote from the other location!! Was quoted 5 days for the repair and I think I got the car back repaired, washed, and vacuumed in less than that. I was so pleased with the service and that i brought a Ford Fusion to him as I picked up the F-150. Even though it wasn't an aluminum repair job or a "high line" vehicle, Luis spoke with his manager and they were willing to do the repair for a repeat customer. Full disclosure this review only speaks to my personal experience during the quoting process and has nothing to do with the quality of work this shop does. I scheduled an appointment a week out and gave them all the necessary information needed prior to coming to the shop including my make, model, year, and extent of damage to my vehicle. The staff was friendly, but after providing all this information I arrived to my appointment to have a tech to look at my vehicle only to be told that they don't "work on my type of vehicle". Which that information was provided prior to me even arriving to the shop. Then they proceeded to try and pawn me off to another Caliber Collision in town. The extent of damage was not major and my assumption is that this shop is just looking for larger repair jobs. I'm just disappointed in the waste of time and would've been fine if this was communicated this to me before hand. read more

Do not recommend. Cannot get things done. If you want your car be delayed forever and never gets repaired, choose them. Simply just want to share this experience because it's unprofessional and disrespectful. I didn't have a rental because I never expected the progress would take forever. I don't think you thought about how inconvenient it would cause the customer when you have my car for more than a month. I heard Caliber Collision was efficient and had good reputation, but I guess I was wrong. Considering how much extra I've spent on uber/lyft bc I couldn't have my car repaired on time, and especially how much time I've wasted, honestly, I just felt disrespected. You never considered my time as "time", and just kept consuming it without giving proper explanations. And the outcome was just okay. Thanks to this experience, I will change my insurance company and genuinely hope to never encounter you guys again. Dropped off my car on 6/19 in Anaheim location, then got transferred to Costa Mesa Red Hill location to Jeff. Received zero response on first week, so I called on 6/28, Jeff said they were having the inspection, but I did not receive updates about anything. Called again on 7/2, still no progress, yet they were having another inspection? After the second inspection, my bills got increased by more than $2000? (but at the end I only paid my deductible) Anyways, 2 weeks in with no progress. The first time I heard back from caliber collision, instead of initiating the phone calls myself, took place on 7/8- 19 days after dropping off the vehicle. Jeff said the parts for replacements have arrived, estimated to be done by "next Wednesday" (7/17); got an email on the 17th saying it couldn't be finished but will have it done on Friday 7/19; on Friday morning, I got another email saying there was problem with the paint (2 days delay and you just found out??? What is reliability??) and will have it done by Tuesday 7/23. Called again on 7/23 Tuesday morning knowing my car still could not be finished, because I didn't get any updates on the day before, I really had no comment. Jeff said my car will be delivered back to Anaheim location on Wednesday 7/24. When the day finally has arrived, they said the Anaheim location for where I pick up my car would be closed by the time they tow the car. So you can only start working 2 hours before closing? Eventually, my car got towed back to my place directly but again, I felt very disrespected considering how much my time got so undervalued. When I received the call on 7/8, Jeff said "we will have it done by next Wednesday, or maybe a little early", but then you needed much more time to have it repaired. If you're not sure what you are capable of, then don't make false promises? Even if it was done by 7/17, it would take still approximately a month. When you kept asking for more time that eventually took 35 days, my patience worn off. Like most costumers, I believe Caliber Collision is an efficient, customer focused, and most importantly, professional company, yet I experienced none of these but your procrastinations and excuses. I was amazed that it'd took more than a month to switch parts and do the paint, with an okay result. Based on all the good reviews I've read about Caliber Collision, I just felt really disappointed. read more

We had our car repaired there. We were quoted2-3 weeks it took 10.5 weeks. The price was double. When we picked it up they said the battery was dead and needed to drive it around to charge it. The car has not been able to start without a jump since then. They repaired the door, nothing to do with the engine. We have never had a problem prior to going there. Super disappointed! read more

Caliber and their team made the aftermath of my accident a complete breeze. They guarantee their work and I actually held them to that! I had a panel that needed to be repainted and buffed out. So here I was back at caliber and met with Kevin this time he was so amazing he spent so much time making sure that the car came out perfect he's even installing my battery. His communication with me was so great he kept texting me to let me know he needed a little bit longer because he wanted to make sure that the car was extremely shiny and basically looked brand new. Don't leave your valuables in the car!!! I got in an accident and my car was towed immediately to Caliber Collision. When i went to pick up the car my two expensive sunglasses worth $1,000 weren't in my car along with the cases but they did leave my cheap sunglasses. Don't leave valuables they will steal them. I met with the general manager, Andrew, and he said he would request surveillance video. He never called me back so we showed up a week later and still hasn't gotten the video surveillance. read more
