My insurance said they never got it and followed up with them and said I need to set another appointment to get adjustment from someone else. No way. I brought my Audi to Caliber from a recommendation from Audi South Coast, the communication & updates during the process was outstanding & who'll I unfortunately had to wait for a back ordered bumper from Audi corporate for over four months, Pedro who was working with me always gave me regular updates weekly on my vehicles status as well as following my request to trickle charge my Audi's battery ( my vehicle has suffered from battery drain issues ) when the battery which was not even 7 months old would not accept a charge they went ahead & replaced it for me as part of their service with no additional charges to me. The work came out beautifully & when I came to get my vehicle, I was not rushed & I was encouraged to not only examine the vehicle but to test drive it as well! They patiently waited while I filed the insurance claim and guided me through the process, explaining everything along the way. I love Caliber Collison, but when I took my car in for a quote thursday september 18th, had an appointment and everything, they took pictures on all the damage and told me to expect my quote that following monday september 22nd. It is now OCTOBER 2nd and I STILL have not received a quote. we just wanted to know the damage on my car and the persons insurance that caused the accident would cover everything. rude service if you ask me. Had the best experience one could have after getting rear ended. Caliber Collision took care of me and my car right from the start. It was for paint repair due to manufacturer defect - no accident reported or insurance claim filed, I didn't even get the work done. I brought my car in here for a front bumper repair. When I picked up my car I sat down in the driver's seat and couldn't shut the door because the driver side inside door arm was not connected to the door anymore. When I went back inside to tell them what they did, they said the car came in that way. I did not bring my car to them with a broken door arm! The car door couldn't be shut the way they gave it to me. when I said, don't even try saying it came in this way... they magically found the part for the door and fixed it. It makes me worry that they took out other Audi parts that I didn't notice. It makes me not trust them. The instant denial when they were truly at fault is not a good sign. read more

I recently had a very nice woman accidentally back into my Jaguar F-type. Her insurance, State Farm, listed Caliber Collision as a recommended repair shop. After some research, I found that the one on McCormick regularly dealt with high end cars so I went there to check them out. Their service advisor Robert looked over my car, gave me some general advice and took me on a tour of their facility to show me the top notch equipment they use to bring cars back to their original specs. Once I got the go ahead from State Farm to take the car there, Brandon Mueller, the service advisor assigned to me, called me and invited me to bring my car in. The intake went very well and they helped me get set up with a nice Porsche 911 rental/loaner car from Enterprise Exotics. Note: My car was involved in a hit and run while parked around the beginning of the year and I had the same area repaired by a local body shop that I found on Yelp. The repairs were completed back in January, covered by my insurance. The day after dropping my car off, Brandon called and said that they had discovered some issues with a previous repair and invited me to come down and look at my disassembled car. He explained what they would be able to do and what responsibilities the previous repair facility would have, and even offered to interact with the previous repair facility to ensure that my car would be brought back to perfect. Thanks to Brandon's help and the friendly cooperation of the first facility that repaired my car, I'm confident that my baby will be back to mint condition! I stumbled upon this place by happenstance and originally called their Huntington Beach store while researching for body work repair shops near me. That specific location did not work on Land Rovers, so they told me to call the one in Costa Mesa. The work needed wasn't too severe (no dents, just scrapes), but I needed some areas "patched" up with paint because we were about to sell our car. I noticed when I pulled up there were rows of Audi's, BMW's, and Land Rover's. Apparently this is their top tier location which put me at ease. The technician that helped me, Moises, was awesome. Since I wasn't planning on keeping the vehicle he was honest about me not getting a return for my value if I paid for a repaint on certain areas. He suggested I purchase a paint pen from the dealership and he would touch it up for free. He forewarned me it wouldn't look perfect, but it would get the job done to sell the car. He also said if I wasn't satisfied with it at the end we could always go the more thorough route. I was so grateful he gave me options and allowed me to save money. I was so taken back by my interactions and experience that when and if I need work done on our second vehicle which is a BMW, I know exactly where to come. I was referred to this company by my insurance company after I was hit from behind on the 405 Freeway by an idiot uninsured driver. Our insurer said they they specialize in luxury vehicles and only use Range Rover parts. Nobody wants a muffler from Freddie's Muffler shop. My car had sustained damage to my rear bumper, sensors and muffler so I was expecting it to be painful. That said, the price was quite competitive which by itself is great but the people are what make this place great. My contact was Brandon and he was awesome. Talk about a great open line of communication. They had my car for almost a month because Land Rover sends all their parts on a slow boat from the UK. Brandon had my car fixed in a week but they had to wait a ton of time for a muffler. He stayed on them the whole time and texted me almost everyday early in the morning to show status. That's what makes an experience bearable a lot of times. The finished product was perfect. They also detailed it and handed it over to me is great condition. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs repairs and if you have a luxury vehicle, it's even better. read more

One of the worse experiences I have had at a body shop. Did not follow up on when the vehicle is going to be ready. I called and asked for pick up was given a time for pick up for 4 pm Friday and guess what? I got here to pick up and cars not ready. No communications what so ever. What drew the last straw was front office was so rude. Got here 5 mins to 4 was told to go sit in lobby very very rudely. Was told that the status on car is unknown and paperwork is not ready go sit and will let you know. 445, 50 minutes later someone approaches again with dismissive dimenor asking if I was told to Come pick up car today! Like I just showed up, have nothing better to do with my time and like going to body shop and get treated rudely and wait in their lobby. Their portal even says pick up Friday at 4. So so so unprofessional. Not even single person came and apologized. Instead all I got was James I'd off today and will have him call on Monday with update. Makes me wonder common sense of following up on a client of your team mate who is not in really happens there? But oh well common sense is not so common anymore. My second visit(first at drop off/second today) and both times plenty of associates just walking around or sitting in reception area chatting it up. I am sure they got plenty of work to do and are busy but at least one of them could have pick up the phone said cars not ready for pick. I am sure me writing this review before not picking up my car is going to have negative consequences but oh well it is what it is. read more
