From quality, fair pricing, communication and over all great service, they could have not gotten a higher rating from me and they, sincerely, deserve an award! Details do not matter to them! My trucks body work looks bad and lines don't even line up from fender to bumper. When pointed out I was told oh that's as good as it can get its plastic. While the other side that is also plastic is perfect.. The truck SHOOK LIKE CRAZY after I got it back and instead of believing me they made me feel like I was an idiot and only took a look at it because oops they forgot to replace the tire that was damaged! When they finally got the tire on they used a cheap Chinese tire not a Bridgestone like the other 3 that are on my truck. They didn't ask to put a crappy tire on my truck they just did it... No of my concerns felt important. I will never return.. FV body works is way better. Now I have to buy a tire, and live with shitty body work. read more

I honestly would not recommend anyone to come here. I was sent here by my insurance after an accident. They kept my car for 3 months with little updates. I had to call in to see what was going on, but they were not very thorough in explaining. I am not knowledgeable on cars, so this was a frustrating experience. On top of keeping my car for 3 months, they didn't even fully repair it, they put the wrong color parts on without telling me beforehand, and left the paint with scratches and streaks. They told me it was a coating they added for the paint, but the ugly streaks are still visible 6 months later. I came in with a black grill and left with a chrome one - my car is fully BLACK by the way so it's very ugly and obvious through the cover :( My headlights were not put on correctly and so when I went back they decided to GLUE them in place instead of replacing the parts. I brought these issues up but never got a reason why they performed the way they did or even an offer for a solution. It's not right to treat a customer this way. Please reconsider your choices if you were going to come here. read more

In January 2023, I brought my vehicle in for rear bumper damage. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed that Caliber had detailed the inside of my truck damaging and distorting my touch screen. Caliber accepted responsibility for the damaged screen. Almost a year later on December 1, a new unit was installed at Caliber; however, it was not connected to the truck itself. When Caliber attempted to correct the problem on December 15, they created new problems by disabling all collision safety features. Since December 20, Caliber has made no attempt to contact me to resolve the problems after several attempt to contact them. I would not recommend this business. read more

Very poor service. Never got the requested quote for the work they were supposed to do. They treated us like 'this is handled through insurance why do you have to know how much we charge?'. Right away they also said the insurance just covers basic repairs if you want Mercedes quality you have to pay extra out of pocket. A day before the drop off date I called to confirm everything is ok and they told me that they haven't started any paperwork since the employee in charge does not work for them anymore. Overall poor customer service. They get the Mercedes customer from Fletcher Jones automatically so no effort needed. read more

This was extremely helpful during a stressful situation because I still had to get to work every day! She also walked me through each form I had to sign and went above and beyond with an extra smile. The general manager, Jonathan helped assist me with my car. He explained the break down of what went wrong and how they went about and fixed my car. He helped my car to get fixed quickly and efficiently which was super nice because I didn't have to pay for a rental car for more than 2 days! This was also helpful because I don't know too much about cars but he made me feel like they did the essential work without trying to sell me on other things like other car shops I have been to. I was sent to this location by my insurance after someone had swiped my car. There was some extensive damage that needed serious work, including parts that needed to be replaced. I was instantly worried because I know almost all businesses right now are suffering from late/slow shipment and being understaffed. Did I also mention I was planning a wedding AND had a broken foot at the time? I was a mess lol And that's why I was SO impressed and thankful for the amazing job and service they provided me from beginning to end.
