The staff and service they provide is a complete joke…read more The only reason I chose this shop was because my father in law had done previous business with the current owners father. I brought my car in for a simple bumper and underskirt replacement along with buffing out the headlights and it took them nine days to "complete" the job. I was originally told it would take three or four day to complete the repairs. after 7 days had passed I called to ask for an update on my vehicle, the "sister" answered the phone and told me she would check on it and get back to me in a few minutes. six hours later I tried calling back check for the update just to be met with a voicemail. After several attempts calling every hour I eventually gave up trying to reach them as it was already past business hours. The following day I tried several attempts to reach out for an update but yet again I was met with voicemail each and every time. The following day after yet again calling for an update with no answer I decided to get a ride there to check in person. I was told they were still waiting on "new parts" to arrive because they did not check what needed to be fixed in the original quote. Obviously the "sister" who initially did the inspection had no idea what she was doing. The excuse for not answering or returning my call was because she was not there all week. It seems answering a phone call was simply far too complicated of a task for the owner to complete. At day nine it only took five attempts to finally get ahold of someone to get an update on the repairs. I was told everything would be done in forty five minutes and I would get a call back when the car was ready. After two hours and several more attempts at reaching them I decided to just get another ride over there to see if it was ready. I guess the simple task of returning the call to let me know the car was ready was too complicated for the "sister" to complete as when I got there she said it was ready to go. As she brought me to my car I noticed the color of the bumper did not match the color of the car but I did not make a big deal about it. The sister explained to me that they did not put the license plate on the bumper when I noticed they did not buff out the headlights as promised. At this point I had spent close to $1700.00 for the repairs so naturally I was not happy as they were about to let me drive off while charging me $80.00 to buff the headlights. Again I remained patient as she told me to drive around to the back and they would buff it "real quick" as if nine days was not enough time. As one of the employees was buffing the headlights I decided to take a look at the work and make sure everything else was done correctly. Lo and behold when I checked the under skirt on the wheel well it was not even screwed down, just barely attached by one screw while the rest was hanging off flapping around. I went to the office and told the "sister" I have another problem. as I showed he what was wrong I told her "I can't say I'm happy right now" and returned to the office to wait yet again for them to complete the job that was already "completed" and paid for. I guess a simple comment from an unhappy customer was too much for the delicate and feeble "sister" to take as the "owner" pulled me aside and asked me "my sister said you were unhappy about something?" I replied "yes you guys didn't buff the lights and didn't secure the wheel well underskirt as promised." He replied angrily and disrespectfully "well we're fixing it now aren't we?!" I said "yeah after I had to come back after it was already "completed" and paid for, you were going t let me drive off with $300 worth of services that were not rendered?! His next reply was "It slipped my mind! I don't need you telling my sister you're not happy! I don't even need customers like you, I'm blessed! I replied "of course I'm not happy you didn't even do what you said you were going to do after my car has been here for more than a week and after $1700.00! He replied "A week! A week! A week!? Who else are you going find to do this?! Im blessed! I don't need customers like you, I'll give you your fucking money back I don't give a fuck!" It was at this point I realized what an unprofessional and small minded individual I was dealing with. He just kept repeating how blessed he was but it was obvious he was barely hanging on mentally and financially judging from the complete dump he calls a shop. I told him if because of his disrespectful and unprofessional attitude I would never return. yet again he replied with the "good I don't need people like you here, I'm blessed" nonsense. I replied " it is what is it is. you did not provide services as promised. I don't want to come back here, you don't want me to come back here so just move these cars and let me leave leave! -If you can't handle a simple and legitimate customer complaint about services not rendered but still paid you're TRASH!
