So if you don't care about the fact that customer service is not in their repertoire --- then feel free to take your business to this shop. 9/3/16 Update: Johnny G. starts his rebuttal by slamming me for leaving other low reviews. I call them like I see them. Then he goes on to basically call me a liar by saying "...it is possible this happened..." There's no "possible" about it. I'm no liar and this did happen. Then he makes an excuse for bad management. Johnny G. is a good example of how you can teach a person how to perform auto body work and how to paint vehicles, but you can't teach them common sense and courtesy. What Johnny G. should have done is sent me a private note telling me that he's sorry for the inconvenience and telling me how his shop now makes sure that every customer and potential customer is contacted with a quote or told that the shop can't help them. Contacting me directly and telling me how they've fixed their problem(s) is what other shops have done to get me to raise my rating from a one-star to a five-star. With the prices consumers pay for auto body work, we don't need attitude on top of it. Johnny G. didn't do himself any favors with his rebuttal.
