I ended up leaving without any kind of prewash or towels others received. As for the wash itself, very VERY skint on chemicals and soap. Do yourself a favor and find one of the washes at the grocery store. They're far better maintained and stocked. A HUGE waste of money and time.

Then, after the wash while cleaning the inside of my car, I opened the hood and unscrewed the oil cap to add some oil additive while cleaning. Well, a gigantic gust of wind blew the cap to the bottom of the engine. A nice employee named Lalo came over, crawled down under my car and was able to retrieve the oil cap. I am a disabled senior, so would not have been able to do that. Lalo was very kind and professional and got his shirt extra dirty laying on the ground to retrieve the cap. Thank you Lalo for going above and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciated that!!!! This was at the Kostoryz location. There is still lots of sand in the back seat seat belt buckle crevasses, I don't think they even touched the trunk and the top inch of glass on my windows is still all dirty because they didn't roll them down to get the part that seals into the door. I payed $43 for the "interior super clean" and a car wash. I expected more from the interior super clean service, especially for what I paid for it. If I go here again I will definitely double check the car before leaving and make sure they get everything.
