When we got there, they told us what was going on, gave us the options with zero upselling, and got us back on the road. This place does not try to take advantage of people from out of town. They turned around what could have been a miserable vacation and ended up saving the trip. Can't recommend them enough.

These guys really are the best and I am SO glad my transmission failed me in Corpus. I had the transmission go on my Lexus and with the good reviews I had it towed there for an estimate. Not only did they fix it perfectly but they offer a 3yr 75000 warranty (including parts and labor) which is much longer and better than most. The Lexus dealer was going to be more expensive and have a shorter warranty. They put it all back together and its running like a top! Plus I LOVE that the do all the rebuild work onsite... buying a rebuilt transmission from an unknown source is not a good idea and brand new OEM ones are very expensive. These guys seemed very honest and great to work with!

After another place tried to…read moreupsell me thousands in unnecessary repairs, this shop quickly found the real problems -- a small EVAP repair and a simple door wiring issue. From the very first phone call, the gentleman I spoke with was kind, patient, and attentive. He explained everything clearly, fixed only what needed to be fixed, and charged a fair price. No scare tactics, no upselling, no games -- just genuine, knowledgeable service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who truly cares about their customers!!

And they charged $100-$150 charge just to drive in the door. So I found Mike's Mobile Service on Yelp. I called. He was patient, didn't act rushed, answered all questions, was polite and friendly, and said "let me earn your business." So I thought hell let me give this guy a shot. They fixed the car, didn't charge me $150 just to get in the door, and ran a free diagnostic the dealerships charges for. They even went out of their way to squeeze my car into their busy schedule. While I realize that's not always possible, I really appreciated it. My total was $250--half of Ford dealership's cost (I checked.). Several days later the car is running great. MIKE called my wife to make sure everything is OK. He even told her the story about their shop Kitty, Nitro. A baby kitten stuck in a transmission they found then bottle-fed back to health. A cute little cat running around the shop who was just a bundle of joy--animal lovers always go to the top of my list. People that have a heart for animals and their customers, in my opinion, are going to make sure to do good work on a vehicle!

Good help is hard to find and this shop provides it, with great customer service. He picked me up from my house (less than 5 miles away) and took me back to the shop to get my truck!!!! I am very pleased to have found such a friendly and honest shop. He got my vehicle in to get looked at the same day I dropped it off, which by the way was the the same day (@ his shop less than half a day) he had it ready to come back to me. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and he was willing to talk future performance upgrades that I asked about, and even future services that will extend the life of my motor and transmission. Mike went out of his way to help me get back up and running quickly. Thank you for the wonderful service, I will be back for sure! Would recommend to my friends and family 10 out of 10.

I've had CC repair a car and a truck and always received great service. so if i had reviewed them…read morefor those repairs it would have been 5 stars. I took a 2025 toyota corolla for a scrape on the passenger side front bumper and front door. As arce was looking it over i was told that there could be "hidden" damage. That the lights could be broken under the bumper and there could be other things wrong with the vehicle so he gave me an estimate of $4000. I didn't like the way he handled the whole thing. I told him i didn't want to go through the insurance if it wasn't going to be too much over my deductible. Well, he made sure it was way over that. I decided to get a second opinion. I was assured there was no hidden damage. if there was the headlight would be popping out or hanging. Even the wheel well was fine where CC told me that under the wheel well cover could be damaged. So i removed 2 stars for his handling of my vehicle.
