I took my car in after a minor very minor bump while trying to park my car at a local retailer. The…read moreman I spoke to was Troy he gave me a card with his number on it. He told me I'd be receiving text letting me know the status and how things were going and moving along with my car repair. Together we looked at the car we talked about what could be done and how he was going to fix it and we agreed. I was also told that I would be hearing from them and the car would be ready by the end of the week this was two weeks ago. A couple of days ago I called to check the status on my car. The receptionist told me the projected date for it to be ready would be Thursday. By 5 o'clock Thursday I hadn't received any calls so I called. The receptionist looked up the information and told me "it seems to be ready". My response was it seems to be ready or it is ready because I'm in a rental and I need to know for sure. She responded with "it's ready". Mind you this was at 5 o'clock in the evening and they close at 5:30 so I did my best to get there right away. When I got there the receptionist asked my name I told her my name and she gave a said a different name when she was looking up my information. I repeated my name to her at least three different time and she finally got it right. As she handed me the paperwork it fell on the floor and she made no effort to pick it up as a courtesy. It wasn't a problem for me to pick it up so I did but I just thought it was so rude that she just sat back down in her seat like nothing had happened. So let me backtrack a little bit from the first day that I talked to Troy. He told me the car would be washed and vacuumed nothing spectacular like a detail but at least washed and vacuumed. When I drove up and saw my car it was covered in reddish dirt and had been rained on.The rain happened the day before so my guess is my car had already been ready for a while and I hadn't been called. They bring me the car after I mentioned to them that they told me that it would be washed at least because it was covered in dust and dried rain drops. So Eloy and I look at the car and add a glance everything looked OK. I told him thank you for his help because he really was excellent in Customer Service. I drive off. I go put gas at the nearest gas station. When I'm putting gas I get a closer look at everything and realize that there is still damage to my car. I am immediately called the collision center back and asked for Eloy. I take pictures of what I'm seeing and I emailed them to him. This morning I went back to the collision center to show Eloy in person what I was looking at. I am now in my rental again and hopefully they get it right this time. Lithia Collision Center, Access Ford collision center whoever reads this please understand that your first point of contact sets the tone for how things are going to go and how you treat customers. Your first point of contact is rude and unprofessional. I've always had my car serviced there and have had service from the collision center and I've never been so dissatisfied with the way I was treated. Aside from Eloy being on point and very professional everything else, unfortunately was very unsatisfying.

They do not compromise high quality in order to finish a vehicle. They do not guarantee price because they guarantee that they won't cut corners and will fix a vehicle the right way. Something I also appreciate is that they encourage customers to check in on their vehicle as it is being fixed. They are always happy to share all the hard work and expertise they put into their vehicles. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle to last forever

When I got it back the steering column was chopped, not secured and my knuckles scraped the dash pad & my knees didnt fit under the steering wheel. It had leaks. Wiring didnt work. Even got pulled over by police not knowing turn signal didnt work. Doors didnt line up. Windows clanked against eachother. Rocker panel fell off. I could go on. They took my stuff the car originally came to them with like tires, rims, '67 muatang hub caps. I saw my steering wheel in another car. Ot seems they chop your car up and use it for other cars. They had my car for over 2 years. Charged me 3x as much for restoration that stinks! My car is now at another shop being corrected. Dont go here. Just dont!
