I called Sergio's and told them the situation and they did not hesitate to help get the replacement starter installed for him. They did the repair at a very fair price and starting is no longer an issue for him. They even pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed and even one, an under car shield that had become detached, that they fixed for him. I highly recommend Sergio's and will use them anytime we have a customer needing help in CC.

About a month later the ac went out again so we took it back. The mechanic said he would give us a break on the labor.2 weeks later we finally got it back and it was thousands again, more expensive than the first time. When we asked about the warranty and a break on the labor it was one excuse after another. The work wasn't guaranteed and he didn't give us a break on the labor'. I hope the ac doesn't go out again because we'll never go back there. The staff was argumentative and unfriendly. Don't use them, they are a rip off and the work is not guaranteed!!!
