Don't let Gabriel touch your car's paint. He basically destroyed my paint job and didn't make it right on the second try and then he wanted to charge me on the third time. I am out thousands of dollars because of him. For minor windshield dings or headlight restoration he might be fine. read more

Im normally a DIYer, but recently my wife took my truck through a drive through pharmacy and hit the yellow pole next to the window. She scratched (3" long and an inch wide) the end of the bumper which is just a painted piece of plastic. I priced the new parts online and it was going to cost me about $300 to fix it myself. I called Gabe at Makeready and he quoted me less than $300 so I decided to drop it off. I got my truck back 3 days later and it looked perfect, I can't tell that it was ever damaged. The truck was ready the next day, but our schedules didn't allow us to pick it up. I was looking for a windshield repair place and call others and makeready was real helpful over the phone and even text me directions and pictures of where they were located. Once i got there I was greeted my the owner and he inspected the work I needed even gave me a great quote for a body dent I have. He then introduced me to the tech that would be repairing my windshield. The tech was friendly and very fast. He invited me inside to have a seat and wait. We had a great conversation. I was very disappointed in the work done to my car. I would not suggest taking your car to them for headliner repair. The company is mobile and when I brought my car to the house to get work done, with an appointment set, twice no one was there and I ended up not only wasting my time but my friends who followed me so I wouldn t be stranded. I came to makeready because the price was competitive but I now wish I would have spent the extra money to avoid such frustration. The first time my headliner was done, make ready cut the fabric too short and so it had to be redone. The second time my headliner was done, they ended up dropping clips that are essential to holding together pieces of the Quarter panel. When I confronted the owner, he let me know that he was sorry but couldn t get the right parts. I am not car expert and simply searched google and found the part for $27! Not only that, but after the headliner was done again none of the visor lights and dome light no longer turned on. The owner refused to take responsibility even after I went to Volkswagon, Autozone, and another headliner place Kustom Kraft. All three said that make ready is responsible and that wires were pinched or not connected under my headliner. I would suggest not spending your time and money with this small business. I am beyond dissatisfied and regret paying 150 for all the problems read more
