My car was hit and I was checking out many body shops in area and NEVER have received the customer service I received at Caliber Collision. It was a difficult time when parts were back ordered and difficult to find and Caliber is very good in keeping in touch with their customers with that. My auto repair (fortunately) only required parts removal and painting, not replacement. The shop had a fairly busy schedule however they were able to squeeze me in with no problem. Everything was completed in four days and the painting was beautiful. The color was matched perfectly. This is a car I care very much about and so did they! Nearby vehicles that had body/frame work performed looked just as good! The Caliber staff here is very friendly, and the price was most reasonable. Great service!!!! Dropped car off on Monday morning got a call Monday afternoon and they told me exactly what they were doing. Today Thursday 3 days later they called said the car was done got there to pick up my car. It was perfect plus they washed the car and cleaner the interior.
