It was incredibly frustrating, especially since my own insurance adjuster had already provided me with written confirmation of liability to submit to the other carrier that was responsible for paying the shop. The staff stepped in right away and handled everything with professionalism and confidence. Yolanda up at the front was very informative. Jim the owner, worked through the confusion, made sure the correct documentation was addressed, and ultimately resolved the situation successfully. What could have turned into a stressful, drawn-out battle was handled smoothly and efficiently because of their knowledge and persistence. Not only did they advocate for me, but the repair work on my vehicle was completed in about a week, and the results were excellent. I got a few quotes before deciding to bring my 2014 Prius Plug-in here, and I'm really glad I did…read more They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, but I felt like they charged what they needed to in order to get the job done I had no idea they even worked on hybrids because I never saw that mentioned anywhere, and I think more people should know. They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

I brought in my BMW X3, and I am still blown away by the results. The Challenge: Kids vs. Reality To say my car was "lived-in" is an understatement. The Interior: I have two kids who had essentially turned the backseat into a snack-and-grime laboratory. It was a disaster zone of crumbs and mystery stains. The Exterior: Between a busy schedule and neglecting the driveway, the car hadn't seen a proper wash in months. The paint was buried under layers of road grit. The Service & Experience I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and was greeted by Alex. He was fantastic--super professional, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze. He listened to my concerns about the interior and assured me they'd handle it. True to his word, the car was ready for pickup later that same day. It is clear that this shop is under excellent management. The entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine; the staff is friendly, the communication is proactive, and the efficiency is top-tier. It's rare to find a business that balances high-end technical skill with such a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The Results When I walked up to the car, I actually did a double-take. Inside: The backseat is pristine. Every trace of the kids' "work" is gone. The leather is supple, the carpets are spotless, and the cabin feels like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Outside: The depth and shine on the black paint are incredible. They managed to bring back a mirror-like finish that I haven't seen in years. Bottom Line They didn't just "wash" my car; they restored it. Whether you have a daily driver that needs some serious TLC or a luxury vehicle you want to keep in peak condition, give Alex and the team a call. Support this local business--the quality of work and the management's attention to detail are second to none!
