After driving 38 years accident free, I was involved in my first one this past weekend backing out of my driveway and hitting my husband's car. My insurance provided me locations to get my car fixed and I picked Caliber Collision based on their reviews. Well they exceeded all my expectations. Within an hour of choosing them they called me to schedule an appointment that day. Their office was very clean and adhered to the social distancing since our country is in the middle of a pandemic. Brad was very patient and clear explaining the process. The website indicated they offered picking up the car to get it fixed and when I asked about that he said they were short on help since they were working furlough due to COVID19. So instead he paid for me to be driven home by Uber. This is going above and beyond. When I came to pick up my car it was washed and he cleaned my tires which were thick with grime. I left my husband's car there as well to get fixed. If you need your car repaired due to collision. This is the place to go. Caliber Collision - This is my repaired front end, looks brand new. - Body Shops Near Me - Brea, California

They lack management skill, not professional at all they discriminated me. I took my car and the general manager brad said I inflicted the damage to my new 2021 toyota not even a week old when they vandalized it. Oh and get this that the dealership gave me the car with the dent on the bumper and that all the scratches it has is because i wash it with a cloth and the paint chip on the hood is from a rock the car has 300 miles and only drive kids to school and groceries runs they are not right in the head. And when i told the two ineptness Workers that the car has never been washed they said i should wash it and they scratches will come off. And i told them i had a police report and the manager right away said take it somewhere else we are not getting involved. In my opinion thats why i have insurance to deal with stuff like my case, son unprofessional will never recommend this place to anyone and i hope farmers stops doing business with this particular caliber never had i had such a horrible experience read more

This place provides great service! I utilized their online estimate (very user friendly) which required some details about the car as well as taking photos of what needed to be repaired/replaced. An email with the quote was sent within 24 hours and I was able to make an appointment shortly thereafter. At the place, you are greeted by the team who are all very nice. Not only did they do a great job making my wife's 4Runner look brand new but they have great customer service hands down. I showed up at the shop to pick up my wife's car about 30 minutes to closing on a Friday night but my insurance company never told me they mailed me the check to cover the repairs so I had to go home and pick it up. I didn't think I had enough time to pick up the car before closing so I figured I'd wait till Monday but they gave me a call and were willing to wait until I came back with the check and it was already well past closing time for them. Caliber Collision is great! I highly recommend. My sunroof on my jeep renegade was jammed open. I was worried because the parts are really expensive, and shipping from Mopar is apparently quite slow these days. The team at Calibur was able to fix the jam without needing to order new parts! They sent me on my way free of charge and with a freshly detailed car! This is simply the best experience I've had from a car shop. In the midst of Covid-19 restrictions, Caliber shone. First off, a sign at the door required customers (and workers) to wear face-masks. Inside, hand sanitizer was readily available. Friendliness abounded from the support staff to the auto-repair specialists. Efficiency, too, even though the receptionist had left for the day when I arrived (late). Estimate for repairs was the result of a friendly discussion, and the repairs were done well, on schedule, as promised. Along the way, Caliber stayed in touch with me. When I picked up my vehicle, the repair was perfect; the paint matched 100%, and the car had been washed spotless. I've taken family cars to this Caliber Collision a few times, and every time they do amazing work and treat us so well. Ryan Foster goes above and beyond, which is so rare these days! He knows his stuff and is real with you about expectations and timeliness of a repair. In my experience they were always great about communicating any changes or updates. I always knew what was going on. We were even heading out on a long drive to Havasu in my company car and I mentioned oil leaking and was worried about driving so far. He took a quick look and tightened the filter and stopped the oil leak. What a huge relief for me as I drive through the desert with my kids. I took my car in to be repaired after being rear ended. This was an insurance claim and everything was seamless on that end. I was given a completion date of Friday and was called twice letting me know they were on schedule. I was then called Friday letting me know it was ready. I told them I could not pick car up on Friday but would be there Monday morning. When I arrived close to noon, they seemed surprised to see me and told me car was being washed. Car was visibly dripping from trunk/doors when they brought it out but completed work looked good. When I got home, I began to finish drying car including getting water spots off. When I opened the trunk, I found the bumper appliqué inside and still in the box. It had not been installed as listed on the invoice. Additionally, I noticed dried paint drip and uneven paint color on bumper. I called Caliber and car was brought back on another day to complete appliqué install and correct bumper coloring imperfections. Car looks great now! Although Caliber was very apologetic and took care of these issues quickly, my expectations as a customer is that the necessary work is flawless the first time, completed in its entirety the first time and that the car looks showroom ready when picked up. This was not my experience with Caliber - Brea. Would I use them again? Not sure...hopefully I won't have to for awhile. :-) read more

Don't waste your time. Rushed and shotty Work. Wouldn't make good on "lifetime warranty". My bumper fell off driving 2 weeks after repair. Was told it had to be "vandalism or attempted theft". I don't hear about bumpers getting stolen off of a Lexus often. They had no qualms having me file a claim on my insurance so they could make more money off their horrible repair work. Was not willing to work with me to resolve issue. Claims have been filed to corporate and the auto repair bureau. Find yourself a mom and pop shop that take pride in their work. read more

*****I definitely DO NOT recommend any and all Caliber Collision canters! My vehicle was involved in a rear end collision. This was not my fault, they were tasked to repair my vehicle at this specific facility. They did the repairs or so I thought, months later we had rains here and guess what? They didn't seal my damn rear window! It wasn't even on the repair list! But of course, something I never ever would have thought that would have been a problem, sure enough was! I drive a plug in hybrid and the damn water drenched my head liner, HYBRID PLUG-IN in system, trunk, fans etc!!! The manager and regional manager looked me in the face and told me the work and specifically windshield passed quality. They didn't know I had pictures of the rear window and the shit job they did with the silicon!! The regional managers response? "Oh, you have pictures?" YES!!! OF COURSE I HAVE PICTURES!! The silicon was all over! The begs the question, what else they didn't they do correctly? Did they repair your vehicle? is your safety at risk?? Ask yourself that. I personally dont know what else was done correctly because I would have to pay for an independent company to inspect my vehicle thoroughly!! I've been battling with Caliber for months and I the consumer am screwed! This is a very long story and a very long nightmare of a process I wouldn't wish on anyone. Don't trust them at all!
