    I went there with one side of my bumper hanging off (my own fault, no collision) thinking the entire bumper might need to be replaced, and as a senior on a fixed income, I was a bit worried about cost. I was helped by Mike, he took a look at it, said maybe it could be "snapped" back into place, he went and got some tool(s), in just a few minutes he was back, said it was done! I wasn't even there for 10 minutes total, plus, they have a very nice waiting area too! I was even more surprised when he didn't charge me for fixing it! Mike, thank you, thank you! You really made this senior lady's day! I will be recommending this business to everyone I know.

    If I could rate Caliber Collision 10 STARS, I would! They completely deserve it!!! I got into an accident on July 18th, submitted a claim with USAA that afternoon and decided to go with an approved USAA body shop. I narrowed it down between Caliber Collision and another local body shop after reading the reviews. My husband called both shops and felt comfortable with LORENA. He said she was extremely helpful, friendly and very easy to talk to. So we chose Caliber. At the beginning of the process, my husband took in my car for them to look at the damages. BRAD gave him an estimated timeline of two weeks. After we dropped off my car, Brad would send my husband text messages on Tuesdays and Fridays just to keep us updated on the progress of our car. We loved how easy and convenient it was! My car was ready before the two weeks estimate! We were supposed to pick it up after 5:00 PM, but had a previous engagement planned. So they were able to accommodate our schedule and picked it up four hours ahead of schedule. When we picked up my car, it was in BETTER condition than when we first bought it! Caliber detailed the inside and outside so it looked brand new! I definitely wasn't expecting that from an auto body shop. And we couldn't even tell where the damages were on my car! They did a SPECTACULAR JOB!!! DO NOT hesitate to bring your car here! Caliber Collision will take care of you and your car from start the finish!

    This place is a must for your body work. People working there are super nice and they update you on time. A lot of places are short-staffed and I understand the frustrations. But they try best to serve their customers. Don't waste your time going to a small local body shop who can't guarantee it's work. I have not pick up my car yet and I will update again when I do in about 2 weeks.

However, I felt that their estimate was not thorough, and the desk staff was less than courteous on top. I spoke to a good friend in the industry (who unfortunately was on the other side of the country) who recommended that I take it to an independent shop. I looked on Yelp and found Beto's Auto Body and Paint. They had the highest rating and a lot of reviews so I gave them a call first. I spoke to Eddie over the phone, who put me at ease and took the time to explain the process pretty thoroughly. He pretty much echoed all the tips my buddy had given me about navigating the repair process, so I decided to give the place a shot and took my vehicle to them. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and they were much more thorough with the repairs. It didn't hurt that they had plenty of experience in dealing with my insurance company and were able to get them what they needed. The Interior: I have two kids who had essentially turned the backseat into a snack-and-grime laboratory. It was a disaster zone of crumbs and mystery stains. The Exterior: Between a busy schedule and neglecting the driveway, the car hadn't seen a proper wash in months. The paint was buried under layers of road grit. The Service & Experience I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and was greeted by Alex. He was fantastic--super professional, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze. He listened to my concerns about the interior and assured me they'd handle it. True to his word, the car was ready for pickup later that same day. It is clear that this shop is under excellent management. The entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine; the staff is friendly, the communication is proactive, and the efficiency is top-tier. It's rare to find a business that balances high-end technical skill with such a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The Results When I walked up to the car, I actually did a double-take. Inside: The backseat is pristine. Every trace of the kids' "work" is gone. The leather is supple, the carpets are spotless, and the cabin feels like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I've been a long-time customer and have never had an experience like this before. My car wasn't due to be completed until 12/5, so I had no reason to expect it would be ready before Thanksgiving. I received no notification that the repair would be done early. Instead, I was notified at 4 p.m. on the night before Thanksgiving that my vehicle--after a $10,000 repair and an upsell on detailing--was suddenly completed. I understand this was a holiday week, but I was not informed in that message that the office would be closed. Because the repair was marked as finished, State Farm notified me that my rental had to be returned by Friday, which would have left me without transportation from Friday through Monday since the shop was closed and unreachable. I tried calling Friday morning, but no one answered or returned my calls. I tried again on Saturday, and there was still no voicemail or message indicating the office was closed. A sign on the door is not sufficient communication when customers are depending on updates after a major repair--holiday or not. Another concern: you will now be upsold on detailing services regardless of the cost of the repair, which wasn't the case the last time I had my car repaired here. Instead of adding detailing as an extra line item, that cost should be built into the overall repair or restoration, especially on large jobs. When I raised the rental issue, management also indicated they would either provide detailing OR pay for the rental--forcing a choice between two things that should never be in conflict. It increasingly feels like customers are being nickel-and-dimed, which is disappointing and unprofessional. Because I couldn't reach anyone and couldn't pick up my car, I initially had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental. CarStar has since agreed to cover the rental cost, but the lack of communication, the complete lack of notice about the early completion, and the unavailability over multiple days created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Customers deserve far better than this.
