To be specific, they are honest, thorough, fantastic at matching paint and repairing to original condition. The manager, Dave Tison has been with this location a very long time and is the best to work with. I just had a recent experience this week with Caliber. My son's car was sideswiped by a hit and run driver. In less than one week my son's car was repaired and we picked it up last night. What makes it worth it are: (1) they are totally honest and won't rip you off (tell you that you need service you don't really need, sell you bad quality or used parts, etc.); (2) they keep careful records so you know what's coming up and why (and so you don't get two radiator flushes in 3 months like I did at another shop that doesn't keep good records); (3) the work is done right, and in the time-frame they quote. You pay a little more, but you get peace of mind and a car that works right. In my mind, that's a totally reasonable bargain.
