Good reviews here and I figured it was worth having him take a look before spending thousands in repairs or making a claim on my insurance. Keith met me at my house at 5 pm (which was the earliest that I could get home from work) and spent 1.5 hours working out the dent. I am so amazed at how it turned out that I'm having him come back this Friday and remove two small dings and a large dent from my wife's minivan. The price was awesome and I highly recommend Keith! I'll put the…read moredownside first: in my view, Colony is 15-20% more expensive than the lowest price you could find for the same service elsewhere. What makes it worth it are: (1) they are totally honest and won't rip you off (tell you that you need service you don't really need, sell you bad quality or used parts, etc.); (2) they keep careful records so you know what's coming up and why (and so you don't get two radiator flushes in 3 months like I did at another shop that doesn't keep good records); (3) the work is done right, and in the time-frame they quote. You pay a little more, but you get peace of mind and a car that works right. In my mind, that's a totally reasonable bargain.

This spectacular team provided an experience that goes above and beyond the typical collision repair shop. The moment I walked in (a huge plus that they take walk-ins--no appointment needed!), I felt welcome. Valerie, Keith, and Josh are an incredible team who treat you more like family and friends than just customers. They are professional, prompt, quick, and genuinely kind. What really sets them apart is their dedication to quality and transparency. They use top-of-the-line equipment, and their facility offers full visibility. You can literally sit in the waiting room and watch your vehicle being worked on, which gives incredible peace of mind. If you are looking for exceptional service, high-quality work, and a team that genuinely cares, AutoCraft Collision Center is the only place to go. In my situation I had been backed into in a parking lot as I was pulling out of my spot someone else decided to pull out of theirs quickly and without looking. The corner of their SUV punched into the middle of my new Niro. The damage they did put a crater in three large pieces of the back of my car, damaged several sensors, and broke my soul as it was my first brand new car. AAA recommended these guys, and I cannot go on enough about how amazing they did. My car literally looks like I just got it off the lot again. I'll always be thankful to them.
